厨房必备的抽油烟机,
装置的高度也是关键!

越来越多人喜欢开放式的现代厨房,除了可以让整体空间扩大,在厨房备餐时也可以跟亲朋好友或宾客互动聊天。

但需要注意的是,在烹饪过程中需要一架强而有力的抽油烟机,才能把烹煮时散发出来的味道和油烟排出屋外。

买了一架强劲的抽油烟机,如何安装也是一门高深的学问,当然聘请专业的安装师傅是最好的办法之一,可免后顾之虑。

目前市场上的抽油烟机种类繁多,而且每个品牌都有各自的特长和安装的尺寸。

一:Slim Hood / Under-Cabinet Hood

这种平底的抽油烟机通常安装在橱柜底下,其安装高度是从火炉或电炉开始算起,距离65cm至75cm之间。

这种抽油烟机一般会安装比吊橱还要高一点,以达到抽油烟的最佳效果。

二:Chimney Hood / Wall-Mounted Hood

这是市场上最为普遍的抽油烟机,他是直接安装在火炉之上并悬挂在墙壁上。

其安装的尺寸和高度也和Slim Hood一样距离火炉和电炉65cm至75cm之间为最佳。

三:Slanting Hood / Designer Hood

这种抽油烟机越来越受到现代人的青睐,可直接安装并悬挂在墙壁上,个子高的屋主不担心会碰撞到头顶。

由于它是往后斜下的种类,所以安装高度一般上比普通的抽油烟机来得低,其安装高度是从火炉或电炉开始算起,距离30cm至40cm之间。

四:Special No-7 Hood

这是近代新推出的抽油烟机款式,侧边外形看起来类似一个数字7号的形状,所以也称为7号型的抽油烟机。

其安装方式跟普通的抽油烟机一样,可直接安装并悬挂在墙壁上。由于它自带后挡板,所以安装的高度更为偏低,一般上距离火炉和电炉25cm至35cm之间为最佳。

居家烤箱的种类,
傻傻分不清?

现代家庭如果不具备一架亮眼的烤箱,可以说是不完整的厨房。烤箱自发明以来,功能一直不断地进步,深受屋主的喜爱。

大部分的烹饪工作都可以用烤箱来进行。比如烘培蛋糕饼干,烧烤肉,披萨等等,烹饪工作事倍功半。

市面上的基本居家烤箱可分三大类:

  • 传统独立式烤箱(Conventional Oven)

独立式烤箱在市场上拥有最广泛的种类选择,也是最受欢迎的烤箱种类。无需特别定制橱柜便能安装,使用的电量也不会很大。

它可以任由摆放在厨房桌面上,少用的话还可以收进橱柜里,增加台面的活动空间。当然如果比起功能性,独立式的烤箱功能远不比内置式的烤箱来得多。

  • 内置式烤箱(Build-In Oven)

顾名思义,内置式烤箱就是拥有特定的橱柜把烤箱安置进去,让整个厨房看起来更精致。所以安装前须向售货员了解烤箱的尺寸,再由师傅特别安装上去,形成和橱柜融为一体。

安装方式有两种:

第一种是可以安装在高橱中。由于内置烤箱的门是往下开,所以不宜安装太高。

第二种是可以安装在底柜里,由于厨房空间的局限,通常是在烹饪区域空间里或火炉的下方。

通常内置烤箱所需要的电量大于普通的厨房电器。如果发展商在建好房子后没有准备烤箱的插座,屋主就必须另请电工师傅另行装置。

  • 滑入式烤箱(Slide-In Oven)

