橱柜不耐用?常损坏?
快为厨房打造不锈之身吧!

厨房可以说是屋子里面其中一个重要的区域空间,也是最让人头疼的地方。其风格种类繁多,每一个细节都有不同的材料组成分类。

譬如说桌面的材料有石英石、大理石、人造石、压缩木板等等。

门面的材料也有玻璃门、刨花门板、亚克力门、覆膜(Lamination)等等。

厨身(Carcass / Body) 也有刨花板木、胶合板木、不锈钢、铝制等等。

今天就分享可以耐潮湿、防水、防白蚂蚁的厨房厨身吧!

如果是建在一些常发生水灾的地方,靠近河流,或是区域较低处,还有靠近稻田、森林、农场之类的房子,会有很大的几率引来白蚂蚁。

目前市场上的厨身通常都由刨花板木或胶合板木制成。

基本上的功能是收纳食物、干粮、厨房器具等等,所以都不会造成潮湿。

但由于屋子环境的因素,滋生的白蚂蚁会影响木制厨身而导致损坏。或是有时发生河水泛滥或导致水灾,则会造成厨房橱柜的损坏。

不耐潮的质料会导致橱柜损坏脏乱。

为了提防水患和白蚂蚁的事情发生,建议厨房可以使用完全防水防潮的材料。

厨身也可以用洋灰瓷砖来构造出厨房的厨身,虽然耐用性强,但风格陈旧显老土,而且要在打造洋灰瓷砖的厨房的工程,难免会肮脏凌乱。

目前市场上不锈钢或铝制的厨房橱柜也越来越普遍,门面可以用玻璃门来防止白蚁的滋生。

以不锈钢打造干净耐用的橱柜。
不锈钢的门框业能防止橱柜受潮损坏。

厨身的材料可以选择不锈钢或铝制的,虽然价钱比起普通的木制橱柜高几倍,但论其耐用性却是值得的。

以不锈钢打造的全套厨房,尽是低调的现代感。

相信在未来的趋势不锈钢或铝制的厨身会越来越普及化。多一种选择,少一点烦恼,何乐而不为。

价格稍高,但比一般质料更耐用。

随着马来西亚政府逐渐放宽部分疫情管制措施,许多发展商也开始陆陆续续地交房子给于屋主。

近年来槟城的屋子发展得越来越快,尤其是在西南区Sungai Ara和Relau一带,
屋子犹如雨后春笋,一栋接一栋地崛起。

今天就为大家分析其中一座名为Imperial Grande公寓的厨房设计。

Imperial Grande是槟城坐落于Sungai Ara的综合发展项目,由Ideal Property开发,分为两座45层楼高的公寓楼。

它拥有两种不同款式的设计,A款可分为两排的厨房设计,B款则可以设计成L-Shape的厨房设计。

A款:

厨房可分为两排平行“Parallel Kitchen”,如果以原本的设计格局来安排,它拥有一边比较长的墙壁,另一面墙壁则比较短。

长的墙壁可以放置冰箱和水槽;短的墙壁则可以配置抽油烟机和火炉。

有些屋主甚至打通掉间隔“Dry Yard”(一般公寓的室外存储空间)的墙壁,把厨房连接在一起,扩展厨房空间。部分屋主也会将其改建成湿厨房进行烹饪,再把原本的厨房保留为干厨房。

厨房格局分析(一):


B款:

厨房可直接设为L-Shape格局,如果以原本的设计格局来安排,它也有一边长,一边短的墙壁。

长的墙面可以放置水槽,把L-shape台面连接至比较短的墙面,放置抽油烟机,火炉和冰箱。

有些屋主选择把冰箱放置在长的墙壁尾端,以便烹饪区域可以拥有比较宽阔的空间备餐。此款格局也适合在中间配置中岛橱柜或连接饭桌。

有些屋主也可以把“Dry Yard”空间变成湿厨房,室内原本的厨房一样保留为干厨房。

想打造优雅高贵的厨房?
大理石台面是好选择!

