厨房也不例外,整体橱柜的颜色、材质、造型等等,也在不断地创新和增加,为人们带来更多选择。

然而,选择越多,人们反而越向往最淳朴的乡村复古风格,造就了欧美乡村风(Europe Country Style Design)的设计概念越来越受到青睐。

这套以白色为主的欧式风格厨房,让人倍感温暖和亲切。

白色的橱柜让人百看不厌,有一种干净纯洁的感觉。为了不显得太单调,可以在门面上搭配纯金色的手把。

由于槟岛的土地发展有限,许多发展商都喜欢在槟岛兴建房子。

随着通货膨胀,槟城的屋子发展得越来越快,尤其是在西南区Sungai Ara和Relau那一带,屋子犹如雨后春笋,一栋接一栋地崛起。

今天就为大家分析其中一座名为The Amarene公寓的厨房设计。

The Amarene是槟城坐落于Bayan Lepas靠近飞机场的综合发展项目。它是由 Ideal Property发展商所开发,分为2座35层楼高的公寓楼。

它拥有2种不同款式的设计:

Type A的1200平方尺则可以设计成L型(L-Shape)的厨房设计。

原有的设计格局有一边比较长的墙壁,另一边则比较短。

长的墙壁尾端便是一扇窗,沿途可以放置水槽,并以L型设计(L-shape)连接较短的墙壁,再放置抽油烟机和火炉。

此厨房格局拥有一个类似切入的角落来放置冰箱,所以会让有更宽阔的空间备餐、烹饪和放置厨房电器。

而Type B的1100平方尺厨房可分为两排平行设计(Parallel Kitchen)。原本的设计格局亦是一边较长的墙壁,另一边较短。

短墙拥有一扇通往室外存储空间(Dry Yard)的门,也可以配置水槽。而长的墙壁可以放置冰箱、火炉和抽油烟机。

有些屋主也可以在冰厨旁安置高橱,并安装置入式的烤箱和微波炉,让整体厨房看起来更加完整。

水槽上方也可以安置碗架(Dishrack),可以晾干碗盘。

厨房收纳法千万种,
抽屉当然也有!

市面上有一种说法 — “眼不见为净”,也是现代人收拾厨房时最喜欢的一句话。把所有的餐具、器材等等都收纳进橱柜和抽屉里,但似乎有些“自欺欺人”。

当我们打开杂乱无章的抽屉时,不仅难看,有时也很难打开。试想想在备餐时需要找一把剪刀而花了很长时间在寻找,肯定会让人心乱如麻。

在此分享一些抽屉里市场上常见的收纳盘:

不锈钢餐具收纳盘(Stainless Steel Cutlery Tray)

餐具收纳盘是几乎每一个厨房必定会有的收纳品。大多数人是会放置在第一层的抽屉里,可以把汤匙、叉、筷子等等排列整齐,一目了然。

不锈钢的材质可避免遇水潮湿导致腐坏。

菜刀收纳盘(Knife Organizer Tray)

顾名思义,其功能就是把不同大小和种类的菜刀收纳排列整齐。

调味料收纳盘(Spices Organizer Tray)

对于烹饪高手或喜欢烹饪的朋友,这种香料收纳盘绝对少不了。可以摆放及收纳各式各样的调味料,烹饪时更加得心应手。

唯一缺点即是全部的香料和调味料的瓶罐尺寸必须整齐划一,否者便会动歪西倒

碗碟收纳盘(Bowl & Plate Organizer Tray)

收纳碗碟的方法有很多种,其中收纳进抽屉里最为适合。由于有些碗碟是陶瓷而制,拥有一定的重量,所以抽屉所能承受的重量远于隔板。

抽屉的碗碟收纳盘有两种:一种是可以自由调定碗碟大小的圆形托盘,可以把碗碟叠起来,如需要也可以一次性拿起托盘,把全部的碗碟摆放其他位置。

第二种是固定在抽屉里的托盘,收纳时让碗碟站立而下,这样可以方便收纳和拿起。

包裹纸收纳盘(Wrap Organizer Tray)

