灶炉选择困难症?
以下攻略能帮到你!

远古至今,一提起厨房电器,少不了的当然是灶炉。

从以前用火柴起火来煮饭,后儿可以使用煤气开火,到最后演变成现今社会使用电子炉来煮饭,形形色色的灶炉以及各式各样的功能让人拥有选择困难症。

传统华人更视灶炉为风水的一部分,摆放灶炉的位置更是一门学问。

灶炉的开火方式基本上可以分为两大类:煤气炉和电子炉。但真正的款式其实可以分为好几款。

在此简单地分享市面上常见的灶炉种类:

  • 桌面灶炉(Table Top Stove)

顾名思义,就是摆放在厨房桌面上的灶炉。其特点是它开火的旋转按钮是在灶炉的前方,而不是在灶炉平面板上面。

如果是使用煤气的桌面灶炉,那就有需要在厨房桌面上开个小孔,让煤气管通过,
再连接放在橱柜里的煤气桶。

但如果是使用电子的桌面火炉,只需要连接在墙壁上的插座,便可以开始使用。

  • 内置灶炉(Built In Stove)

市场上最常见的灶炉种类便是内置灶炉。其开火的旋转按钮是在灶炉的平板上方。

购买内置灶炉的时候商家会提供两种尺寸。一种是灶炉整体的尺寸,另一种便是内置所需要的开洞尺寸。

厨房桌面的师傅便会依据内置开洞尺寸在桌面上开洞,然后再把灶炉安装内置下去。需要注意的是如果改天需要更换内置灶炉的时候,必须购买内置空间一样大小的灶炉方能安装。

  • 独立式灶炉(Free Standing Stove)

这种款式的灶炉在本地甚少会看见,但在欧美国家其实蛮盛行。它是一架可以独立式操作的灶炉。

其好处是如果有户外活动,可以把它搬到户外进行烹饪,也可以安置在家里的各个角落。有些独立式灶炉还会额外在灶炉的下面安装烘烤机,让其功能多样化。

选择适合自己的灶炉,烹饪时更加得心应手。

疫情当前,每个人待在家中的时间更长了,被常年冷落的厨房,也有人发挥之处。

你可知道,厨房在家居风水上也是非常重要的一环?

风水大师何宜娟在为《南洋商报》撰写的专栏中提到,早在清朝乾隆年间,就有一本风水名著《阳宅三要》,重点谈“门、主、灶”,也是阳宅风水的精华。

灶头的吉凶好坏,会直接影响一家人的身体健康,也会影响到居住者的贫富寿夭,所谓“食者,禄也”。

厨房风水如果布置得宜,也就是代表居住者有一定的“暗财”,因为“民以食为天”,居住者如果赚到钱,在吃喝方面是不会吝啬的,一个人如果吃得好,显然就会有精力去努力工作,间接的财运方面的机会也增加不少。

厨房在阳宅上是属于一个特殊的地方,在风水五行中同时拥有水、火相克的两种元素,所以厨房中的设备例如冰箱、水洗糟、抽风机等都必须慎重安置。

同时,相信很多人都听过,如果炉灶摆放在西北方,会对家中的男主人不利;如果摆放在西南方,则会导致婆媳不和。根据八宅派的理论,每一个方位都代表着不同的代表人物,可以参考以下图表,去分析到底会对家庭哪个成员带来最大的健康威胁:

在考虑摆放厨房炉灶的方位时,最好就是咨询有经验的勘舆师,然后根据房屋的方向,再利用“原局飞星盘 ”来衡量炉灶的位置。

不过,在没有聘请勘舆师的情况之下,如果要把厨房设计得宜,有些风水原则是必须遵守的。

来看看何宜娟提供的一些小贴士:

1.厨房对厕所

厨房风水的第一大忌,是厨房对正厕所。厨房属火,厕所属水,如果两个门相对,就会造成水火不容的现象,除了影响健康之外,也会增加家人争吵的机会。

最好的方法就是把厕所的门口移开,避免对正厨房。如果空间不允许,则必须要记住厕所门一定要常关,不要让污秽的气体混入厨房,以免影响全家人的胃口和心情。

2.厨房对房门

和厨房对厕所的原理一样,厨房五行属火,对正房门会令房中的人容易脾气暴躁,精神紧张。

如果厨房刚好是对正房门,则必须设法改动厨房门或厕所门。否则也可以考虑在两个门之间摆放植物来化解。

3.厨房对大门

如果厨房的门、窗或后门刚好与大门正对着,形成一条直线,在风水上被称为“穿堂煞 ”,会对居住者带来财运的影响。

如果大门刚好正对着炉灶头,破财的机会更大,因为古云:“开门见灶,钱财多耗”,必须设法在大门与厨房门之间摆放屏风或高身多叶的植物遮挡,也可考虑在厨房门装上门帘来化解。

4.炉灶摆放在窗下

炉灶摆放在窗下是犯了风水的大忌,因为外界的风雨尘土会容易污染食物。

窗户的打开也会加快气流的循环,容易造成煤气燃烧不完全,燃气外泄,时间长久下会影响居住者的健康,尤其是时常在厨房干活的女主人。

5.炉灶在横梁下

横梁对站在下面的人,就是主厨具有压抑特性的能量辐射,如果长期在横梁下方,会使人精神紧张,运气不振。

如果想要化解横梁所造成的煞气,釜底抽薪的办法就是用天花板把横梁遮掩覆盖起来,让厨房整体的气场上变得流畅通顺,因为横梁在气场上所带来压力会被平均散布在天花板上,让生活在这个气场里的人,不会再受到无形的压力。

无论厨房风格如何,格局和摆设是基本。

不管是北欧风,还是工业设计风的厨房,都永远离不开厨房的陈列格局与摆设。

风格设计固然重要,那是屋主所要表达的厨房风格类型,但往往被忽略的是厨房陈列的格局。一旦把格局设计得不妥当,就会让整个厨房用得力不从心。

基本上我可以把厨房分为6种格局,每一种格局都有它自己独特的特色和形式。

  • 单排厨房 (I-Shape Kitchen)

单排厨房是近代发展商对于小型公寓或服务型公寓较为流行的厨房格局。顾名思义,就是单排一字型的厨房设计里,包含冰箱、水槽和火炉。

单排厨房没有设计死角,所以容易摆放餐具器具,也容易拿得到。

  • 双排式厨房 (Galley Kitchen / Parallel Kitchen)

双排式厨房被称为最高效率的厨房设计之一,一直深受各厨师的爱戴。

不难发现大多数的餐厅厨房格局都以此来布局。和单排厨房一样,不必为角落拿东西的橱柜感到不顺手。

  • L-字型厨房 (L-Shape Kitchen)

L-字型厨房是非常普遍及流行的厨房格局,大概占据了整个市场的70%。它可以提供连续性的厨房烹饪操作,也可以利用角落的空间。

适合中小型公寓或是小康之家,也是许多设计师青睐的厨房设计之一。

  • U-字型厨房 (U-Shape Kitchen)

这类U-字型厨房比较少见,好处是可以提供三角工作区域的厨房格局。

适合中大型的厨房,而且整体来说拥有比较足够的收纳空间和桌面,但必须考量厨房里可活动的空间,不然会显得很拥挤。

  • 中岛式厨房 (Island Kitchen)

拥有中岛式的厨房是大多数现代人梦寐以求的厨房设计,就是在厨房的中间有一个开放式的橱柜,与原厨房的橱柜没有任何连接性。

中岛也适用于成为吧台或早餐台,可拥有更多的收纳空间和额外桌面。有些设计也可以把火炉或水槽安装在中岛上,让整体厨房设计更加前卫。

  • 连接式半岛厨房 (Peninsula Kitchen)

这类型是从中岛厨房衍生而来。由于厨房格局空间有限,便把中岛橱柜与其厨房橱柜链接在一起,提供连续性的桌面,也适用为吧台或早餐台。

适合中小型的厨房,更可以提供一个自由且伸缩性的桌面。

那当然,除了这6种比较常见的厨房格局,也可以选择以下搭配:

  • 单排橱柜 + 中岛式橱柜
  • L-字型厨房 + 中岛式橱柜
  • L-字型厨房 + 连接式半岛厨房
  • 等等多种类型的厨房格局
