FIABCI世界级奖项 大马唱丰收

大马发展商大唱丰收!

世界不动产联盟(FIABCI)2022年世界卓越产业大奖(FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards)上,我国发展商凭借多个优异的发展项目,荣获3金5银的好成绩。

其中,实达集团(S P Setia)的吉隆坡生态城(KL Eco City)获得综合用途产业发展金奖,赛城Setia Eco Glades的Setia Marina 2则获得住宅产业发展(低楼)金奖。

加上这两个金奖,实达集团已经囊括了15个全球金奖,是马来西亚赢得最多金奖的发展商。

同时,侨丰产业(OSK Property)位于关丹的Timur Bay Seafront Residence海滨公园斩获住宅产业发展(中高楼)银奖;合成置地(Hap Seng Land)凭借马赛地大厦荣获特建产业发展银奖。

共颁38奖

阔别两年再度举办实体颁奖礼,2022年世界卓越产业大奖共颁发38个奖项,其中15个世界金奖,23个世界银奖,获奖项目来自马来四亚、美国、印尼、台湾、匈牙利及新加坡,同步进行第72届FIABCI世界房地产大会。

世界卓越产业大奖秘书俞贵狮表示,房地产领域瞬息万变,自1992年设立此奖项以来,不定时增加奖项组别,如今已有16个组别供全球发展商角逐。

他说,设立享有盛誉及认可的奖项不易,尤其需耗时管理和维持奖项的公信力,因此很感激所有参与者、发展商及相关人员的支持。

“我国房地产的质量都不错,尤其在马来西亚产业大奖获奖的项目,均实至名归。”

另一方面,世界不动产联盟(FIABCI)世界主席乔迪里布此前访马时,对大马的发展项目深感惊喜,认为我国的产业发展商具有包容性,了解消费者需求,具备全球视野并造福社会。

“FIABCI鼓励利益相关者将自己提升至新水平,通过优质和创新的项目改善房地产行业。”

但未来的房屋,可不能只是单单一间房屋。

世界不动产联盟(FIABCI)马来西亚分会主席拿督斯里高炳江指出,气候和人口结构都有迅速变化,人们对房屋和生活方式的需求也有重大转变。

“21世纪的房地产开发业务不再仅仅是砖瓦和基本设施的问题,而是将生活方式、数字技术和可持续性融入开发产品的各个方面,为子孙后代提供不过时的技术。”

FIABCI大马分会推动行业前进

他为2021年马来西亚产业大奖(Malaysia Property Award,简称MPA)颁奖典礼致开幕词提到,发展商需要强化环境、社会和治理(ESG)承诺,方能保持自身竞争力。

为此,FIABCI大马分会计划举办相关主题论坛、讲座和活动,推动会员们共同迈进;而FIABCI全球48个分会中的志同道合者,也会协同调整和合作,提供装备和创建平台,助发展商提升技术和满足可持续性需求。

考虑明年列新评审标准

MPA筹委会主席俞贵狮博士也透露,筹委会考虑从明年起,将可持续性和新技术纳入评审标准。

他在会上指出,产业科技(PropTech)如今已是房地产的关键,为整个行业的科技应用带来颠覆性的改革和创新驱动力。

通过产业科技,可以让整个房地产行业链从物业管理、建筑到买卖程序,都更高效和简易。

评审过程全转线上

在他看来,2021年MPA的评审过程就展现了科技的重要和应用性,由于冠病疫情和行动管控令,所有评审过程转到线上。

参赛公司通过线上会议展示和讲解参赛项目。在独立评委会议上,评估员首先展示项目摘要,再由参赛者讲解。

“很高兴获选为马来西亚产业大奖的2021年产业风云人物奖得主,感谢大会的认可。

回首往事,从已故父亲手中接过生意绝对是我最佳的决定,很自豪马星从塑料贸易到制造,再踏入房地产市场。

2021年产业风云人物奖在我心中占有特殊位置,因为当马星1994年首次进入房地产时,便是立志成为一个以社区为中心发展的国家建设者,并专注于提供更多落在地理位置佳且具备优质功能的可负担房屋。”

“房产界奥斯卡”MPA赢家出炉

树立最高的标杆。

FIABCI大马分会主席拿督斯里高炳江在献词中指出,1992年在马来西亚成立的MPA被誉为是房地产届的“奥斯卡”,因其声望和获奖者的卓越印记而令人梦寐以求。

“我衷心地祝贺2021年MPA的所有获奖者,此奖项彰显房地产行业翘楚的弹性与韧性,这是对马来西亚经济有重要贡献的行业,堪称是经济的引擎,支持大约145个下游行业。”

