你家厨房后挡板够出色吗?

厨房“后挡板”是细节之最,
你都处理好了吗?

厨房除了桌面和门面,最影响设计美感且时常被忽略的便是“后挡板”(Backsplash)。

后挡板用于保护火炉和水槽后面的墙壁。火炉后面的墙壁会因为烹饪而导致油腻;水槽后的墙则会因为时常被喷到水而损坏,所以后挡板应该选择防水和容易清理的材料最为适合。

后挡板的设计也可以成为厨房里独特的风景,在此整理出几种常见的居家厨房后挡板的种类:

1. 瓷砖(Wall Tiles)

这种后挡板是最为普遍的设计,许多发展商都会在厨房的墙壁上安装瓷砖当作后挡板。

价钱最为平民化,其优点是种类繁多,可以选择你喜欢的瓷砖种类设计来配搭厨房的橱柜。但值得注意的是,瓷砖通常都会有接缝的线条,所以比较难清理接缝间留下的污垢。

2. 玻璃(Wall Color Glass / Mirror)

许多设计师也喜欢将玻璃设计成后挡板,不止可以解决瓷砖接缝的问题,在打扫清理方面也比较省时省力。耐油、防水,还有很多颜色供选择。

需要注意的是在安装插座的同时避免安装得太紧,一用力过度可能会导致玻璃破裂。

3. 不锈钢(Stainless Steel)

这种不锈钢的后挡板比较少在主流市场上看到,大多数会出现在餐厅的厨房,或是工业设计风格的厨房里。

不锈钢也和玻璃一样,防油、防水、耐热。但其制作过程会比玻璃来得复杂。需要注意的是不锈钢容易会有刮痕,而且会很明显,所以需要多加照顾。

4. 桌面石头(Quartz Stone / Solid Surface / Marble / Granite)

这种后挡板是以桌面的材料直接安装在墙壁上,其美观程度可以呈现墙壁与桌面为一体的感觉。实用性就是与桌面一样耐热耐水,是成为后挡板的材料之一。唯一的缺点便是价格跟会比其他后挡板稍贵。

5. 壁纸(Wallpaper)

许多屋主都喜欢在客厅和餐厅安装壁纸,再延伸至厨房的墙壁上,让整间家都拥有一样的设计风格。

如果是干厨房的话,可以接受使用壁纸为后挡板,但不建议在湿厨房里安装壁纸。原因是壁纸不耐水,尤其是在水槽的部分会受潮而导致壁纸损坏。

安装后挡板和厨房橱柜都拥有不一样的顺序,有些需要厨房橱柜安装了才可以安装后挡板,有些则需要在厨房橱柜安装之前。建议可以询问专业的厨房设计师以获得更多的资讯。

这些厨房必备好帮手,
你都有了吗?

除了由底柜,吊橱,和高橱,桌面等等来组成一套实用的厨房,当然少不了隐藏在橱柜里的五金配件好帮手!这些配件可让屋主在使用厨房时更得心应手,大大减低日常生活中使用厨房时所遇到的问题与麻烦。

为了提升厨房实用度,市场上越来越多人喜欢安装厨房配件。当然这些五金配件也可以在网上购得,价钱会以不同的材质来区分。

在此整理了5种市场上常见的五金配件:

  • 碗碟架(Dish Rack)

这种五金配件挺普遍,而且也很实用。其用意是让屋主在洗碗后放在上面晾干,再收进柜子里。所以这种五金配件最好选择不锈钢为主。

很多屋主都喜欢安装门面把碗碟架关起来。需要多加注意的是,如果把门关起来,里面的碗碟在潮湿的情况下会导致橱柜发霉,所以建议还是放置碗碟架透风会比较好。

  • 花生型转角拉篮(Peanut Corner Basket)

物如其名,其外观形状如同一颗花生!让屋主不必弯腰寻找角落的东西。只需要打开橱柜的门,然后再把拉篮拉出来,便可透视隐藏在角落的物品。

  • 传统式拉篮(Pull Out Basket)

这种配件适用于底柜内部。其最大的特点是把门打开后,就可以把拉篮往外拉,收藏在里面的物品也能一眼望尽,不必弯腰寻找。

抽屉也有这种功能,但价钱比较昂贵,所以此拉篮时常会用来替代抽屉。

  • 瓶罐式拉篮(Bottle Pull Out Basket)

这是传统式拉篮的进阶版,其用意是可以收纳一些烹饪所需用到的瓶子罐子,所以这种款式通常会安装在靠近火炉或烹饪区域,让烹饪时可以更有效及节省时间。

目前这种拉篮已经进化到可以收纳砧板,汤匙叉之类,以及一些小刀。

  • 餐具收纳架(Cutlery Tray)

这种五金配件通常会安装在抽屉里的第一小层。其用意是可以很好的规划和收纳
一些汤匙、叉、刀、筷子之类的餐具。

由于这些餐具的体积比较小,如果不做收纳规划的话,恐怕会很难找到,所以餐具收纳架算是厨房里的重要配件之一!

疫情当前,每个人待在家中的时间更长了,被常年冷落的厨房,也有人发挥之处。

你可知道,厨房在家居风水上也是非常重要的一环?