滑入式烤箱基本上都跟电炉或火炉配备在一起,能轻易地将整个电器推入至所预留的空间里面。

这种类型在本地甚少见,国外则比较流行。它间接地节省了桌面的空间,备餐时可用的台面空间较大。

现代的厨房不仅仅是一个烹饪的地方,它已经变成亲朋好友集聚的空间,是家里重要的一环,所以你的厨房应该拥有一些实用性而且美观的烹饪电器器材。

时尚的电子炉便是其中一种在厨房里地位极高的电器。除了火炉,现代人更倾向于使用电子炉。

据说使用电子炉可以减少烹饪时所散发出来的油烟弥漫在整个厨房里,而且目前大多数的发展商在建造房子时也顺便把电子炉的插头一并设计了,方便屋主在安装时不需要额外增加插座。

基本上电子炉可以分为两大类:

  • 电炉灶 (Electric Cooktop)

顾名思义,电子炉就是使用装置上的燃烧器用电加热食物。

其装置通常隐藏在一层玻璃表面下,所以清理表面时也非常容易,而且其表面的电子圈也有大小差别,给与适合不同大小的烹饪器具。

  • 电磁炉 (Induction Cooktop)

不同于电炉灶,电磁炉是利用电磁能量来散发热度使食物变熟。

其装置也一样会隐藏在一层玻璃表面下,散发的电磁能量会产生磁场,其磁场会对一些特别的厨房器具,比如钢,铁,不锈钢的器具底部产生反应,该反应会产生震动从而产生热量来使食物变熟,所以加热的速度会比普通的电子炉来的快。

值得注意的是这种电磁炉只是对一些特定的烹饪器具产生反应,所以购买器具时需要多加注意。

大扫除,厨房忌水火对冲

俗语说“病从口入”,常理告诉我们,厨房要保持清洁,才可确保家中伙食清洁,不会因为食用不洁食物。

在风水学上,灶,指的就是厨房;实效国学大师李淙翰老师说,灶(厨房)的能量如果没有照顾好,就会出状况。

易经实效国学大师李淙翰老师指出,民以食为天,要吃饭也必须有钱,也正因为如此,营造一个好的厨房能量,至关重要。

“灶,代表女主人的健康,其实也代表家裡的财运。”

他在《2022壬寅虎年增运攻略》中提到,厨房能量最容易出现的禁忌,是开门见灶和水火对冲的格局。

他说,厨房门一打开就看到灶台,是最大禁忌:“因为冲到,就容易有倒霉事和不好的事情发生。”

厨房得“藏富“

李淙翰表示,财富需要藏起来,如果厨房开门见灶,就会很容易泄财,也会出大问题。

另外,很多厨房的洗手槽和煤气灶形成对冲格局,他指出,水槽是水,煤气灶是火, 两者可以平行,不能对 冲,一旦对冲也会漏财。

所以啊,大扫除准备迎接新年,好好清理厨房之际,水槽和灶头如果对冲,看能不能移走;要调整开门见灶的问题可能动作比较大。

水龙头的种类,
你知多少?

随着时代的进步,厨房已是家里的中心地带。无论是小型的家庭聚餐,吃早餐,备餐等都在厨房进行。

厨房的风格设计大多数是由门面和颜色来决定,但往往大家都会忽略掉一些小细节,水龙头的种类和设计就是其中之一。

所谓细节决定成败,如果在设计厨房风格时,也可以把水龙头设计纳入考量之中,
那更是锦上添花。

简而言之,厨房的水龙头可分为两大类。购买厨房水龙头时必须注意,一种是安装在墙壁上,另一种则是安装在台面上。

  • 墙上水龙头

顾名思义,这种水龙头是安装及固定在墙壁上。通常买屋子时,发展商会安装这种墙上水龙头。

其好处是更换水龙头时,不必担心会伤害到厨房柜子,二来更换时也比较方便。但由于水龙头是固定在墙壁上的,所以在设计厨房柜子的时候会有点困难。

水槽的位置会尽量对准水龙头的中心,看起来才不会觉得水槽偏离。

  • 台面水龙头

这种水龙头最为普遍,而且种类繁多。有可伸缩性、拉出式等等。

安装方法是在桌面开个小洞,确保底部连接可以穿过厨房桌面,再从水槽的橱柜里面从底部锁紧。许多设计师都喜爱台面水龙头,因为伸缩性强。

选择对的水龙头,让不显眼的它也可以成为厨房里最耀眼的点缀。

经典黑白配,
轻奢优雅高级!