FIABCI全球主席乔迪里布则在献词中说,MPA以最严格的审核及评判程序而闻名,以至于其评审标准被用作为世界不动产联盟世界卓越产业大奖(FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award)的蓝图。

“MPA不仅有助于提升大马房地产领域的质量,还为其他国家树立榜样。因为这奖项激励了FIABCI许多分会发动筹办各自的产业奖项,以奖项评审标准为基准,从而持续提高当地的整体房地产开发及项目质量。马来西亚的房地产开发商精益求精,一直以卓越的房地产项目,让他人留下深刻印象。”

FIABCI是法语的“世界不动产联盟”的缩略词,此全球性的组织开放予从事房地产和不动产行业的专业人士。会员可通过地方、国家和国际层面分享信息与联系,最大限度扩大网络和商业机会。

其分会目前在60个国家与地区运作,拥有100个专业组织和3000名个人专业人士,间接会员总数超过100万,并划分为非洲、美洲、亚太区、欧洲与近东区。

而FIABCI马来西亚分会成立于1975年,其目标是促进与国际组织的友好关系和理解,并通过更好的系统促进发展进步。

FIABCI马来西亚分会通过其会员资格和各种内容丰富的学习和教育活动,为房地产开发商、建筑师、承包商、顾问、专业地产代理、室内设计师、投资者和其他参与房地产人士提供一个良好的互动平台。

成立于1992年的MPA一直是发展商展示其项目的舞台,同时也证明了他们的实力,以发展造福社区的优秀项目。

严格的评审标准

筹委会主席俞贵狮博士表示,马来西亚产业大奖拥有非常高的评估过程和标准,参赛项目需符合设定的标准,才有资格参与。

马来西亚产业大奖的评审标准和过程是由评审员、评委和独立评委根据整个质量,甚至是参赛者的准备阶段和营销策略进行全面评估。

评估员皆由在房地产企业拥有丰富经验的高级管理人员组成,而评审团成员来自相关产业公会的主席/会长和独立评委则与FIABCI马来西亚分会没有直接关系,以确保评审过程的透明和公平。最后的分数将由独立审计员核实。

由于冠病疫情,MPA在2020年“暂停”了一年。给予管控令和尽量减少身体接触的防疫安全措施,整个评审过程通过线上进行。

可持续性、产业科技成热门话题

同时,从这次的MPA可发现,消费者对可持续发展和绿色技术需求日益增长,促使发展商认真关注消费者对保护自然环境的意识。

俞贵狮点出,这是一个值得发展商考虑的趋势,将生活方式、技术、可持续性和自动化融入其发展项目的各个方面,以便在其他项目中脱颖而出。

高炳江也指出,许多参赛的公司意识到MPA是最专业且独立的,因此他们致力将该标准作为其发展项目规划的指南,从而提高房地产质量的标准,例如绿色功能往往是评审团和评为关注的问题之一,如今许多发展商已在其发展项目中采用绿色功能。

“我们的气候和人口结构正在迅速变化,技术和人口构成的重大转变影响了对房屋和生活方式的需求。因此,21世纪的房地产开发业务不再仅仅是砖瓦和基本设施的问题,而是将生活方式、数字技术和可持续性融入开发产品的各个方面,为子孙后代提供不过时的技术。”

Proptech,房地产科技,是目前从事房地产行业最新的潮流。这个结合房地產(Property)+科技(Technology),主要促进房地产行业数字化的转型,透过数字化的发展趋势,利用高科技及数据信息化,创新全面带动房地产的增长。

世界不动产联盟马来西亚分会(FIABCI Malaysia)今晚(3月29日)傍晚7时举办2021年马来西亚产业大奖(Malaysia Property Awards,简称MPA)颁奖典礼,表彰本地房地产业者的卓越表现。

槟州元首敦阿末弗兹将莅临2021年马来西亚产业大奖颁奖典礼,为奖项更添非凡意义。

这个颁奖典礼邀得槟州元首敦阿末弗兹担任颁奖主宾,将颁出产业风云人物奖、产业总执行长奖、可负担房屋发展奖、综合用途产业发展奖、特建产业发展奖、住宅产业发展奖等17个奖项。

专业且独立的马来西亚产业大奖备受国内发展商追捧。

成立于1992年的马来西亚产业大奖被誉为是房地产界的“奥斯卡”,一直是发展商展示其项目的舞台,证明了他们的实力,以发展造福社区的优秀项目。

该奖项拥有严格的评估过程和标准,参赛项目需符合设定的标准才有资格参赛,更被称为业界卓越的标杆,激励和引导发展商开发更多值得奖励、超越其他国家的项目。
