居家烤箱的种类,
傻傻分不清?

现代家庭如果不具备一架亮眼的烤箱,可以说是不完整的厨房。烤箱自发明以来,功能一直不断地进步,深受屋主的喜爱。

大部分的烹饪工作都可以用烤箱来进行。比如烘培蛋糕饼干,烧烤肉,披萨等等,烹饪工作事倍功半。

市面上的基本居家烤箱可分三大类:

  • 传统独立式烤箱(Conventional Oven)

独立式烤箱在市场上拥有最广泛的种类选择,也是最受欢迎的烤箱种类。无需特别定制橱柜便能安装,使用的电量也不会很大。

它可以任由摆放在厨房桌面上,少用的话还可以收进橱柜里,增加台面的活动空间。当然如果比起功能性,独立式的烤箱功能远不比内置式的烤箱来得多。

  • 内置式烤箱(Build-In Oven)

顾名思义,内置式烤箱就是拥有特定的橱柜把烤箱安置进去,让整个厨房看起来更精致。所以安装前须向售货员了解烤箱的尺寸,再由师傅特别安装上去,形成和橱柜融为一体。

安装方式有两种:

第一种是可以安装在高橱中。由于内置烤箱的门是往下开,所以不宜安装太高。

第二种是可以安装在底柜里,由于厨房空间的局限,通常是在烹饪区域空间里或火炉的下方。

通常内置烤箱所需要的电量大于普通的厨房电器。如果发展商在建好房子后没有准备烤箱的插座,屋主就必须另请电工师傅另行装置。

  • 滑入式烤箱(Slide-In Oven)

滑入式烤箱基本上都跟电炉或火炉配备在一起,能轻易地将整个电器推入至所预留的空间里面。

这种类型在本地甚少见,国外则比较流行。它间接地节省了桌面的空间,备餐时可用的台面空间较大。

安装抽油烟机 要注意这些事!

装了抽油烟机觉得没效果?
是不是少做了什么…?

为了在做菜时不会油烟满天飞,大多数人都会在火炉上安装一架可靠且美观的抽油烟机。

市面上的抽油烟机可分为两大类:一是使用木炭过滤器 (Charcoal filter) 的内循环 (Internal Circulation) 方法。二是使用通风管道 (Ducting Pipe) 把油烟抽吸出屋外。

这次分享的是使用通风管道的抽油烟机。

取决于屋主烹饪时的习惯,有些只是小煮、煲汤,那可以建议使用木炭过滤器类型,安装简单,工程不会太浩大。

使用通风管道的抽油烟机,排风效果会比内循环类型更有效地把油烟排出屋外,但工程会比较复杂,不像国外有中央排风系统。

在我国,需要在适合且被批准的墙壁上才可以开一个油烟机排风口,然后需要从抽油烟机的机身连接排风管道直至排风口。

过程中还需要构思如何把排风管道隐藏起来,这样就会比较美观。有些人会以底石膏把排风管隐藏起来,有者则会用橱柜把管道隐藏起来。

排风管被隐藏在设计墙板中。

随着时代的进步,抽油烟机的类型和排风量都有所改善。排风管道从以前的150mm增大至180mm,提升排风的速度和有效率。

在排风管道尾部的排风口,会安装一个风管帽 (Ducting Cap) 来防止一些禽类爬进去。

从厨房外观看不到排风管,较为美观。

在安装排风管道时需要注意以下几点:

第一,排风管道的长短。通常管道越长,排烟越困难,所以在设计烹饪的地方时需要多加注意排风口的位置。如果距离较远,建议可以购买排风量较大的抽油烟机。

第二,排风管道的路线。通常比较建议直来直去的排风法。太多的转弯连接会降低排风的效率。

第三,排风管洞口的大小。由于近年来大多数的发展商为了方便屋主在装修时可以更省心,在设定排风口的位置同时也把排风出口一并弄好了,屋主只需购买抽油烟机和安排师傅安装便可。

但是往往购买的烟管和发展商所弄好的洞口不符合。建议购买时先了解抽油烟机所提供的烟管大小才来购买合适的抽油烟机。

近年来槟城的屋子发展得越来越快,不要以为Tanjong Tokong都是“富豪住宅区”,其实近几年来,政府都在陆续推广可负担房屋计划,好让更多的年轻人可以买到梦想的家园。

今天就为大家分析其中一座名为I-Santorini公寓的厨房设计。

I-Santorini坐落于槟城Tanjong Tokong区,由Ideal Property发展商建造,是分为3 座49层楼高的公寓,共有2155间单位,底层设有店屋。基本上只有一种规格,即是850方尺,共3房2卫浴的套房单位。

如果按照发展商的原设计,厨房是个L-字型格局(L-shape)。它拥有一边较长的墙,另一边则较短。长的墙壁可以放置火炉,抽油烟机和水槽,连接L-shape设计好让短墙壁那侧可以放置冰箱。

有些屋主甚至打通掉间隔“Dry Yard”,既是一般公寓的室外存储空间的墙壁,以便扩展厨房空间;或者变成“湿厨房”供烹饪用途,而原本在内的厨房就会是“干厨房”。

其实它原本的水槽区是在靠窗侧边的位置,火炉则在中间。但有些屋主选择把水槽的位置和火炉交换,抽油烟机就会更靠近“Dry Yard”,好让在烹饪时能更有效地把气味和油烟排出屋外。

除了“L-Shape”格局,有些屋住会选择较简单的设计,那就是I-字型厨房(I-Shape), 只有一排的格局,既方便、省钱又整齐。

净水过滤器种类多,
你偏好哪一种?

