橱柜不耐用?常损坏?
快为厨房打造不锈之身吧!

厨房可以说是屋子里面其中一个重要的区域空间,也是最让人头疼的地方。其风格种类繁多,每一个细节都有不同的材料组成分类。

譬如说桌面的材料有石英石、大理石、人造石、压缩木板等等。

门面的材料也有玻璃门、刨花门板、亚克力门、覆膜(Lamination)等等。

厨身(Carcass / Body) 也有刨花板木、胶合板木、不锈钢、铝制等等。

今天就分享可以耐潮湿、防水、防白蚂蚁的厨房厨身吧!

如果是建在一些常发生水灾的地方,靠近河流,或是区域较低处,还有靠近稻田、森林、农场之类的房子,会有很大的几率引来白蚂蚁。

目前市场上的厨身通常都由刨花板木或胶合板木制成。

基本上的功能是收纳食物、干粮、厨房器具等等,所以都不会造成潮湿。

但由于屋子环境的因素,滋生的白蚂蚁会影响木制厨身而导致损坏。或是有时发生河水泛滥或导致水灾,则会造成厨房橱柜的损坏。

不耐潮的质料会导致橱柜损坏脏乱。

为了提防水患和白蚂蚁的事情发生,建议厨房可以使用完全防水防潮的材料。

厨身也可以用洋灰瓷砖来构造出厨房的厨身,虽然耐用性强,但风格陈旧显老土,而且要在打造洋灰瓷砖的厨房的工程,难免会肮脏凌乱。

目前市场上不锈钢或铝制的厨房橱柜也越来越普遍,门面可以用玻璃门来防止白蚁的滋生。

以不锈钢打造干净耐用的橱柜。
不锈钢的门框业能防止橱柜受潮损坏。

厨身的材料可以选择不锈钢或铝制的,虽然价钱比起普通的木制橱柜高几倍,但论其耐用性却是值得的。

以不锈钢打造的全套厨房,尽是低调的现代感。

相信在未来的趋势不锈钢或铝制的厨身会越来越普及化。多一种选择,少一点烦恼,何乐而不为。

价格稍高,但比一般质料更耐用。

淳朴又复古的乡村风,
你喜欢吗?

随着现代人的生活品质逐渐提升,所用的周边产品也会不断地进步且增多。

厨房也不例外,整体橱柜的颜色、材质、造型等等,也在不断地创新和增加,为人们带来更多选择。

然而,选择越多,人们反而越向往最淳朴的乡村复古风格,造就了欧美乡村风(Europe Country Style Design)的设计概念越来越受到青睐。

自建林间小木屋过极简生活

在林间打造小木屋,
尽享me time!

当然,住迷你房子未必一定要用货柜改造,沙巴亚庇美女Sonnia Yee,就用回收来的旧木板,自己设计并建了一间才140平方尺的小房子。

在澳洲深造时,她看到很多人住在小小的房子,过著简单的生活,让她爱上小而美的村屋,也渐渐爱上极简minimalist生活方式。

26岁从澳洲深造回国,她就萌起了要财务独立和拥有自己的房子的念头。

于是就开始涂涂画画设计房子,家人对她要建一间房子独居的想法大力支持。

绿意盎然的小木屋

之后,她在原本和家人同住的房子毗邻,盖了这间小木屋,自己搬进去独享me time,如今已过了快2年。

Sonnia Yee花了3万令吉建筑费,但盖房子的木板,是她通过社媒找到的二手木板,她将已脱漆的陈旧板子复新后,搭建了目前的蜗居。

小木屋被绿意盎然的植被和树林包围,屋外有个平台可以聚餐和休息,内有客厅和厨房,卧室安置在阁楼。

闲暇时泡在菜田和花园

这个幸福蜗居内外都是一片白,对追祟极简生活的她来说,窝在小小的居所是幸福;快乐不是拥有更多东西,而是在有限的东西内寻乐趣。

她认为,居住环境很重要,但无谓的物质都可以放弃,所以小小的雅居没有多余的东西,并在大门前开垦出一大片有机菜田和花园。

闲时,Sonnia Yee也会栽培一些小植物,或装饰美美的盘栽出售。

从洋房,住进铁皮屋!

远离喧嚣的城市,
走入林间的“铁皮屋”

当房价越来越贵,当工资永远追不上通货膨胀,想拥有栖身之所变得越来越困难。

越来越多人奉行极简生活方式,多余的人事物统统都断舍离。

加上在城市拼事业,身心疲累,更加响往在乡区可随时随地亲近大自然的宁静生活。

一对原本住在雪州八打灵再也的夫妇,在事业上拼博并闯出一番成就后,觉得该调整生活步伐和方式,最后决定回归到自己喜爱的大自然怀抱中。

亲手打造小而美宅,回归大自然。

用货柜打造蜗居

于是他们和家人告别了喧嚣的城市,搬到森美兰州的郊区,从洋灰房住进了铁皮屋。

他们在瓜拉庇劳Kg Dioh的林间,用货柜搭配木料和红砖,砌出室内空间300平方尺的小小房子居住。

竖立在林间300平方尺小房子,红砖配上木地板,带点欧洲农庄feel,很难想像这个的前身是退役货柜吧?

