谁说住宅不能移动?

在欧洲,除了把大型交通工具改造成经商的门面,更多人是改造成居所,主因就是一间固定的房子负担太重。

先是屋价负担不来,还有一堆税金、水电费等等。

住在这种可以移动的房子,车子晚上开到哪里就在哪里过夜,也可开到自己喜欢的景点过一晚。

停靠园区 供应完善

欧美还有专为这些移动房子打造的停靠园区,付点小钱就可以停那裡头过一晚,还有刷洗设备和水电供应。

这种生活方式适合那些生活简约又爱自由的人,还可以随时搬家到不同城市或景区,不断更换生活环境。

只是,考量到安全和天气酷热,还有法规和停靠问题,国人并不太热衷住在轮子上的房子。

我国各地方政府法规不一,即使是货柜屋很多地方只能拿到暂时住用证;地方政府根本不会建相关和支援的硬体和基本建设。

你今天如想弄一架可以居住的货门或巴士,要找人改装也不是容易的事。

欧美银行愿意批贷

相对下,国外的移动居所商业生态完善,设计和改装的公司多,想住得小而豪,还可以另外找室内设计公司特别设计和添购家具。

更设想周到的是,欧美更有银行愿意提供贷款给这类房子,改造移动小宅的公司协助申请,当地还有一些慈善团体提供一些奖掖。

也能感受“中奢”生活

美国的Tru Form Tiny,在推动和设计小宅超过半世纪,至今推出多种不同设计路线、适合移动或固定的小宅。

这裡只挑了中奢型的小而美的Urban Kootenay,看看比一般400尺studio 更小一点的空间如何变成安乐窝。

宽8.6尺,可选22、24和28尺长,不到300平方尺方空间,有客厅、厨房、浴室,卧室还是一个阁楼格局。

内部设计简约,採用白色为主色,搭配温暖的木质壁板,其他部份和家具则以深浅不一的灰和黑来衬托,鲜明对比而和谐。

生活空间一应俱全

Tru Form Tiny特地把门开在侧面,入门就是开放式生活空间,客厅併连半岛设计厨房,还有橱柜和架子。

带沙发的休息区旁还有一个靠牆的办公空间;房子另一端是舖上瓷砖的浴室,上方就是阁楼卧室。

攀上阁楼的楼梯还特别内置了储物柜和衣橱,善用每一寸空间。

自建林间小木屋过极简生活

在林间打造小木屋,
尽享me time!

当然,住迷你房子未必一定要用货柜改造,沙巴亚庇美女Sonnia Yee,就用回收来的旧木板,自己设计并建了一间才140平方尺的小房子。

在澳洲深造时,她看到很多人住在小小的房子,过著简单的生活,让她爱上小而美的村屋,也渐渐爱上极简minimalist生活方式。

26岁从澳洲深造回国,她就萌起了要财务独立和拥有自己的房子的念头。

于是就开始涂涂画画设计房子,家人对她要建一间房子独居的想法大力支持。

绿意盎然的小木屋

之后,她在原本和家人同住的房子毗邻,盖了这间小木屋,自己搬进去独享me time,如今已过了快2年。

Sonnia Yee花了3万令吉建筑费,但盖房子的木板,是她通过社媒找到的二手木板,她将已脱漆的陈旧板子复新后,搭建了目前的蜗居。

小木屋被绿意盎然的植被和树林包围,屋外有个平台可以聚餐和休息,内有客厅和厨房,卧室安置在阁楼。

闲暇时泡在菜田和花园

这个幸福蜗居内外都是一片白,对追祟极简生活的她来说,窝在小小的居所是幸福;快乐不是拥有更多东西,而是在有限的东西内寻乐趣。

她认为,居住环境很重要,但无谓的物质都可以放弃,所以小小的雅居没有多余的东西,并在大门前开垦出一大片有机菜田和花园。

闲时,Sonnia Yee也会栽培一些小植物,或装饰美美的盘栽出售。

从洋房,住进铁皮屋!

