解决厨房最容易损坏的3个地方

厨房又有东西坏了?要怎么做才能用得长久?

厨房可以说是屋里其中一个重要的区域空间。我们每天进出厨房的次数可达几十次,使用厨房的数量更为惊人。我们每天都会开关橱柜收纳食物,使用水槽,准备食材,使用厨房器具等。

很多顾客都会告诉我他们之前安装的厨房很容易损坏。当然东西用久了,难免都会有损坏的时候,但这还得看损坏的是什么部分。

我总结了厨房最容易损坏的3个地方,以及该如何解决。

  • 桌面 (Table Top)
依据需求选择适用的材质,确保能有效维护桌面。

使用厨房时无论是烹饪,准备食材,摆放厨房器具等都离不开与桌面的接触。桌面损坏的几率是非常大的,而且桌面也有以价格来区分材料等级。

有些人由于预算有限而选择比较便宜的桌面,但并不是说便宜就一定容易损坏,反而该如何照顾和维持它更为重要。使用厨房后必须把桌面抹干净,保持干爽。建议选择桌面的时候必须以耐用,防刮,防水,容易清理为出发点来衡量。

  • 水槽的橱身 (Sink Carcass)
防潮材质的橱身耐用又美观。

厨身是厨房里收纳空间的橱柜。通常厨身都是由刨花板木或胶合板木制成。基本上的功能是收纳食物,干粮,厨房用具和厨房器具等,所以都不会造成潮湿。

但不同于其他橱身,水槽底下的橱身会比较潮湿,湿气会影响木制橱身而导致损坏。

橱柜受潮腐烂的状况实在令人懊恼,后期装修和维护工作也繁琐!

有时如果水喉师傅安装不好,就会造成漏水或爆水管的事情发生。所以建议厨房里水槽底下的橱柜橱身必须选择防潮的材料。

  • 铰链 (Door Hinges)
铰链是橱柜中最易被忽略的重要配件之一。

铰链是一种组装在门面和厨身的五金配件,目的是让厨房门面可以自由且轻松的开关,而人们往往会忽略这种微小的功能。

我们每天都会开关厨房的门无限次,这都是由铰链来发挥它的作用。铰链在远古时代只用于支撑开关门,演变至今可以配合把门慢慢地关上 (Soft-Close Hinges),其重要性可想而知。

市面上的铰链种类繁多,建议选择可靠而且有公信力的牌子,毕竟厨房安装了就很难再重新规划过,时间和预算是最大的考量点。

把这3个容易损坏的地方预先做好预防,厨房才能更加耐用,大大节省了维修成本。

一眼看透厨房橱柜结构

随着时代的进步,市面上厨房的橱柜可谓五花八门,琳琅满目。

当然,不同的国家有着不同的需求与材料来配搭他们的气候和季节,有不锈钢制,铝制,模块化木制,木化定制等等。其中又以模块化木制 (Modular Kitchen) 的厨房最为广受欢迎。

今天就来分享模块化木制的厨房所组成的结构。

基本上,可以把厨房橱柜分为5个结构。每一个结构的材料都可依据不同人类的需要来变化和组成。

  • 桌面 (Table Top / Countertop)
桌面是厨房内重要的结构,材质等都需多番考量。

桌面是整个厨房里最为重要的结构。无论是烹饪,准备食材,摆放厨房器具等都离不开与桌面的接触。目前市面上的桌面有石英石(Quartz Stone),大理石(Marble),花岗石(Granite),人造石(Solid Surface)等等,以及一些比较崭新或特别的桌面,详情可以咨询经验的厨房设计师。

选择桌面的时候必须以耐用,防刮,防水,容易清理为出发点来衡量。

  • 橱身 (Carcass / Cabinet Body)
可使用防潮材料保护橱柜。

厨房结构中少不了的就是橱身。橱身通常都有一层门面把它们掩盖住。由于橱身比较少暴露在外,所以大多数是由白色木制组装而成,并非五颜六色。

值得一提的是,水盆底下的厨身会比较潮湿,所以必须选择防潮的材料。

  • 门面 (Kitchen Door)
橱柜的门面种类繁多,可依据喜好和用途选择合适材质。

通常我们一进厨房会注意到的就是门面。厨房的风格大多数由门面的种类来决定。

门面的设计层出不穷,比较广为人知的有刨花板门(Melamine),玻璃门(Crystal Glass),实木门(Solid Wood), 亚克力门(Acrylic) 等等。不同的顾客群拥有不一样的需求。

  • 背板 (Backply)
搭配合适的背板能有效保护橱柜,保持整洁美观 。

背板是安装在橱柜内部的后方,所以比较少人会留意这个部分。除了水盆下方的橱柜不建议安装背板之外,其他橱柜都适合安装背板。

目前也有比较特别的背板可供考虑,像是可以驱除蟑螂的木背板也有在我国出售。

  • 踢脚线 (Plinth / Skirting)
彻底了解厨房结构,打造合适又好用的空间!