夫妻俩一位原本是创意总监,一位是化妆师,两人为这个安乐窝下了很多心血,从概念、设计、装修风格和家具搭配统统都是亲力亲为。

大门故意开在侧面,户外连接一个用原木搭建的平台,可以乘凉、聚餐。

成本8.5万元

设计完成后再找承包商来施工,前后花了8万5000令吉,大概6到8个星期就建好。

幸福小宅特意挑高加盖的阁楼,是2个儿子的卧室,也是一家大小常聚在一起的快乐空间。

回归乡间田园,还是可以生活得很现代,把屏布用绳子绑在树上,餐桌用来放投影机,就是户外看戏的好娱乐。

货柜屋楼下有2间卧室,户外的平台可以休息乘凉看星星,也是他们的用餐区,让树木包围,可闻到植物清幽的气息和花香,还有虫鸣鸟叫伴奏。

因为热爱大自然和绿林,这户人家也从中找到赚钱的灵感,他们之后买进帐篷架起露营屋,出租给想轻鬆露营的人。

小雅居渗出昏黄色的灯光,融入晚霞和林间雾气,像极富人在郊区的度假屋。
家中採用自然色系家具,简约带著欧陆风情。
卧室特意另开玻璃窗户,利于採光,也可观赏林间景色。
室内浴室兼卫生间,舖有木地板,浴具和设计都用落落大方的白色。
露天冲浴泡澡,一边洗涤身心的尘垢,一边让最真的自己融入大自然。
宛如度假村的美宅全是夫妻俩的精心杰作。

在大马,也能买货柜屋!

货柜改建成温暖的家,
你向往吗?

在雪隆区要买一间约800平方尺的公寓,30万令吉超难找,现在新楼盘比较多定价在40万令吉;这已经算是可负担价位,但事实上并非真的如此容易负担。

货柜屋相对下更便宜,基础版居所可能10万令吉内就能解决。

根据建筑和设计资讯网ATAP,一个二手标准20尺货柜,大概要价2000到8000令吉,淘宝售价1000美元起跳,主要看大小和货柜的状况而定。

该网上一篇文章指出,改装成家居的基本建筑费,大概在4万令吉左右;在郊外的2000平方尺土地,估算约4万令吉。

货柜铁皮屋侧面装上全玻璃门,原本的门还可以打开,大大增加採光和自然通风。

4万令吉买到400平方尺

根据一些提供组和改造货柜屋的业者在Tiny House Malaysia面簿专页分享,20尺x20尺的标准货柜,改装成一房一浴,有厨房和客厅的400平方尺的生活空间,收费4万令吉以下。

当然,这只限模组式的标准单位,只有基本格局和设备,如门窗、电线等。

这样的400平方尺货柜屋,基本的一房一浴,有厨房和客厅,装修费4万令吉就可以解决。

对外观或内部设计有要求的,若要找专业设计师操刀,打造独一无二的安乐窝,就得预算另一笔费用。

货柜改造家居,从内到外的工序,如强化、上漆、切割、组装等等,大概数个月就可完成,而传统的房子建筑期大概都是超过1年。

用两个40尺x 10尺货柜合併成有点T形房,一个柜改装约2万令吉,落地玻璃窗和铁门等不包括在内。
把家安置在这片林地,对可以远距办公的人完全没问题。
小小的货柜屋,侧面开一个大门,另一边是偌大的窗户,抗疫功能加分。
对照前后,铁皮屋变身安乐窝,好像不太难。

小而美宅!

在世界首富马斯克住进Boxabl的400平方尺组合屋之后,小宅(Tiny House)可说是席捲全球。

欧美本来就流行用货柜箱改装成居所,尤其是北欧国家,小巧的数百平方尺迷你宅,有的固定在自己的土地,有的装在政府规划的空地。

Boxabl组合屋是先预组好再“折”起来,送抵后“打开”,再做好固定就算完成。即使是双层房子也没问题。

当然,也不少人会在林地建一间当做是周末屋。

只是,因为迷你宅毕竟空间有限,居户必须尽可能减沙杂物,只保留必需品,比较适合极简约生活概念的人。

货柜改建

全球约1000万个用过的货柜被闲置各地港口,买来改建成房子,还能资源回收,有助环保。

一个货柜变身蜗居,好好设计善用空间,就是安乐窝。

货柜长期在海上运行,为了强化承重能力,都採用强实钢材制成,结构坚固不容质疑。

毕竟,美国军队兵营很多也是用货柜改装而成,容纳你的家,一点问题都没有。

虽然说是铁皮屋,但用心设计一下,还是可以很有特色,打卡分数甚至比传统房子更高。

户外用木板搭个平台,可以用餐、会客或休閒。
蜗居也能打造成富有高级感的温馨小屋。
具有现代感的风格,屋顶挑高更显空间感。

合理规划厨房,
实用美感兼具!