远离喧嚣的城市,
走入林间的“铁皮屋”

当房价越来越贵,当工资永远追不上通货膨胀,想拥有栖身之所变得越来越困难。

越来越多人奉行极简生活方式,多余的人事物统统都断舍离。

加上在城市拼事业,身心疲累,更加响往在乡区可随时随地亲近大自然的宁静生活。

一对原本住在雪州八打灵再也的夫妇,在事业上拼博并闯出一番成就后,觉得该调整生活步伐和方式,最后决定回归到自己喜爱的大自然怀抱中。

亲手打造小而美宅,回归大自然。

用货柜打造蜗居

于是他们和家人告别了喧嚣的城市,搬到森美兰州的郊区,从洋灰房住进了铁皮屋。

他们在瓜拉庇劳Kg Dioh的林间,用货柜搭配木料和红砖,砌出室内空间300平方尺的小小房子居住。

竖立在林间300平方尺小房子,红砖配上木地板,带点欧洲农庄feel,很难想像这个的前身是退役货柜吧?

夫妻俩一位原本是创意总监,一位是化妆师,两人为这个安乐窝下了很多心血,从概念、设计、装修风格和家具搭配统统都是亲力亲为。

大门故意开在侧面,户外连接一个用原木搭建的平台,可以乘凉、聚餐。

成本8.5万元

设计完成后再找承包商来施工,前后花了8万5000令吉,大概6到8个星期就建好。

幸福小宅特意挑高加盖的阁楼,是2个儿子的卧室,也是一家大小常聚在一起的快乐空间。

回归乡间田园,还是可以生活得很现代,把屏布用绳子绑在树上,餐桌用来放投影机,就是户外看戏的好娱乐。

货柜屋楼下有2间卧室,户外的平台可以休息乘凉看星星,也是他们的用餐区,让树木包围,可闻到植物清幽的气息和花香,还有虫鸣鸟叫伴奏。

因为热爱大自然和绿林,这户人家也从中找到赚钱的灵感,他们之后买进帐篷架起露营屋,出租给想轻鬆露营的人。

小雅居渗出昏黄色的灯光,融入晚霞和林间雾气,像极富人在郊区的度假屋。
家中採用自然色系家具,简约带著欧陆风情。
卧室特意另开玻璃窗户,利于採光,也可观赏林间景色。
室内浴室兼卫生间,舖有木地板,浴具和设计都用落落大方的白色。
露天冲浴泡澡,一边洗涤身心的尘垢,一边让最真的自己融入大自然。
宛如度假村的美宅全是夫妻俩的精心杰作。

在大马,也能买货柜屋!

货柜改建成温暖的家,
你向往吗?

在雪隆区要买一间约800平方尺的公寓,30万令吉超难找,现在新楼盘比较多定价在40万令吉;这已经算是可负担价位,但事实上并非真的如此容易负担。

货柜屋相对下更便宜,基础版居所可能10万令吉内就能解决。

根据建筑和设计资讯网ATAP,一个二手标准20尺货柜,大概要价2000到8000令吉,淘宝售价1000美元起跳,主要看大小和货柜的状况而定。

该网上一篇文章指出,改装成家居的基本建筑费,大概在4万令吉左右;在郊外的2000平方尺土地,估算约4万令吉。

货柜铁皮屋侧面装上全玻璃门,原本的门还可以打开,大大增加採光和自然通风。

4万令吉买到400平方尺

根据一些提供组和改造货柜屋的业者在Tiny House Malaysia面簿专页分享,20尺x20尺的标准货柜,改装成一房一浴,有厨房和客厅的400平方尺的生活空间,收费4万令吉以下。

当然,这只限模组式的标准单位,只有基本格局和设备,如门窗、电线等。

这样的400平方尺货柜屋,基本的一房一浴,有厨房和客厅,装修费4万令吉就可以解决。

对外观或内部设计有要求的,若要找专业设计师操刀,打造独一无二的安乐窝,就得预算另一笔费用。

货柜改造家居,从内到外的工序,如强化、上漆、切割、组装等等,大概数个月就可完成,而传统的房子建筑期大概都是超过1年。

用两个40尺x 10尺货柜合併成有点T形房,一个柜改装约2万令吉,落地玻璃窗和铁门等不包括在内。
把家安置在这片林地,对可以远距办公的人完全没问题。
小小的货柜屋,侧面开一个大门,另一边是偌大的窗户,抗疫功能加分。
对照前后,铁皮屋变身安乐窝,好像不太难。

由红砖撑起的艺术,
与大自然交织的现代美!