随着人类的进步,也造就环境越来越污染,就连天然的水和空气也需要一并过滤才让人安心,尤其是自来水或饮用水更加不可马虎。

为此市场上出现了许许多多的净水过滤器,而且款式和种类也多样化。如何选择一款合适自己或家庭的净水器,就需要好好了解各个的种类与功能了。

今天就跟大家分享一些比较常见的净水过滤器:

  • 水龙头净水器

水龙头净水器是最简单、最直接的净水过滤器。它的构造非常小巧,直接安装在水龙头上就可以使用。

安装过程简单,自己动手安装也容易,但功能相对来说也比较少,整体厨房美观也会受到影响。

  • 冷热水净水器

另外一种常见的净水器就是拥有冷热水的过滤器,可以直接摆放在桌面。

水进入过滤器后,通过水机的功能变成温水,热水和冷水,再直接饮用。这种净水器品牌种类繁多,可以向水机专卖员了解详情。需要注意的是,如果安装此类型的水机,需要开洞让水管穿透过桌面。

  • 隐藏式净水器

这种是安装在橱柜里或橱柜底部的净水器,通常都会有附带净水器水喉 (Filter Tap)。它的整个机身都会隐藏在橱柜里,让整体厨房看起来更加美观。

值得注意的是,需要多弄一个插座在橱柜里面给水机方能使用。

厨房吧台,
能让厨房更吸睛!

时下年轻一族常会在设计自家厨房时,考虑添置一座吧台。

家里的厨房如果够大的话,可以考虑安装一座有特色的吧台(Bar Counter / Breakfast Counter),即可有效提升厨房空间的使用率。

吧台可以当作餐边柜使用,如果家里少人住的话,也可当作餐桌。在厨房烹饪时,其他人可以坐在吧台上一起聊天,还可以增进家人们之间的感情。

吧台台面一般比厨房台面的高度来得高。

厨房台面基本上是位于840mm至900mm。至于吧台的高度大多数是1060mm(3尺半),所以在购买椅子时需要注意椅子的高度。

最容易的就是直接购买可调节性的吧台椅子(Adjustable Stool)。不需要椅子时,还可以配合其他高度的桌子自由调节。

为了能招待更多客人,有些吧台设计会去除底柜和隔板,让客人坐在吧台两侧。有些为实用性的多功能吧台,可在吧台底下安装底柜,便可拥有更多的收纳空间。

在厨房和饭厅之间做一个小吧台还可以起到隔断空间的作用,简单方便又实用,
可以让两个空间和置身其中的人产生更多的交流。

如果厨房空间不允许或空间不大,吧台也可以和底柜连在一起,和底柜或厨房的高度一样高,然后延伸出来(Kitchen Peninsula)。

最好是先寻求厨房设计师的意见和建议来规划,才不会弄巧成拙。

你想拥有以蓝色为主的厨房吗?

虽然蓝色的厨房设计在本地属于罕见系列,但在国外蛮流行。

尤其是北欧国家,大多数的设计都离不开海蓝和浅蓝来搭配白色,形成了北欧风的设计概念。(Nordic Style Design)

蓝色通常与水和海洋有关,属于天空以及海洋的颜色,有一种与生俱来的宁静感。如果你喜欢海边,肯定会想到要在家中引入蓝色的设计。

另外,蓝色厨房设计亦是近来的趋势之一。配搭的颜色包括主要的白色,黑色,灰色,褐色等等。

当然,蓝色厨房不一定完完全全都是蓝色的。

事实上,蓝色也可以只是点缀。蓝色可以依靠门面来支撑,再配搭干净的白色墙壁瓷砖,然后配搭大理石系列的石英石,整体厨房会让人感觉精致。

其二也可以摆放蓝色的吧台高椅来点缀整个厨房。蓝色与白色的配搭在充足的光线下格外清新和自然。

摩登的深蓝色让人耳目一新。只要正确使用蓝色的设计,就能够使整体空间看起来迷人和漂亮。

厨房照明不足?
你需要这些橱柜灯!