由于槟岛的土地发展有限,许多发展商都喜欢在槟岛兴建房子。

随着通货膨胀,槟城的屋子发展得越来越快,尤其是在西南区Sungai Ara和Relau那一带,屋子犹如雨后春笋,一栋接一栋地崛起。

今天就为大家分析其中一座名为The Amarene公寓的厨房设计。

The Amarene是槟城坐落于Bayan Lepas靠近飞机场的综合发展项目。它是由 Ideal Property发展商所开发,分为2座35层楼高的公寓楼。

它拥有2种不同款式的设计:

Type A的1200平方尺则可以设计成L型(L-Shape)的厨房设计。

原有的设计格局有一边比较长的墙壁,另一边则比较短。

长的墙壁尾端便是一扇窗,沿途可以放置水槽,并以L型设计(L-shape)连接较短的墙壁,再放置抽油烟机和火炉。

此厨房格局拥有一个类似切入的角落来放置冰箱,所以会让有更宽阔的空间备餐、烹饪和放置厨房电器。

而Type B的1100平方尺厨房可分为两排平行设计(Parallel Kitchen)。原本的设计格局亦是一边较长的墙壁,另一边较短。

短墙拥有一扇通往室外存储空间(Dry Yard)的门,也可以配置水槽。而长的墙壁可以放置冰箱、火炉和抽油烟机。

有些屋主也可以在冰厨旁安置高橱,并安装置入式的烤箱和微波炉,让整体厨房看起来更加完整。

水槽上方也可以安置碗架(Dishrack),可以晾干碗盘。

在现代厨房设计里,厨房最主要的三个区域是收纳区,烹饪区和清洗区。所以火炉或电炉、水槽和冰箱是厨房里最重要的厨房三宝。

由于电器越来越先进,冰箱的种类和尺寸也越来越多样化。

大多数设计师在设计冰箱的空间时,都会以屋主购买的冰箱来制定空间。

需要注意的是,大多数的冰箱都以内部的容量(Liters)来分类,因此,不同品牌或不同模型的冰箱,虽然其内部容量一样,但外在尺寸都会有所不同。

冰箱普遍上可以分为左右门开和上下门开,有些甚至还带有抽屉。

左右门开的冰箱通常需要预留的空间比较多,冰箱旁至少要有可以打开全门的距离。

不容忽视的是,如果有订制冰箱柜子,那柜子的边框深度不要超过冰箱的深度,以免冰箱门无法全开,而内部柜子也很难拉出来清洗。

上下门开的冰箱,其95%都是往右边开。由于容量空间比较小,所预留的空间一般都比左右门开的冰箱小一点。

若冰箱顶部有橱柜,也必须预留特定的空间给予透风散热。

德国名建筑师 极简玩出新花样

简约风很无趣?
也许是因为没遇到“他”……

这位德国十大杰出建筑师之一 – 亚历山大·布伦纳(Alexander Brenner),想必是有“强迫症”?

这可不是贬义,而是惊叹出自他手的建筑作品,竟能将严谨和秩序融合艺术,把“简约美”发挥到极致。

没有浮夸的修饰手法,工整的建筑外观,内里实则结合充满美感的原料和家具,以色彩及流畅线条,打造成实用且利落的漂亮建筑。

无论是别墅豪宅、艺术画廊或私人艺术收藏馆等等,他都创造了不少建筑佳话,屡获欧洲建筑类大奖,备受国际认可,还经常受邀到各大学府授课。

初见作品,无非会认为是一些简洁设计的手法运用,但每一处都是量身打造,充分显现他对生活的细致考量!

1. 不着痕迹的“收藏家”

若要空间显得宽敞整洁,一定不能有杂物!

他巧妙地运用“障眼法”,将收纳空间隐藏在墙板之下,无论是电视墙、收纳橱柜等等都能藏起来!