设计厨房时少不了的重要构造之一,既是备餐或烹饪时的厨房台面。随着时代的进步,越来越多种类的厨房台面悠然而生。

从以前的洋灰构造,到木碎制造的台面(Laminate Top)或天然木(Solid Wood),演变成以天然石,比如大理石(Marble)、花岗石(Granite)、石英石(Quartz Stone)制造的台面种类,再到今时今日先进的台面,比如Dekton, Porcelain等等。形形色色的图案与花纹层出不穷,让人眼花缭乱。

选择台面款式时,除了可以参考其耐用性,颜色和图案与橱柜的配搭也极为重要。除了普遍大众会选择的黑或白色,大理石图案的台面显得格外亮眼及高贵,感觉耐看。

大理石图案的纹路都以天然为主且乱中有序。需要注意的是,选择大理石台面时,其纹路不可以太复杂,太多的线条与花纹会让整个厨房看起来很凌乱。

通常大理石图文的台面都以白色或浅色为主,配搭白色或暗色的门面都显得格外亮眼。

或可以配搭金色或粉红金的把手,小小的点缀能让整个大理石台面厨房更为突出。

有些设计师更大胆地把大理石弄成厨房的后挡板(Backsplash),让台面和后挡板融合为一体。

备受青睐的中岛厨房设计,
究竟有何好处?

在厨房中间加一个中岛(Kitchen Island),是许多屋主和设计师在规划厨房时都会考虑的设计版图之一。

如果整个厨房的格局构造允许,再加上中岛设计,会让整体厨房看起来更加亮眼。但在增加中岛橱柜的同时,最重要的还是使用厨房时的流畅度,以避免中岛橱柜形成了厨房空间里的阻碍。

这期就简单分享中岛厨房的好处:

  • 额外的储存空间

最大的好处就是拥有额外的橱柜来储存东西。尤其是原本的厨房空间不大,中岛橱柜便可派上用场,甚至可以安装一些额外的五金配件,运用时更得心应手。

  • 额外的台面

由于中岛厨房也是厨房橱柜的一部分,所以其高度也适合用来备餐和摆放一些厨房电器。有些甚至可以在中岛上安装火炉或水槽,让整体厨房看起来时尚感十足。

  • 额外添加座位

中岛的厨房也可视为家里的中心点,无论是用餐、备餐、洗碗、烹饪都可以在中岛进行。

那可以在中岛前方添置可调节高度的凳子椅子,访客到来时也可以在中岛交流。例如:母亲一边烹饪,一边看小孩做功课,不浪费时间。

  • 成为焦点

中岛不仅实用,设计亮眼的话还将成为厨房里的焦点,并充当亲朋好友集聚的好空间,这想必是很多人的梦想吧!

经典黑白配,
轻奢优雅高级!

在现代风格设计里,最经典的莫过于黑白配设计。

黑与白的搭配,不论是在服装设计,室内装横,甚至是厨房设计里都表现得永不过时,而且还可以让空间显得优雅高级,所以黑白配一直以来都深受许多人的青睐。

黑白可以说是最简单的颜色搭配,但也是表现最亮眼的颜色。

在厨房设计方面,由于门面占了整个厨房空间的70%,建议可以配搭白色且具有光泽的门面,再配搭黑色石英石桌面。

这样搭配可以让整个厨房空间显得比较宽,而且黑色的桌面也比白色的桌面来得容易照顾。

如果是全黑色的门面配搭黑色桌面,会让厨房整体看起来变得空间比较小。

但如果是全白色的门面再配搭白色的桌面,整个厨房就会显得比较单调。

所以,除了黑色与白色混搭,也可以在桌面上放置一些大自然绿色物件,或是灰黑色、冷色系列的厨房器具与摆设品等等,让整体厨房更加有层次感。

你喜欢“无印”风吗?

一提起MUJI风格的设计,大家都会把它描述为简约,禅意,舒服及自然的设计。

现今快节奏的社会里,大家都在外奔波劳命,希望回到家可以拥有一个简单舒适的家庭环境,所以MUJI风近年来深受大众的喜爱。无论是家居还是厨房设计,都希望能做到简约的风格。

简约日式风格中带有素朴内蕴的设计风格。

其实MUJI风格起源于日本,原意为“无印良品”,即是没有标签或品牌的高品质特性物品。

MUJI的东西以素雅为主,没有多余的色彩,让人联想到的就是,大自然的木系列配搭简约的白色系列。

整体可搭配盆栽提亮整体空间。

也可以配搭一些大自然的物品,比如绿色盆栽,灰黑色系列的摆设品等等。

MUJI风格其实以人为本,注重简单而实用和不复杂的设计理念。木制感的厨具,没有多余的摆设品便可让整个厨房呈现出美感。

如果要把MUJI风格呈现在厨房上,可以配搭简约的白色桌面,不需要太过花俏的后挡板。然后门面可以选择简单的白色,配搭木系列的边框。

设计无需过于花俏,简单的木系和白既完美。

有些屋主不想要太单调,便可以在后挡板下功夫。可以玩一些“Mix & Match”的混搭风,呈现出另类的MUJI风格。

以下攻略能帮到你!