此建筑物坐落在大自然山区,提供露营者个人卫生设施,里面备有公共盥洗室,洗手盆及厕所。

考虑到该设施坐落在大自然间,不适合大型建筑物。建筑的占地面积和高矮都控制在小型面积,因此与自然更为和谐。此外,为了减少实地施工时对大自然的影响,建筑物采用了易于施工和组装结构。

红砖很早就被当做建筑材料之一,它本身具备了独特的气质。建筑师运用大量红砖、通风空心砖和铁结构以凸显自然魅力,整个设计具有通透感又紧邻大自然,第一眼就让人留下深刻印象。

通风关系到整个卫生间的干燥与舒适度,如果空气不流通,臭味便无法消散,屋顶与墙体之间的开口削弱了建筑的厚重感,通过宽阔的开口距离很大程度上解决了厕所通风问题。

红砖不止能砌墙,还能拿来铺地,防滑耐脏。比起混凝土浇筑的水泥地,更加让人感觉清新又自然。

卫生设施采光非常重要,有自然光照射进室内最为理想。当然,若室内情况不允许,就需要安装照明效果好的灯具。使用一种半透明的屋顶,允许光线通过。照明设备光谱宜接近自然光,光线均匀、不炫目、照度过渡合理。

砖墙不做任何处理,直接用作表面材料。加入清水混凝土、与钢等元素,洒入的光影打造现代感的空间。

混水泥洗手盆,设计呼应大自然的原初色调。

隔间门使用了和屋顶一样的波纹板, 设计风格简约独特。

杨忠礼大厦 高大上艺术殿堂

在犹如艺术馆的办公楼上班,
会是什么体验?

用水晶打造的外墙饰面,你以为这是一座时尚塔楼。

设计感十足大门,宛如一座时尚塔楼。

迈入接待大厅,高达20米的空间捕捉着阳光的自然光线,一个个闪闪发光的艺术装置,犹如云朵般盘旋在壁龛上,你以为这是一座艺术馆。

但出乎意料地,这是一座办公楼。

那是国外哪家大企业呢?非也!这犹如艺术馆的建筑物,就在马来西亚,是家喻户晓的杨忠礼集团(YTL Group)位于吉隆坡市中心的总部。

杨忠礼集团前几年将旗下12个业务聚集在一起,在同一个办公大楼呈现统一的品牌形象,同时和世界一流的顾问合作精心设计一个能容纳1000名员工的“高尚大“总部,以展现杨忠礼集团的企业专业精神价值和拥抱变化的未来态度。

先说外观,这是由美国建筑公司 KPF Associates设计,巧妙折叠玻璃来创造出宝石般的效果,让整个外墙仿佛就是一个“水晶”时尚塔楼。

而内部的设计灵感,是来自于日本“木漏れ日”(Komorebi),意思是“从树叶间倾泻而下的阳光”,著名的Studio Sawada Design,利用闪闪发光的动态雕塑填满了七层高的中庭,给踏入大厦的人难忘的第一印象。

接待大堂在白天可以捕捉自然光线,晚上就能像灯笼一样发光,光线控制和使用材料的空间都经过严格且仔细的推敲。

这座大厦共有2个公共区域,除了接待大堂,上面楼层还有一系列集体会议区,包括一个咖啡厅和花园露台。其中两层通过一个中空的特色旋螺楼梯垂直整合,用精致的色调营造出温暖的空间,扶手还是雅致的皮革制作,优雅感瞬间升级。

踏入公共区域,映入眼帘的一定是搭配条条柱子的螺旋楼梯。

设计师的巧思连柱子都不放过,柱子用大理石包覆,底部设计密集,但越往上越轻,带来一种上升的轻盈感。而在Bugatsa大理石的连续图中,使用铜色装饰插入条纹,让视觉更加舒缓。

为了提升访客的体验感,亭子的座位区放置了标志性的巴塞罗那沙发,访客坐在上面就能欣赏雄伟的洞天设计。

灰色花岗岩咖啡吧台,又是另一个吸睛的设计,青铜架子和橡木木质天花板与墙壁,柜台采用粗边的裂纹花岗岩,水平面则是光滑的黑色抛光花岗岩,和新鲜出炉的甜点和香浓的咖啡,不谋而合。

稳重时尚感的吧台,悠闲地喝杯特浓咖啡,扫走疲劳。

在8、9、10三层,有多种会议空间类型,以适应各种小型到大型聚会,私人到非私人的聚会。

各式会议空间,满足各种会面需求。

东京奥运馆 满满森林感

以建筑闻名的日本,
在东京奥运会下了什么功夫呢?