墙面不附把手,只靠墙壁的分隔缝充当“暗门”开关橱柜,不易被察觉。

空间感作为别墅类建筑是非常关键且必要的元素,尤其人们喜爱景深感,创造足够的空间会令人觉得舒适。

因此,屋内不少大面积的隐藏壁橱,还有挑高的屋梁,搭配富有设计感的吊灯,尽显宽敞大气。

2. 用料大胆创新

亚历山大·布伦纳的建筑风格,强调坚固、实用、美观,因此整体建筑硬朗简洁,用料也具备新意。

住宅大门的墙面上就有小机关,墙面一翻起就是隐藏的车库入口,但有谁想过墙面竟然覆盖着不锈钢板呢?

不仅如此,连接别墅大门的材质亦用了生铁!工艺精良的旋转门 ,与反光的钢铁墙壁相互辉映,独特又耐用!

3. 天然材料打造温馨感

亚历山大·布伦纳秉持可持续性与环保的设计理念。如今时代变化多端,但使用好的建材、不追求短期时尚风尚、简洁的家居环境便能长久使用,世代相传。

这座位于德国斯图加特的豪宅,整体建筑采用岩石碎屑打造厚体墙,自然的米黄色与墙面的粗糙质感让豪宅多了一丝暖意,赋予人们免受外来侵袭的安全感。

为了保持良好的保温与隔热效果,建筑外墙都以多孔混凝土组成,也能确保房子在拆除后不会遗留有害废料。

善用空间的他还搭了通往顶楼的爬梯,闲来无事就能在天台“开趴”,享受阳光的温暖!

另一户别墅则建了户外混凝土雨棚,坚固不失美观。建筑师一开始就在模板上做了巧思,脱模之后就形成了这样类似补丁的纹理,还能坐在上头赏景!

即使豪宅别墅离不开华贵设计,他也能将安静、质朴的自然生活方式融入其中,让建筑与自然环境巧妙结合。

因此,豪宅周围的园林自然是不可多得的点缀佳品,无论在室内或外都能欣赏郁郁葱葱的绿植花卉,令人倍感轻松。

4. 光影与色彩

阳光通透,采光极好的空间会充满生机。

亚历山大·布伦纳设计的建筑通常都会采用大量落地玻璃或天窗,让阳光照射在精心漆刷的墙面上,透过不同的表面产生迷人的光泽,还能赏景。

其中车库范围的圆弧形天窗,就能让洒进的光线在金属色调的油彩墙面上映出渲染基底的纹理,色彩效果鲜明。

石砌的台阶搭配黑色栏杆与壁橱,沐浴在天窗映入的阳光下,充满艺术韵味,显得格外宽阔。尤其冬季时还能为室内供暖。

超大的落地窗能让卧室吸收更多光线,但也巧妙地不至于让空间曝晒在烈阳中。在如此富有设计感的露台歇息,心情一定很放松吧!

除了以光线打造多样的空间感,整体色调偏高雅简约,适时搭配弧形等造型做修饰,将工整的空间线条刻画得更柔和细腻。

装潢设计再简洁,只要出自亚历山大·布伦纳的巧手就不怕冰冷无趣,可见他对所有细节的极致处理都蕴含着他对生活的热爱,尽显“有情感的极简主义”个人风格!

高橱收纳 这款最好用!

壁橱收纳方式多,
哪一款最合你意?

厨房当然少不了各种形形色色的橱柜,其中最原始的有底柜、吊橱和高橱。

底柜就是用来承装水盆和火炉的橱柜,用量次数最多,并可以安装抽屉在底柜里。

顾名思义,吊橱就是安装在墙壁上的柜子,其高度都必须符合人工科学来安装,
以免拿不到吊柜里的东西。

一般来说高橱的使用量不多,但也为厨房增添了新的收纳法:

  • 可移动隔板(With Adjustable Shelf)

在收纳橱柜里,可移动隔板是最为普遍的收纳方法。可收纳的容量最多,也最经济实惠,不必害怕以后所安装的五金配件的损坏。

  • 隐藏式抽屉(With Inner Drawers)

高橱柜原来也可以安装隐藏式抽屉。一把门打开,便可以把抽屉一层层拉出来,
所收纳的东西一目了然,也不必担心有物品隐藏在橱柜后而丢失。

  • 高橱储物拉篮(With Tall Larder Basket)

对于喜欢方便和灵活性的屋主,各式各样的拉篮肯定少不了。在高橱的位置也可以安装拉篮在内。

这种拉篮价钱偏高,取决于拉篮的材质。其好处是拉篮有特别的灵活性。使用方法有两种:

第一是直接跟门一起拉出来,第二种就是把门打开后,拉篮的一部分是贴在门的后方跟门一起打开来。另外一部分则会跟着门面往前拉,让使用的人可以看清所有的收纳空间,一目了然。

唯一的坏处则是拉篮的收纳空间有限,不像隔板可以塞满整个橱柜空间。