这种收纳盘在我国比较罕见,但在国外却比较流行。由于烹饪或收纳时需要用到保鲜纸,吸油纸等等,其托盘都会有尖齿类型的据口小刀来撕掉保鲜纸或吸油纸等,方便使用及操作。

近年来槟城的屋子发展得越来越快,不要以为Tanjong Tokong都是“富豪住宅区”,其实近几年来,政府都在陆续推广可负担房屋计划,好让更多的年轻人可以买到梦想的家园。

今天就为大家分析其中一座名为I-Santorini公寓的厨房设计。

I-Santorini坐落于槟城Tanjong Tokong区,由Ideal Property发展商建造,是分为3 座49层楼高的公寓,共有2155间单位,底层设有店屋。基本上只有一种规格,即是850方尺,共3房2卫浴的套房单位。

如果按照发展商的原设计,厨房是个L-字型格局(L-shape)。它拥有一边较长的墙,另一边则较短。长的墙壁可以放置火炉,抽油烟机和水槽,连接L-shape设计好让短墙壁那侧可以放置冰箱。

有些屋主甚至打通掉间隔“Dry Yard”,既是一般公寓的室外存储空间的墙壁,以便扩展厨房空间;或者变成“湿厨房”供烹饪用途,而原本在内的厨房就会是“干厨房”。

其实它原本的水槽区是在靠窗侧边的位置,火炉则在中间。但有些屋主选择把水槽的位置和火炉交换,抽油烟机就会更靠近“Dry Yard”,好让在烹饪时能更有效地把气味和油烟排出屋外。

除了“L-Shape”格局,有些屋住会选择较简单的设计,那就是I-字型厨房(I-Shape), 只有一排的格局,既方便、省钱又整齐。

净水过滤器 让你安心用水

净水过滤器种类多,

随着人类的进步,也造就环境越来越污染,就连天然的水和空气也需要一并过滤才让人安心,尤其是自来水或饮用水更加不可马虎。

为此市场上出现了许许多多的净水过滤器,而且款式和种类也多样化。如何选择一款合适自己或家庭的净水器,就需要好好了解各个的种类与功能了。

今天就跟大家分享一些比较常见的净水过滤器:

  • 水龙头净水器

水龙头净水器是最简单、最直接的净水过滤器。它的构造非常小巧,直接安装在水龙头上就可以使用。

安装过程简单,自己动手安装也容易,但功能相对来说也比较少,整体厨房美观也会受到影响。

  • 冷热水净水器

另外一种常见的净水器就是拥有冷热水的过滤器,可以直接摆放在桌面。

水进入过滤器后,通过水机的功能变成温水,热水和冷水,再直接饮用。这种净水器品牌种类繁多,可以向水机专卖员了解详情。需要注意的是,如果安装此类型的水机,需要开洞让水管穿透过桌面。

  • 隐藏式净水器

这种是安装在橱柜里或橱柜底部的净水器,通常都会有附带净水器水喉 (Filter Tap)。它的整个机身都会隐藏在橱柜里,让整体厨房看起来更加美观。

值得注意的是,需要多弄一个插座在橱柜里面给水机方能使用。

厨房吧台,
能让厨房更吸睛!