踢脚线有两个功能,第一是把底柜里面的支撑脚盖起来,看起来比较美观。

第二是可以防止底柜在遇到屋主用拖把拖地时,弄湿底柜进而损坏橱柜。所以
大部分的踢脚线都是由铝制或者是防水的材料制成。

当你了解了厨房橱柜的结构,相信在进一步选择材料方面将会更加容易。

无论厨房风格如何,格局和摆设是基本。

不管是北欧风,还是工业设计风的厨房,都永远离不开厨房的陈列格局与摆设。

风格设计固然重要,那是屋主所要表达的厨房风格类型,但往往被忽略的是厨房陈列的格局。一旦把格局设计得不妥当,就会让整个厨房用得力不从心。

基本上我可以把厨房分为6种格局,每一种格局都有它自己独特的特色和形式。

  • 单排厨房 (I-Shape Kitchen)

单排厨房是近代发展商对于小型公寓或服务型公寓较为流行的厨房格局。顾名思义,就是单排一字型的厨房设计里,包含冰箱、水槽和火炉。

单排厨房没有设计死角,所以容易摆放餐具器具,也容易拿得到。

  • 双排式厨房 (Galley Kitchen / Parallel Kitchen)

双排式厨房被称为最高效率的厨房设计之一,一直深受各厨师的爱戴。

不难发现大多数的餐厅厨房格局都以此来布局。和单排厨房一样,不必为角落拿东西的橱柜感到不顺手。

  • L-字型厨房 (L-Shape Kitchen)

L-字型厨房是非常普遍及流行的厨房格局,大概占据了整个市场的70%。它可以提供连续性的厨房烹饪操作,也可以利用角落的空间。

适合中小型公寓或是小康之家,也是许多设计师青睐的厨房设计之一。

  • U-字型厨房 (U-Shape Kitchen)

这类U-字型厨房比较少见,好处是可以提供三角工作区域的厨房格局。

适合中大型的厨房,而且整体来说拥有比较足够的收纳空间和桌面,但必须考量厨房里可活动的空间,不然会显得很拥挤。

  • 中岛式厨房 (Island Kitchen)

拥有中岛式的厨房是大多数现代人梦寐以求的厨房设计,就是在厨房的中间有一个开放式的橱柜,与原厨房的橱柜没有任何连接性。

中岛也适用于成为吧台或早餐台,可拥有更多的收纳空间和额外桌面。有些设计也可以把火炉或水槽安装在中岛上,让整体厨房设计更加前卫。

  • 连接式半岛厨房 (Peninsula Kitchen)

这类型是从中岛厨房衍生而来。由于厨房格局空间有限,便把中岛橱柜与其厨房橱柜链接在一起,提供连续性的桌面,也适用为吧台或早餐台。

适合中小型的厨房,更可以提供一个自由且伸缩性的桌面。

那当然,除了这6种比较常见的厨房格局,也可以选择以下搭配:

  • 单排橱柜 + 中岛式橱柜
  • L-字型厨房 + 中岛式橱柜
  • L-字型厨房 + 连接式半岛厨房
  • 等等多种类型的厨房格局

从远古时代开始,
厨房是家里不可或缺的空间之一。

随着时代的进步,厨房的空间设计和格局都一直在改变着,有开放式厨房,中岛厨房等等各种不同类型的设计。厨房已是成为屋里让人着重设计的重心点。

那很多人会问怎样设计才会让厨房看起来美观? 其实厨房设计不仅仅是外观而已,更重要的是实用性。我简单把它分为以下三点:

第一,需要有充足的储存空间(Sufficient Storage Space)

我们会依据厨房的格局空间来衡量以及设计厨房的大小,充足的储存空间不意味着一定要有一个很大的厨房,只要不浪费空间或使用一些厨房配件便可将储存空间巨大化。

第二,使用厨房时的流畅度(Optimal Workflow)

无论是哪种格局的厨房都可以把它们规划成六个区域空间。

1. 食物储存区域 (Food Storage Zone)

把干粮食品都储存在同一个区域是方便在任何时候都可以轻松取出食物。冰橱也属于这个区域里面。

2. 餐具储存区域 (Kitchenware Storage Zone)

这边是储存容器,碗盘,餐具,杯等等的重要区域。这些餐具可以储存在壁柜或底柜中。当然也可以安装抽屉来收纳这些餐具。

3. 厨房电器区域 (Appliances Zone)

诸多厨房电器譬如搅拌机,烘面包机,电饭煲等都会摆放在这个 区域使用。比较少用的电器则可以收纳在这个区域的橱柜里。

4. 清洗区域(Cleaning Zone)

顾名思义,这个区域会有水盆或洗碗机。清洗食物或碗碟都会在这个区域操作。也可以作为收纳清洁剂或清洁用品的区域。

5. 食物准备区域 (Preparation Zone)

这是厨房最主要的区域,都在这边进行准备食物的活动。譬如切菜,调味,腌制等行为。建议自少要有90cm的工作空间。

此外,这个区域也可收纳一些调味料或烹饪用具使其准备时可以更加轻松和方便。

6. 烹饪区域(Cooking Zone)

这个区域是由火炉和抽油烟机组成。也可以置放烤箱和微波炉。 经常使用的烹饪厨具比如炒锅和烘培用具都可以收纳在此区域以方便取用。

区域的规划提高了使用厨房的流畅度,让准备和烹饪可以更加有效率的进行。

第三,拥有功能性的配件(Functionality)

使用一些有效的厨房五金配件可以提高厨房的功能性。譬如慢关抽屉拉柜和慢关门都是近代的趋势。

当学会了用这三点来规划厨房,便可轻易地打造出一个实用又美观,让亲戚朋友羡慕的厨房。