风水大师何宜娟在为《南洋商报》撰写的专栏中提到,早在清朝乾隆年间,就有一本风水名著《阳宅三要》,重点谈“门、主、灶”,也是阳宅风水的精华。

灶头的吉凶好坏,会直接影响一家人的身体健康,也会影响到居住者的贫富寿夭,所谓“食者,禄也”。

厨房风水如果布置得宜,也就是代表居住者有一定的“暗财”,因为“民以食为天”,居住者如果赚到钱,在吃喝方面是不会吝啬的,一个人如果吃得好,显然就会有精力去努力工作,间接的财运方面的机会也增加不少。

厨房在阳宅上是属于一个特殊的地方,在风水五行中同时拥有水、火相克的两种元素,所以厨房中的设备例如冰箱、水洗糟、抽风机等都必须慎重安置。

同时,相信很多人都听过,如果炉灶摆放在西北方,会对家中的男主人不利;如果摆放在西南方,则会导致婆媳不和。根据八宅派的理论,每一个方位都代表着不同的代表人物,可以参考以下图表,去分析到底会对家庭哪个成员带来最大的健康威胁:

在考虑摆放厨房炉灶的方位时,最好就是咨询有经验的勘舆师,然后根据房屋的方向,再利用“原局飞星盘 ”来衡量炉灶的位置。

不过,在没有聘请勘舆师的情况之下,如果要把厨房设计得宜,有些风水原则是必须遵守的。

来看看何宜娟提供的一些小贴士:

1.厨房对厕所

厨房风水的第一大忌,是厨房对正厕所。厨房属火,厕所属水,如果两个门相对,就会造成水火不容的现象,除了影响健康之外,也会增加家人争吵的机会。

最好的方法就是把厕所的门口移开,避免对正厨房。如果空间不允许,则必须要记住厕所门一定要常关,不要让污秽的气体混入厨房,以免影响全家人的胃口和心情。

2.厨房对房门

和厨房对厕所的原理一样,厨房五行属火,对正房门会令房中的人容易脾气暴躁,精神紧张。

如果厨房刚好是对正房门,则必须设法改动厨房门或厕所门。否则也可以考虑在两个门之间摆放植物来化解。

3.厨房对大门

如果厨房的门、窗或后门刚好与大门正对着,形成一条直线,在风水上被称为“穿堂煞 ”,会对居住者带来财运的影响。

如果大门刚好正对着炉灶头,破财的机会更大,因为古云:“开门见灶,钱财多耗”,必须设法在大门与厨房门之间摆放屏风或高身多叶的植物遮挡,也可考虑在厨房门装上门帘来化解。

4.炉灶摆放在窗下

炉灶摆放在窗下是犯了风水的大忌,因为外界的风雨尘土会容易污染食物。

窗户的打开也会加快气流的循环,容易造成煤气燃烧不完全,燃气外泄,时间长久下会影响居住者的健康,尤其是时常在厨房干活的女主人。

5.炉灶在横梁下

横梁对站在下面的人,就是主厨具有压抑特性的能量辐射,如果长期在横梁下方,会使人精神紧张,运气不振。

如果想要化解横梁所造成的煞气,釜底抽薪的办法就是用天花板把横梁遮掩覆盖起来,让厨房整体的气场上变得流畅通顺,因为横梁在气场上所带来压力会被平均散布在天花板上,让生活在这个气场里的人,不会再受到无形的压力。

随着时代的进步,市面上厨房的橱柜可谓五花八门,琳琅满目。

当然,不同的国家有着不同的需求与材料来配搭他们的气候和季节,有不锈钢制,铝制,模块化木制,木化定制等等。其中又以模块化木制 (Modular Kitchen) 的厨房最为广受欢迎。

今天就来分享模块化木制的厨房所组成的结构。

基本上,可以把厨房橱柜分为5个结构。每一个结构的材料都可依据不同人类的需要来变化和组成。

  • 桌面 (Table Top / Countertop)
桌面是厨房内重要的结构,材质等都需多番考量。

桌面是整个厨房里最为重要的结构。无论是烹饪,准备食材,摆放厨房器具等都离不开与桌面的接触。目前市面上的桌面有石英石(Quartz Stone),大理石(Marble),花岗石(Granite),人造石(Solid Surface)等等,以及一些比较崭新或特别的桌面,详情可以咨询经验的厨房设计师。

选择桌面的时候必须以耐用,防刮,防水,容易清理为出发点来衡量。

  • 橱身 (Carcass / Cabinet Body)
可使用防潮材料保护橱柜。

厨房结构中少不了的就是橱身。橱身通常都有一层门面把它们掩盖住。由于橱身比较少暴露在外,所以大多数是由白色木制组装而成,并非五颜六色。

值得一提的是,水盆底下的厨身会比较潮湿,所以必须选择防潮的材料。

  • 门面 (Kitchen Door)
橱柜的门面种类繁多,可依据喜好和用途选择合适材质。

通常我们一进厨房会注意到的就是门面。厨房的风格大多数由门面的种类来决定。

门面的设计层出不穷,比较广为人知的有刨花板门(Melamine),玻璃门(Crystal Glass),实木门(Solid Wood), 亚克力门(Acrylic) 等等。不同的顾客群拥有不一样的需求。

  • 背板 (Backply)
搭配合适的背板能有效保护橱柜,保持整洁美观 。

背板是安装在橱柜内部的后方,所以比较少人会留意这个部分。除了水盆下方的橱柜不建议安装背板之外,其他橱柜都适合安装背板。

目前也有比较特别的背板可供考虑,像是可以驱除蟑螂的木背板也有在我国出售。

  • 踢脚线 (Plinth / Skirting)
彻底了解厨房结构,打造合适又好用的空间!

踢脚线有两个功能,第一是把底柜里面的支撑脚盖起来,看起来比较美观。

第二是可以防止底柜在遇到屋主用拖把拖地时,弄湿底柜进而损坏橱柜。所以
大部分的踢脚线都是由铝制或者是防水的材料制成。

当你了解了厨房橱柜的结构,相信在进一步选择材料方面将会更加容易。

要注意的是,你必须遵守市政府的准则,比如有些地区允许后方的扩建到尾(家的范围),有些则需要预留5尺。