远古至今,一提起厨房电器,少不了的当然是灶炉。

从以前用火柴起火来煮饭,后儿可以使用煤气开火,到最后演变成现今社会使用电子炉来煮饭,形形色色的灶炉以及各式各样的功能让人拥有选择困难症。

传统华人更视灶炉为风水的一部分,摆放灶炉的位置更是一门学问。

灶炉的开火方式基本上可以分为两大类:煤气炉和电子炉。但真正的款式其实可以分为好几款。

在此简单地分享市面上常见的灶炉种类:

  • 桌面灶炉(Table Top Stove)

顾名思义,就是摆放在厨房桌面上的灶炉。其特点是它开火的旋转按钮是在灶炉的前方,而不是在灶炉平面板上面。

如果是使用煤气的桌面灶炉,那就有需要在厨房桌面上开个小孔,让煤气管通过,
再连接放在橱柜里的煤气桶。

但如果是使用电子的桌面火炉,只需要连接在墙壁上的插座,便可以开始使用。

  • 内置灶炉(Built In Stove)

市场上最常见的灶炉种类便是内置灶炉。其开火的旋转按钮是在灶炉的平板上方。

购买内置灶炉的时候商家会提供两种尺寸。一种是灶炉整体的尺寸,另一种便是内置所需要的开洞尺寸。

厨房桌面的师傅便会依据内置开洞尺寸在桌面上开洞,然后再把灶炉安装内置下去。需要注意的是如果改天需要更换内置灶炉的时候,必须购买内置空间一样大小的灶炉方能安装。

  • 独立式灶炉(Free Standing Stove)

这种款式的灶炉在本地甚少会看见,但在欧美国家其实蛮盛行。它是一架可以独立式操作的灶炉。

其好处是如果有户外活动,可以把它搬到户外进行烹饪,也可以安置在家里的各个角落。有些独立式灶炉还会额外在灶炉的下面安装烘烤机,让其功能多样化。

选择适合自己的灶炉,烹饪时更加得心应手。

你家的厨房干湿分明吗?

厨房已经渐渐成为家里的中心,尤其经过了一个漫长的 MCO,大家都越来越注重厨房的规划以及厨房区域的重要性。

现代的厨房不只是用来备餐而已,甚至已经可以设计到让家人团聚的空间。

干湿厨房的格局与大小可依据屋主的习惯和喜好设计。

厨房基本上可分为干厨房和湿厨房。有些发展商还特地把湿厨房规划成个别的空间,好让大煮大炒时油烟味不会飘到客厅里。

但不是每个家庭的厨房格局都可以分为干厨房和湿厨房。屋主在必要时可能需要小小更改整个厨房的格局。

在此跟大家分享干厨房与湿厨房的差别:

干厨房可用作简单用餐区,一门隔开湿厨房有助于减少飘进屋里的油烟。

干厨房

基本上干厨房的用意是让屋主可以准备简单的餐点,譬如说烘面包,切水果,准备咖啡等等。其用量可能比湿厨房还多,但通常不需要太费力准备食材。

干厨房通常都会放置冰箱、烤箱等电器和中岛区。

另一点是干厨房都会有一些厨房电器:冰橱,咖啡机,微波炉,水果搅拌机,面包机等等,也建议在干厨房安装一个比较小的水槽。当然,干厨房整理起来也不必大费周章。

湿厨房

顾名思义,湿厨房是一个可以解开浑身斗数展现厨艺的好地方。

大多数的煎炸爆炒都可以在湿厨房进行。所以,湿厨房尽可能可以安装抽油烟机,把一切的油烟味都抽出屋外。

湿厨房装置了抽油烟机,有助于保持空气流通。

第二点是建议在湿厨房里安装窗户,让空气比较流通。一些厨房电器比如抽油烟机,火炉,烤箱,洗碗机等等都适合安装在湿厨房。

由于湿厨房是属于湿气较重的空间,所以打扫和整理起来会比较费力。

干湿厨房分明,备起餐来更整洁有条理。

总结来说,不一定每一间家都需要分类干厨房与湿厨房,是因屋主个人的烹饪或使用厨房的习惯来设计。

由于现在发展商所开发的屋子迎合年轻人的品味,大多数年轻人已经不再会大煮大炒,所以厨房的空间也越来越小,如公寓或服务式公寓,为了可以分类干厨房和湿厨房,大多数人都会把洗衣空间(Yard Area)打造成湿厨房,至少油烟不会飘进屋内,可以保持家里的干爽。

懒得洗碗?
洗碗机就是你的救星!

