政府为抵御2019冠状病毒病疫情,而实行行动管控令,这段期间大家没事都得乖乖待在家里。

连带地,购屋者往日喜爱进行的到发展商销售处参观,甚至参观示范屋的行程,也暂时被迫展延了。

但,购屋者这段期间真的什么都不能做了?当然不是,答案请往下看。

不可避免金融现实

无论我们是处在一个大流行的状况,或是一个繁华的市场中,都无法逃脱金融实况。即使在经济繁荣时期,精明的买家也必须考量,有关购买将如何影响其当前和未来的财务状况,尤其是在购买高价物品如房屋时。

承诺购买可能需要数十年的还款期的采购时,准备工作永远不会太好,而实际的计划会节省您不必要的开支。