在现代风格设计里,最经典的莫过于黑白配设计。

黑与白的搭配,不论是在服装设计,室内装横,甚至是厨房设计里都表现得永不过时,而且还可以让空间显得优雅高级,所以黑白配一直以来都深受许多人的青睐。

黑白可以说是最简单的颜色搭配,但也是表现最亮眼的颜色。

在厨房设计方面,由于门面占了整个厨房空间的70%,建议可以配搭白色且具有光泽的门面,再配搭黑色石英石桌面。

这样搭配可以让整个厨房空间显得比较宽,而且黑色的桌面也比白色的桌面来得容易照顾。

如果是全黑色的门面配搭黑色桌面,会让厨房整体看起来变得空间比较小。

但如果是全白色的门面再配搭白色的桌面,整个厨房就会显得比较单调。

所以,除了黑色与白色混搭,也可以在桌面上放置一些大自然绿色物件,或是灰黑色、冷色系列的厨房器具与摆设品等等,让整体厨房更加有层次感。

我想知道,装修厨房时,应该避免什么样的潮湿材料?


答:

何,您好!

你想询问的是什么样的材料适用于潮湿的厨房里既耐久又实用?

首先我们说说墙身,砖墙是很好的选择,因为其耐用也很好清理。

在靠近火炉的墙身也可以使用白钢,云石或人造云石。这些也属于是容易清理的材料,亦不担心潮湿问题。要注意在清理白钢表面污垢时要用干净的布料以防止划花白钢表面。

厨房的桌面方面,可以选用瓷砖,人造云石或者云石,尽量避免木质材料。

至于橱柜,现有的很多全套铝制的,不怕潮湿,但就价格高于一般木材料。

大多数人都使用木屑板 (Chip Board/ Melamine Board)来做橱柜,因为较为便宜。但切记要选用具备防水功能的!如何分辨是否具备防水功效呢?如果木板旁边能看见木屑带有绿色的,就说明是有防水功效,也比较耐用。

如果是潮湿的地方都在洗碗盆下方的橱柜里。最好放一层白钢/铝/铝箔在底部以防止水滴在橱里,还有在橱门上开个通风口让里面的空去流通。这类型通风口的盖子是特制的,具备防止昆虫进出的功能,市面上很容易买到。

在厨房里也需要安装一台抽风机以确保空气流通,厨房面积大的话也可以安装电风扇。

你家的厨房干湿分明吗?

厨房已经渐渐成为家里的中心,尤其经过了一个漫长的 MCO,大家都越来越注重厨房的规划以及厨房区域的重要性。

现代的厨房不只是用来备餐而已,甚至已经可以设计到让家人团聚的空间。

干湿厨房的格局与大小可依据屋主的习惯和喜好设计。

厨房基本上可分为干厨房和湿厨房。有些发展商还特地把湿厨房规划成个别的空间,好让大煮大炒时油烟味不会飘到客厅里。

但不是每个家庭的厨房格局都可以分为干厨房和湿厨房。屋主在必要时可能需要小小更改整个厨房的格局。

在此跟大家分享干厨房与湿厨房的差别:

干厨房可用作简单用餐区,一门隔开湿厨房有助于减少飘进屋里的油烟。

干厨房

基本上干厨房的用意是让屋主可以准备简单的餐点,譬如说烘面包,切水果,准备咖啡等等。其用量可能比湿厨房还多,但通常不需要太费力准备食材。

干厨房通常都会放置冰箱、烤箱等电器和中岛区。

另一点是干厨房都会有一些厨房电器:冰橱,咖啡机,微波炉,水果搅拌机,面包机等等,也建议在干厨房安装一个比较小的水槽。当然,干厨房整理起来也不必大费周章。

湿厨房

顾名思义,湿厨房是一个可以解开浑身斗数展现厨艺的好地方。

大多数的煎炸爆炒都可以在湿厨房进行。所以,湿厨房尽可能可以安装抽油烟机,把一切的油烟味都抽出屋外。

湿厨房装置了抽油烟机,有助于保持空气流通。

第二点是建议在湿厨房里安装窗户,让空气比较流通。一些厨房电器比如抽油烟机,火炉,烤箱,洗碗机等等都适合安装在湿厨房。

由于湿厨房是属于湿气较重的空间,所以打扫和整理起来会比较费力。

干湿厨房分明,备起餐来更整洁有条理。

总结来说,不一定每一间家都需要分类干厨房与湿厨房,是因屋主个人的烹饪或使用厨房的习惯来设计。

由于现在发展商所开发的屋子迎合年轻人的品味,大多数年轻人已经不再会大煮大炒,所以厨房的空间也越来越小,如公寓或服务式公寓,为了可以分类干厨房和湿厨房,大多数人都会把洗衣空间(Yard Area)打造成湿厨房,至少油烟不会飘进屋内,可以保持家里的干爽。

厨房“后挡板”是细节之最,
你都处理好了吗?

厨房除了桌面和门面,最影响设计美感且时常被忽略的便是“后挡板”(Backsplash)。

后挡板用于保护火炉和水槽后面的墙壁。火炉后面的墙壁会因为烹饪而导致油腻;水槽后的墙则会因为时常被喷到水而损坏,所以后挡板应该选择防水和容易清理的材料最为适合。

后挡板的设计也可以成为厨房里独特的风景,在此整理出几种常见的居家厨房后挡板的种类:

1. 瓷砖(Wall Tiles)

这种后挡板是最为普遍的设计,许多发展商都会在厨房的墙壁上安装瓷砖当作后挡板。

价钱最为平民化,其优点是种类繁多,可以选择你喜欢的瓷砖种类设计来配搭厨房的橱柜。但值得注意的是,瓷砖通常都会有接缝的线条,所以比较难清理接缝间留下的污垢。

2. 玻璃(Wall Color Glass / Mirror)

许多设计师也喜欢将玻璃设计成后挡板,不止可以解决瓷砖接缝的问题,在打扫清理方面也比较省时省力。耐油、防水,还有很多颜色供选择。

需要注意的是在安装插座的同时避免安装得太紧,一用力过度可能会导致玻璃破裂。

3. 不锈钢(Stainless Steel)

这种不锈钢的后挡板比较少在主流市场上看到,大多数会出现在餐厅的厨房,或是工业设计风格的厨房里。

不锈钢也和玻璃一样,防油、防水、耐热。但其制作过程会比玻璃来得复杂。需要注意的是不锈钢容易会有刮痕,而且会很明显,所以需要多加照顾。

4. 桌面石头(Quartz Stone / Solid Surface / Marble / Granite)

这种后挡板是以桌面的材料直接安装在墙壁上,其美观程度可以呈现墙壁与桌面为一体的感觉。实用性就是与桌面一样耐热耐水,是成为后挡板的材料之一。唯一的缺点便是价格跟会比其他后挡板稍贵。

5. 壁纸(Wallpaper)

许多屋主都喜欢在客厅和餐厅安装壁纸,再延伸至厨房的墙壁上,让整间家都拥有一样的设计风格。

如果是干厨房的话,可以接受使用壁纸为后挡板,但不建议在湿厨房里安装壁纸。原因是壁纸不耐水,尤其是在水槽的部分会受潮而导致壁纸损坏。

安装后挡板和厨房橱柜都拥有不一样的顺序,有些需要厨房橱柜安装了才可以安装后挡板,有些则需要在厨房橱柜安装之前。建议可以询问专业的厨房设计师以获得更多的资讯。