延期多时的东京奥运(Tokyo 2020 Olympic)近期终于登场,日本这次为比赛准备的场馆超过40个,投资达2520亿日元(约97亿令吉)。

日本人在建筑和设计上向来闻名国际,注重“绿色环境”和“环保”的他们,这一次也将许多森林设计套用在场馆上。

日本著名的建筑设计师隈研吾。

尤其是东京奥运会主场馆,由日本著名的建筑设计师隈研吾(Kengo Kuma)打造,他最出名的就是使用天然的材料,这次的奥运场馆的设计同样是木结构和钢结构的混合。

这座主场馆是国际竞技场,位于东京最繁华的新宿区,也是1964年东京奥运会的主场馆;为了迎接这一次的奥运会,于2016年开始修建,直到2019年底竣工,可以容纳高达6万800人。

太阳光照射下来时,地面上显现出一格格的阴影,很像身处森林之中。

“传统“ + ”绿化“

在主场馆附近有明治天皇的目的明治神宫、圣德纪念馆绘画馆,附近还有新宿御苑和赤阪御所这两个绿地公园,隈研吾也沿用这概念,设计围绕在“传统“和”绿“。

以日本神社为灵感,采用了大量木头制作。

隈研吾用了非常多的木头来搭建,还在屋檐上借助了日式庙宇的屋檐设计,犹如日本的传统“神社“。

虽然场馆内没有空调,但却能运用建筑结构自动调节温度。

整个场馆没有空调,但设置了185个强力风扇,另外还设计了屋顶的“风之大屋檐”,可以根据不同季节的不同风向,自我调整格栅的间距。

空中森林

比如说夏季南风时,南侧间隔就会缩小,形成封口将气流引入观众席。当赛场中心发热,气流上升时,会带走场内的湿热气体,借此达到冬暖夏凉的效果。

环绕整个场馆的绿道,种植了近100种植物,有空中森林美誉。

同时,隈研吾打造了“空中森林“,在场馆的5层,建造了一条环绕整个场馆的绿道,种了樱花、枫树等近100种植物。当人们站在廊道的不同角度时,还可以远眺东京塔、富士山等美景。

五色观众席

屋顶的木格栅和玻璃,让自然光透进场馆,地面还会显出一格格的阴影,犹如置身在大树耸立的森林之中。中间的绿色草坪设置了温控系统和自动淋灌系统。

即使没有观众,满场的彩色椅子也能让场馆显得不再“寂寞”。

观看开幕式的话也会发现,因疫情而空无一人的观众席,一点也不“空荡“,因为隈研吾为了减少椅子颜色对运动员干扰,采用了低明度的5种颜色,包括代表跑道的红色,代表草坪的绿色,代表木色屋顶的棕色,还有代表蓝天白云的蓝色和白色。

椅子采用了5种低明度颜色,各色代表了不同含义,也大大降低了对运动员的干扰。

松木建屋顶 全球之最

另一个充满森林感的场馆,是有明体操中心,由Nikken Sekkei设计,为了营造“林木飘香“的氛围,所使用的木头比主场馆还要多,由2300立方米的落叶松木拼接成整个屋顶,是迄今为止世界上最大的木屋顶。

这个体操中心的屋顶是拱形,中间没有立柱支撑,而是把大屋顶的中央分成五块,一次放置制定的安装位置再慢慢推高,有点像拼乐高。

老厝灰烬中重生

这间老厝屹立车水路,2016年3月中旬,由于电路老化引发火灾,全屋被烧毁。

火烧房翻新和修复比普通老厝翻新来得复杂。

在保留原有的格局和复原荒宅外观的原则下,必须打破局促和陈旧的空间格局以符合顾客要求。同时要考虑结构安全,在土木技师评估过建筑物与基地体质后,选择最适合的工法来进行补强或重建。