时下年轻一族常会在设计自家厨房时,考虑添置一座吧台。

家里的厨房如果够大的话,可以考虑安装一座有特色的吧台(Bar Counter / Breakfast Counter),即可有效提升厨房空间的使用率。

吧台可以当作餐边柜使用,如果家里少人住的话,也可当作餐桌。在厨房烹饪时,其他人可以坐在吧台上一起聊天,还可以增进家人们之间的感情。

吧台台面一般比厨房台面的高度来得高。

厨房台面基本上是位于840mm至900mm。至于吧台的高度大多数是1060mm(3尺半),所以在购买椅子时需要注意椅子的高度。

最容易的就是直接购买可调节性的吧台椅子(Adjustable Stool)。不需要椅子时,还可以配合其他高度的桌子自由调节。

为了能招待更多客人,有些吧台设计会去除底柜和隔板,让客人坐在吧台两侧。有些为实用性的多功能吧台,可在吧台底下安装底柜,便可拥有更多的收纳空间。

在厨房和饭厅之间做一个小吧台还可以起到隔断空间的作用,简单方便又实用,
可以让两个空间和置身其中的人产生更多的交流。

如果厨房空间不允许或空间不大,吧台也可以和底柜连在一起,和底柜或厨房的高度一样高,然后延伸出来(Kitchen Peninsula)。

相信大家都有网购的经验,尤其是在特别的优惠季节,如双十一,双十二等等,更是在购物网站流连忘返。

随着疫情的关系,网上购物的习惯已经逐渐融入我们的日常生活。厨房的器具,五金配件,也可以轻易地在网上购得。但往往大家还是不敢下单,最大的原因就是怕买错尺寸而无法安装,浪费金钱与时间。

厨房配件(Accessories)通常只适用于方块化模式厨房(Modular Kitchen System),因为它们的橱柜尺寸都根据国际标准。所以购买配件之前,记得要确认厨房的橱柜尺寸是否合适。

今天就跟大家分享如何分辨橱柜的尺寸:

  • 橱柜的尺寸(Carcass Size)

既是整个橱柜宽度的尺寸,包括橱柜里面左右两边侧板的尺寸总数来计算。

以方块化模式的厨房橱柜来做参考,宽度大多数可分为 300mm, 400mm, 450mm, 500mm, 600mm, 800mm, 900mm, 1000mm,1200mm等,都以整数为准。

  • 橱柜净尺寸(Actual Inner Size)

橱柜的净尺寸则是不包含左右两边侧板的尺寸。一般上方块化模式的厨房边侧板的厚度都是16mm,两边就是33mm。

一个橱柜有两边侧面板,所以就拿900mm的橱柜为例。

900mm是整体橱柜的尺寸,净尺寸就是“900mm-16mm-16mm-1mm”,最后等于867mm,所以这个才是橱柜里宽度的真正容量,能使用的空间便是如此。

随着马来西亚政府逐渐放宽部分疫情管制措施,许多发展商也开始陆陆续续地交房子给于屋主。

近年来槟城的屋子发展得越来越快,尤其是在西南区Sungai Ara和Relau一带,
屋子犹如雨后春笋,一栋接一栋地崛起。

今天就为大家分析其中一座名为Imperial Grande公寓的厨房设计。

Imperial Grande是槟城坐落于Sungai Ara的综合发展项目,由Ideal Property开发,分为两座45层楼高的公寓楼。

它拥有两种不同款式的设计,A款可分为两排的厨房设计,B款则可以设计成L-Shape的厨房设计。

A款:

厨房可分为两排平行“Parallel Kitchen”,如果以原本的设计格局来安排,它拥有一边比较长的墙壁,另一面墙壁则比较短。

长的墙壁可以放置冰箱和水槽;短的墙壁则可以配置抽油烟机和火炉。

有些屋主甚至打通掉间隔“Dry Yard”(一般公寓的室外存储空间)的墙壁,把厨房连接在一起,扩展厨房空间。部分屋主也会将其改建成湿厨房进行烹饪,再把原本的厨房保留为干厨房。

B款:

厨房可直接设为L-Shape格局,如果以原本的设计格局来安排,它也有一边长,一边短的墙壁。

长的墙面可以放置水槽,把L-shape台面连接至比较短的墙面,放置抽油烟机,火炉和冰箱。

有些屋主选择把冰箱放置在长的墙壁尾端,以便烹饪区域可以拥有比较宽阔的空间备餐。此款格局也适合在中间配置中岛橱柜或连接饭桌。

有些屋主也可以把“Dry Yard”空间变成湿厨房,室内原本的厨房一样保留为干厨房。

在厨房中间加一个中岛(Kitchen Island),是许多屋主和设计师在规划厨房时都会考虑的设计版图之一。

如果整个厨房的格局构造允许,再加上中岛设计,会让整体厨房看起来更加亮眼。但在增加中岛橱柜的同时,最重要的还是使用厨房时的流畅度,以避免中岛橱柜形成了厨房空间里的阻碍。

这期就简单分享中岛厨房的好处:

  • 额外的储存空间

最大的好处就是拥有额外的橱柜来储存东西。尤其是原本的厨房空间不大,中岛橱柜便可派上用场,甚至可以安装一些额外的五金配件,运用时更得心应手。

  • 额外的台面

由于中岛厨房也是厨房橱柜的一部分,所以其高度也适合用来备餐和摆放一些厨房电器。有些甚至可以在中岛上安装火炉或水槽,让整体厨房看起来时尚感十足。

  • 额外添加座位

中岛的厨房也可视为家里的中心点,无论是用餐、备餐、洗碗、烹饪都可以在中岛进行。

那可以在中岛前方添置可调节高度的凳子椅子,访客到来时也可以在中岛交流。例如:母亲一边烹饪,一边看小孩做功课,不浪费时间。

你家的厨房干湿分明吗?

厨房已经渐渐成为家里的中心,尤其经过了一个漫长的 MCO,大家都越来越注重厨房的规划以及厨房区域的重要性。

现代的厨房不只是用来备餐而已,甚至已经可以设计到让家人团聚的空间。

干湿厨房的格局与大小可依据屋主的习惯和喜好设计。

厨房基本上可分为干厨房和湿厨房。有些发展商还特地把湿厨房规划成个别的空间,好让大煮大炒时油烟味不会飘到客厅里。

但不是每个家庭的厨房格局都可以分为干厨房和湿厨房。屋主在必要时可能需要小小更改整个厨房的格局。

在此跟大家分享干厨房与湿厨房的差别:

干厨房可用作简单用餐区,一门隔开湿厨房有助于减少飘进屋里的油烟。

干厨房

基本上干厨房的用意是让屋主可以准备简单的餐点,譬如说烘面包,切水果,准备咖啡等等。其用量可能比湿厨房还多,但通常不需要太费力准备食材。

干厨房通常都会放置冰箱、烤箱等电器和中岛区。

另一点是干厨房都会有一些厨房电器:冰橱,咖啡机,微波炉,水果搅拌机,面包机等等,也建议在干厨房安装一个比较小的水槽。当然,干厨房整理起来也不必大费周章。

湿厨房

顾名思义,湿厨房是一个可以解开浑身斗数展现厨艺的好地方。

大多数的煎炸爆炒都可以在湿厨房进行。所以,湿厨房尽可能可以安装抽油烟机,把一切的油烟味都抽出屋外。

湿厨房装置了抽油烟机,有助于保持空气流通。

第二点是建议在湿厨房里安装窗户,让空气比较流通。一些厨房电器比如抽油烟机,火炉,烤箱,洗碗机等等都适合安装在湿厨房。

由于湿厨房是属于湿气较重的空间,所以打扫和整理起来会比较费力。

干湿厨房分明,备起餐来更整洁有条理。

总结来说,不一定每一间家都需要分类干厨房与湿厨房,是因屋主个人的烹饪或使用厨房的习惯来设计。

由于现在发展商所开发的屋子迎合年轻人的品味,大多数年轻人已经不再会大煮大炒,所以厨房的空间也越来越小,如公寓或服务式公寓,为了可以分类干厨房和湿厨房,大多数人都会把洗衣空间(Yard Area)打造成湿厨房,至少油烟不会飘进屋内,可以保持家里的干爽。