随着时代的进步,厨房电器也越来越先进。现代人无论是在备餐时还是饭后,都已经依靠厨房电器来解决问题。

绞肉机、面包机、搅拌机、洗碗机等等,科技的进步让人们越来越轻松,间接提高了现代人的生活水平。而洗碗机的出现简直就是人们的“救星”,再也没有不洗碗的理由了!

下述是5种市场上的洗碗机种类:

  • 台上式洗碗机(Portable Dishwasher)

这种洗碗机适用于比较偏小或已经装修好的厨房。若空间有限,装修时没将洗碗机空间纳入考量,就可以购买这种台上式洗碗机。

它占用的空间较少,不适合纳入比较大的厨房盘具,但它不必特别安装水喉来连接在一起,所以更容易操作。

  • 内置式洗碗机(Build-in Dishwasher)

这种洗碗机通常都会置入在底柜和橱柜之间,让人看起来好像跟其他橱柜配搭在一起,把整个洗碗机“隐藏”起来,这样一来台面就有额外的空间可以用来备餐。

这种置入式洗碗机的功能大多都比较全面,但需要专业的水喉工来安装。

  • 独立式洗碗机(Free Standing Dishwasher)

独立式洗碗机跟内置式洗碗机大同小异,都是置入在底柜之间。不一样的是独立式洗碗机并没有隐藏起来的功能。

厨房底柜只需预留需要的空间,再把它推入,然后安排专业的水喉工来安装便可使用。

  • 抽屉式洗碗机(Drawer Dishwasher)

这种款式的洗碗机虽然价格偏高,但使用起来非常方便。由于大多数的洗碗机都是往下打开,放入或拿出盘碗时会比较麻烦,这种抽屉式的洗碗机反而能让人打开时较不费力,内部也一目了然。

  • 水槽式洗碗机(Sink Dishwasher)

这种款式的洗碗机在本地甚少看见。它将水槽跟洗碗机结合在一起。在装修厨房橱柜的同时,就必须先预留水槽的空间。

需注意的是,当购买这种水槽时,水槽只能利用台面式的方法安装才能把洗碗机的门打开。

厨房“后挡板”是细节之最,
你都处理好了吗?

厨房除了桌面和门面,最影响设计美感且时常被忽略的便是“后挡板”(Backsplash)。

后挡板用于保护火炉和水槽后面的墙壁。火炉后面的墙壁会因为烹饪而导致油腻;水槽后的墙则会因为时常被喷到水而损坏,所以后挡板应该选择防水和容易清理的材料最为适合。

后挡板的设计也可以成为厨房里独特的风景,在此整理出几种常见的居家厨房后挡板的种类:

1. 瓷砖(Wall Tiles)

这种后挡板是最为普遍的设计,许多发展商都会在厨房的墙壁上安装瓷砖当作后挡板。

价钱最为平民化,其优点是种类繁多,可以选择你喜欢的瓷砖种类设计来配搭厨房的橱柜。但值得注意的是,瓷砖通常都会有接缝的线条,所以比较难清理接缝间留下的污垢。

2. 玻璃(Wall Color Glass / Mirror)

许多设计师也喜欢将玻璃设计成后挡板,不止可以解决瓷砖接缝的问题,在打扫清理方面也比较省时省力。耐油、防水,还有很多颜色供选择。

需要注意的是在安装插座的同时避免安装得太紧,一用力过度可能会导致玻璃破裂。

3. 不锈钢(Stainless Steel)

这种不锈钢的后挡板比较少在主流市场上看到,大多数会出现在餐厅的厨房,或是工业设计风格的厨房里。

不锈钢也和玻璃一样,防油、防水、耐热。但其制作过程会比玻璃来得复杂。需要注意的是不锈钢容易会有刮痕,而且会很明显,所以需要多加照顾。

4. 桌面石头(Quartz Stone / Solid Surface / Marble / Granite)

这种后挡板是以桌面的材料直接安装在墙壁上,其美观程度可以呈现墙壁与桌面为一体的感觉。实用性就是与桌面一样耐热耐水,是成为后挡板的材料之一。唯一的缺点便是价格跟会比其他后挡板稍贵。

5. 壁纸(Wallpaper)

许多屋主都喜欢在客厅和餐厅安装壁纸,再延伸至厨房的墙壁上,让整间家都拥有一样的设计风格。

如果是干厨房的话,可以接受使用壁纸为后挡板,但不建议在湿厨房里安装壁纸。原因是壁纸不耐水,尤其是在水槽的部分会受潮而导致壁纸损坏。

安装后挡板和厨房橱柜都拥有不一样的顺序,有些需要厨房橱柜安装了才可以安装后挡板,有些则需要在厨房橱柜安装之前。建议可以询问专业的厨房设计师以获得更多的资讯。
