为何“迷恋”世界末日?

末日地堡风潮是“特朗普效应”?

有调查指出,自2016年特朗普当选总统后,越来越多的富人着手为可能遭遇“世界末日”做打算,掀起了一波地堡购买热潮,当时,一个普通家庭只需要花3万美元,就可以在自家后院修建一个地堡。

当时的总统特朗普,到处点火引发世界乱局,在外交领域频频做出危险动作,加上各种推文轰炸下,就怕世界末日未到,他一个不小心按动手中的核按钮,因而加重了心慌慌的美国富人的末日情结。

话说回来,全世界目前仅有1-2家负责对“末日地堡”进行开发的房地产商,而这些真正属于超级富豪们的避难所,只邀请了34个家庭购买。

负责以上地堡的开放商Vivos公司也对买主承诺,一旦发生世界末日等紧急事故,如政府倒台、大洪水、核战争、流行病等情况,该公司会派直升机接送,业主和家人只要拎包就可入住地堡。入住的价格在300万美元(1253万2500令吉)左右。

Vivos公司在欧洲改造了一处冷战军事设施,建成的全新富人专用地堡。

建造商业绩飙升300%

地下堡垒的结构由钢制成,可防止生锈和腐蚀,得州一家专门生产钢制地堡的公司在2016年后,业绩飙升300%,而那种建设复杂,设备齐全的高端地下掩体的整体销售量则猛增了700%。

是怕死客抑或生存狂,都有自己努力对抗死亡的恐慌。没人会知道末日何时来,只有靠这种看似会带来巨大安全感的地下城堡来治愈。

有专家分析认为,在社会不安定和科学技术迅速发展的时期,人们对“世界末日”的在意程度和迷恋就会增加。

末日地堡,会是人类最后的希望吗?

天价发售的地堡,并非有钱就能来住,这些庇护所或许在这一代未必派上用场,甚至是幸运的话,下一代也不会用到。虽然里面的设施很完善,但谁都不想有这样一天的降临。

“末日地堡”,
真的坚不可摧吗?

为了躲避世界末日,超级富豪们都豁出去了……

如果发生第三次世界大战、小行星撞地球,或者像好莱坞灾难大片《2012》的场景般出现海平面上升并淹没您的城市等的末日情节时,你会去哪里?

我们常常挂在嘴边的世界末日,听起來或许有些荒謬,但对于未雨绸缪的富豪们来说,这不是一个笑话。

这个基地最初由美国陆军工程兵团建造,于1942到1967年间,用作储存炸弹和弹药的堡垒。

在全世界人口中,处于金字塔顶端1%的超级富豪们,其实正启动他们的“Plan B”,以便在末日来临前,想方设法躲避这些灾难,即保护好自己的家人,也守住自己的财产。

于是乎,近几年欧美国家兴起了一波朝地下发展的“末日地堡”热潮,富豪们都为之疯狂。据悉,美国中部的大荒原,有无数上世纪60年代美军工程兵部队建造的地下堡垒,后来被弃用,在沉寂几十年后,变成超级富豪们的囊中物。

来自美国西海岸加利福尼亚州的罗伯特,就在美国南达科他黑山地区的大荒原Vivos xPoint上购买了其中一座地堡,闲暇时必定抽空去探视。

他希望在世界发生动荡或末日来临时,能够有一处地方供自己和家人避难,同时还能过上高质量的生活。

此外,这些地下堡垒占据的面积大致上有一整个纽约曼哈顿岛大小,入口处看上去很小,只要往下走,你会大开眼界的惊叹,因为这根本就是厚土下的豪宅。入口处是一道沉重的加厚钢铁大门,里面是一个有着半圆形天顶的仓库型空间,由混凝土加强加固构成。

惟,地堡的外形有些让人哭笑不得,有网友调侃:“为什么外形像坟头?”