房子在2016年被烧毁并被废弃多年。
内部已被毁得面目全非。

多数槟城老街的房子被翻新后当做商业用途。这间老厝是少见翻新后还是保留住家用途的案例。

房子空间配合房主生活习惯,保留了一些原本的空间格局。

融合新旧元素

在经过Mei Ee Architect、工程师和建筑工人的努力后,这间老厝得到了一个重生的机会。

老厝蜕变成一 间现代化、白色简约风格的温馨房屋。

设计保留了旧厝原有的外观,并加入现代感设计,呈现新旧融合的时髦感。门窗保持了原有风格和结构。

传统实木中式屏风和现代感的客厅设计和谐融合在一起。

纯白色的室内楼梯和吊线搭配给人一种安宁的感觉,并且营造出简约现代感。

将LED灯带嵌入到扶手下面作为照明灯,见光不见灯。灯光柔和,没有眩光刺眼的问题,同时又具有非常好的视觉效果。

天井采光设计

屋内提供两个采光的天井设计,使得这间窄长型的老式建筑室内采光充沛,重新照亮旧宅幽暗面貌。

透过天井自然采光,让屋子充满了活力与朝气。

可开启式天井能够轻松横向移动,有效助于屋内通风和散热。

可开启式天井又另外加了一层铁花,透过镂空部分形成的光影效果。

白色和原木色 经典搭配

原木与白色的搭配深受年轻人的喜欢,木质的地板、 单纯的白墙、门窗和楼梯, 给人一种干净、温馨、舒适的居住体验。

经过改造后的客厅和楼梯间,看起来更加的明亮、年轻,住起来也更加舒服。导入天然木质、绿意植栽散发生机盎然气息,实现贴近自然的温馨日常。

洒进屋里的阳光形成投影,美丽异常。

老厝蕴藏了许多记忆与故事,陈旧不堪的老厝翻新后,在专业的巧手下重获新生,重新牵连出屋主生活的记忆。

在树上的治愈空间

偶尔,当身心疲累时,
耳边是不是会响起回到原始,
回到大自然怀抱的召唤?

有人爱住在海边,享受风吹拂的自由和坦荡,有人憧憬住进洞穴,在原始环境中简约生活… 住进树屋的话,你觉得如何?

可能,每个人心中都有一间梦想的树屋,期待逃离尘嚣和喧扰,融入大自然中生活。

树屋在心理层面上有著避难所的特别角色,似乎拥有大树可以自我疗愈的原始力量。

想像,清晨小鸟开始唱歌,晨阳从叶缝间撒落把睡意驱散,醒来看看小松鼠跳舞,黄昏可以看百鸟归巢,晚上可以观星赏月,还有虫鸣繁星拥抱你入眠…

树屋和大自然融合为一,尽享独特视野,即使你心中没有一间梦想的树木,应该不会不喜欢它。

在欧美,树屋相当常见,夏天来临前都会有很多人开始为自己或孩子建造树屋,尤其是美国的俄勒冈州更是盛行,甚至每年都会有建筑师展示各种风格树屋的展会。

看看各地的树屋巧思,一起进入梦幻树屋生活,哪怕才几分钟。

苏格兰的这间树屋,让树枝贯穿屋内,完好保留了这棵老树;旁有一汪碧水,对岸有起伏山峦,灵气而幽雅。

藏身丛林,用小加工的原木打造,从老树垂下的气根刚好形成天然的屏帘,稍稍增加一点隐私。

挑高近10公尺的屋身,下面的空间也不浪费,绑个吊床,适合下午憩息冥想。

美国印第安纳州卡梅尔镇(Carmel)的屋主打造了这间浪漫树屋,不想独乐乐,而是开放出租。

这间蜜月套房偌大的户外平台,还放了一个巨型按摩浴缸,在森林芬多精包围下泡浴,浪漫指数爆标。

位于刁曼岛Melina沙滩,把屋身托付给一棵老橄仁树,让树枝贯穿屋内,尽可能保留老树的原状。屋顶採用透明质材,晚上还可以欣赏繁星夜色。

如果可选择的树和空间太有限,就建一间小巧简朴的树屋吧!用木板钉个巨盒,漆上可爱的薄荷绿或保持原木,加些大小垫子或抱枕,就是一个吸引灵气的专属迷你树屋。

把整间地面的房子搬到树上去,挑高的屋身,还可加建一个小小阁楼,是小朋友最爱的秘密基地,屋下的空间还可分成两层,一层可用来品茶小聚,最底层加个适合乘凉阅读的吊床。

有著瑞士著名咕咕钟或布谷鸟钟造型,这树屋就地取材,用几根大树桐支撑屋身,四週有老树环抱,幽雅而深邃。

如果家有小孩,把房子漆上鲜艳色彩,加上简单游乐元素,像吊线和小盪鞦韆,立马变成孩子们的天堂。