现在越来越多年轻人喜欢在厨房的橱柜底下或内部安装灯。

很多时候当我们在备餐或准备食材时,吊橱会遮挡住从天花板照耀下来的灯光,所以许多设计师在设计厨房的时候都会考虑安装灯在吊橱的底部,方便使用。

其实橱柜灯的种类繁多,今天就跟大家分享一些比较常见的款式:

  • T5 灯管 (T5 Light )
较常隐藏在底部的灯管。

最常见,也最容易安装的灯管。形状就如同普通家庭式灯管,但灯型较为细小。

T5灯管样式。

好处是每一支灯管可以配件(Connector)做连接,来源无需特别多拉几条电线设置。但相比“LED灯条”,橱柜需要预留空间来隐藏T5灯管。其长度大多数可分为 300mm, 600mm, 900mm 以及1200mm。

  • LED 灯条 (LED Strip Light)
长度可自由调节,备受设计师欢迎。

另一种常见款便是LED Strip Light,因可伸缩性而深受设计师青睐。它由薄薄的灯捆卷在一起,可依据安装橱柜的尺寸来准备长度,多余的可以剪掉然后再另行跟其他的LED灯接在一起。

需要注意的是,LED Strip灯都有一个驱动器,安装时需要考虑把它隐藏在橱柜里。

  • 眼球灯(Eyeball Light)
多数为装饰用途的“眼球灯”。

这种安装在橱柜里或橱柜底部的“眼球灯”,通常都只是让橱柜或整体厨房看起来亮眼而已。

由于它的体型较小,所以“照亮”的效果其实并不大。有些屋主也可以把吊橱上面的石膏板预留多余的空间来安装眼球灯。

  • 吊灯(Hanging Light)
点缀空间的吊灯。

吊灯的种类非常繁多,安装的家里区域也很广泛。有些人会安装在卧室、客厅、玄关、阳台等。至于厨房的区域大多数都会安装在中岛橱柜或吧台的上方。

吊灯可以点缀厨房空间,让整体厨房看起来不会那么单调。

那就学会测量橱柜吧!

相信大家都有网购的经验,尤其是在特别的优惠季节,如双十一,双十二等等,更是在购物网站流连忘返。

随着疫情的关系,网上购物的习惯已经逐渐融入我们的日常生活。厨房的器具,五金配件,也可以轻易地在网上购得。但往往大家还是不敢下单,最大的原因就是怕买错尺寸而无法安装,浪费金钱与时间。

厨房配件(Accessories)通常只适用于方块化模式厨房(Modular Kitchen System),因为它们的橱柜尺寸都根据国际标准。所以购买配件之前,记得要确认厨房的橱柜尺寸是否合适。

今天就跟大家分享如何分辨橱柜的尺寸:

  • 橱柜的尺寸(Carcass Size)

既是整个橱柜宽度的尺寸,包括橱柜里面左右两边侧板的尺寸总数来计算。

以方块化模式的厨房橱柜来做参考,宽度大多数可分为 300mm, 400mm, 450mm, 500mm, 600mm, 800mm, 900mm, 1000mm,1200mm等,都以整数为准。

  • 橱柜净尺寸(Actual Inner Size)

橱柜的净尺寸则是不包含左右两边侧板的尺寸。一般上方块化模式的厨房边侧板的厚度都是16mm,两边就是33mm。

一个橱柜有两边侧面板,所以就拿900mm的橱柜为例。

900mm是整体橱柜的尺寸,净尺寸就是“900mm-16mm-16mm-1mm”,最后等于867mm,所以这个才是橱柜里宽度的真正容量,能使用的空间便是如此。

点缀厨房的水龙头

水龙头的种类,
你知多少?

随着时代的进步,厨房已是家里的中心地带。无论是小型的家庭聚餐,吃早餐,备餐等都在厨房进行。

厨房的风格设计大多数是由门面和颜色来决定,但往往大家都会忽略掉一些小细节,水龙头的种类和设计就是其中之一。

所谓细节决定成败,如果在设计厨房风格时,也可以把水龙头设计纳入考量之中,
那更是锦上添花。

简而言之,厨房的水龙头可分为两大类。购买厨房水龙头时必须注意,一种是安装在墙壁上,另一种则是安装在台面上。

  • 墙上水龙头

顾名思义,这种水龙头是安装及固定在墙壁上。通常买屋子时,发展商会安装这种墙上水龙头。

其好处是更换水龙头时,不必担心会伤害到厨房柜子,二来更换时也比较方便。但由于水龙头是固定在墙壁上的,所以在设计厨房柜子的时候会有点困难。

水槽的位置会尽量对准水龙头的中心,看起来才不会觉得水槽偏离。

  • 台面水龙头

这种水龙头最为普遍,而且种类繁多。有可伸缩性、拉出式等等。

安装方法是在桌面开个小洞,确保底部连接可以穿过厨房桌面,再从水槽的橱柜里面从底部锁紧。许多设计师都喜爱台面水龙头,因为伸缩性强。

选择对的水龙头,让不显眼的它也可以成为厨房里最耀眼的点缀。