Vivos xPoint拥有575个私人军事掩体,可容纳多达5000人。

生活设施应有尽有

早年冷战时期,这里是军事要塞,用于存储美军的秘密装备,再加上此地离一处军事基地不远,这里的建筑大致上都能抵御近距离核爆和地震洪水等灾害造成的伤害。

有钱有闲的罗伯特不惜舟车劳顿,用了4个月的时间,和建筑公司一同从加州将物资运到此地进行改造。

地堡中一间卧室与卫浴。

除了用墙体分割成各种生活区域,比如卧室、起居室、卫生间、厨房、仓库等等,生活设施更是一应俱全,以备特殊时期家人来这里躲藏。

更令人想不到的是,这座地堡犹如一艘创世纪的诺亚方舟,可供20人居住,而所有的生活必需物资全部储存在地堡的天花板上,匿藏一年不是问题。

另一方面,为了解决如厕和饮水问题,罗伯特将原有地下15米处的井口打通,将地下水引入地堡内,就算发生核核武战争,放射性粒子也不会侵入这么深的地下,保证水质安全。

里面虽然简单,但麻雀虽小却五脏俱全,洗浴间、厨房以及空调、冰箱、电视等电器都一应俱全。

地堡内的发电机一次发电后,可以供给室内充电一周的用量。

尤为一提的是,一所空置的掩体售价在3万5000美元(约14万7000令吉),而经过修正和改造的加强掩体,目前价格可以翻好几倍,达到150万美元(约630万令吉)。

 

当地下堡垒摇身变度假村

有钱,不一定有安全感,超级富豪痴迷“末日求生”的程度,反而催生了更大的不安和焦虑。

在加州就有上千位喜欢冷战地堡风格的富豪,也在此地购置了这种废旧地堡,准备改装为末日避难所,这里让那些隐形在洛杉矶富人区的人们感到格外安全。

生存公寓建有地下15层套房和活动空间。

15层高楼向下发展

令人大开眼界的是,美国堪萨斯州有一处巨大的富豪地下堡垒,明明是避难所,却建得像度假的城堡。

富商拉里霍尔(Larry Hall)瞄准富豪们对世界末日的焦虑恐慌,用30万美元(约125万3250令吉)的价格,买下这座废弃的军事基地,然而,却用了2000万美元,建造这座地下堡垒又称“生存公寓”(Survival Condo),让富豪们舒适安然地度过末日灾难。

这里原先也是冷战时期,美军建设的秘密洲际巡航导弹的发射井,由加固钢板和混凝土建造,厚度大约在30厘米左右。

娱乐设施一应俱

据悉,生存公寓一问世就吸引了众多人的关注。其外形是一个高大的圆柱体,被改造成一个 15 层的地下豪宅,就算闭关几年也不怕闷,在娱乐方面选择也不少,这里有游泳池、攀岩墙、桑拿浴室、教室、健身房、电影院、射击场还有一间图书馆,足够消磨长期在地下的时光。

此外,这生存公寓完善的配备,简直就是一个完全自给自足的地下大都市,最多可容纳75人,每个住宅单元都提供每人五年的冻干和脱水生存食品供应。

公寓内有超市以及5年份的存粮。

不仅如此,里头还有超市、学校、医疗中心、水培花园,计划种植 70 种水果和蔬菜,还有一个养鱼场。就算消耗掉了所有食物,还有这个“迷你农场”可自给自足。

所有楼层都由一部高速电梯连接起来,电梯里的按钮都和普通电梯不同,标明了每一层的具体用途。

由于,长时间住在地底下无法享受自然光的照射,为了让住户生活得舒适,屋内还有专门仿造自然光源的装置,还有保持内部通风良好的设施,保证住户能呼吸道新鲜空气,当然,若天下太平,居民都可随时到地面上来活动放松。

保安戒备森严,可监管每层楼的状况。

在安全方面,内部设有监控室可以360度观看室内外情况,视频信号还能直接转接到住户房间的显示屏上,从虚拟“窗户”探视外面真正的世界。

同时,建筑外经常有警卫配备重型武装,建筑内部的业主也会使用狙击枪进行自卫,这种枪械可摧毁卡车的引擎,甚至可以击落直升飞机。

那么,问题来了: 即便是普通的日子里,这里有人居住吗?答案是肯定的,不过目前这里的业主们集体规定,每家每户每天只能在设施当中待4个小时,非特殊情况无法常驻。

不过就在今年,一名不能透露姓名的富豪没有活到“世界末日”来临的那一天。建筑内部有不少空间尚未有新的买主,不过Larry认为,新买家的到来估计不会花太长时间。
