壁橱收纳方式多,
哪一款最合你意?

厨房当然少不了各种形形色色的橱柜,其中最原始的有底柜、吊橱和高橱。

底柜就是用来承装水盆和火炉的橱柜,用量次数最多,并可以安装抽屉在底柜里。

顾名思义,吊橱就是安装在墙壁上的柜子,其高度都必须符合人工科学来安装,
以免拿不到吊柜里的东西。

一般来说高橱的使用量不多,但也为厨房增添了新的收纳法:

  • 可移动隔板(With Adjustable Shelf)

在收纳橱柜里,可移动隔板是最为普遍的收纳方法。可收纳的容量最多,也最经济实惠,不必害怕以后所安装的五金配件的损坏。

  • 隐藏式抽屉(With Inner Drawers)

高橱柜原来也可以安装隐藏式抽屉。一把门打开,便可以把抽屉一层层拉出来,
所收纳的东西一目了然,也不必担心有物品隐藏在橱柜后而丢失。

  • 高橱储物拉篮(With Tall Larder Basket)

对于喜欢方便和灵活性的屋主,各式各样的拉篮肯定少不了。在高橱的位置也可以安装拉篮在内。

这种拉篮价钱偏高,取决于拉篮的材质。其好处是拉篮有特别的灵活性。使用方法有两种:

第一是直接跟门一起拉出来,第二种就是把门打开后,拉篮的一部分是贴在门的后方跟门一起打开来。另外一部分则会跟着门面往前拉,让使用的人可以看清所有的收纳空间,一目了然。

唯一的坏处则是拉篮的收纳空间有限,不像隔板可以塞满整个橱柜空间。

整理收纳师,或许曾有耳闻,但你对这份职业了解多少?

外行人总会认为花几千甚至数万令吉请人上门整理家居用品,浪费钱又匪夷所思!请个钟点保姆不就好了吗?

传统家政师以清洁工作为主,有别于整理收纳师,讲求的是透过筛选、分类、定位、摆放与整理,重整空间,将房子恢复成专属于你、井井有序的“家”。

“家”通常可被看作人们心态的投射。

繁杂琐事堆积的空间,思绪容易杂乱无章,影响日常行为。落东忘西或许不是因为健忘,而是空间失序,不方便。

空间井井有条,有一定的心灵治愈能力,因此才有不少人推崇极简生活模式,甚至有人喜欢在烦闷时透过收拾家里来调整心情。

收掉杂物,整理情绪、时间和目标。

前期沟通 空间诊断

一般上客户要求的服务范围主要是卧室和衣柜、厨房或全屋。

整理收纳师会在初次上门时与客户充分交流,了解他们的生活习惯,评估储物空间和工作量。

整理收纳师会先评估客户的储物范围和工作量,进行估价。

然而,整理收纳师并不会强制“断舍离”,而是善用空间收纳,配合客户的需求改善格局及动线。

有时还需要帮助客户重新规划生活方式,甚至改变他们的观念和习惯。只要客户认同方案和理念,便能开始预订动工日。

物品分类 规划空间

最易堆积杂物的地方不外乎是卧室和衣帽间,经常找不到出门的穿戴品,结果越买越多!

整理收纳师会先把衣服用品放在指定的“整理区”,让客户决定物品的去留,再折叠归类。从中可清晰显现客户偏爱的衣物种类,也能避免日后再重复购买。

整理收纳师将翻箱倒柜,重新规划收纳空间。

一般会以客户的使用频率、功能决定放置的地方。其中透过“联想收纳法”,将相关的物品放在同一区,不用刻意考验记忆力。

为了空间整洁,可善用收纳箱划分多个存放空间,尤其适用于小物件,不易丢失,分类清楚。

善用储物箱分门别类,外观也较整洁。

衣柜里使用统一的衣架,款式相近做好归类,不会显得凌乱。

必要时,整理收纳师亦会动手改变衣橱的结构,比如拆掉过多的隔层板,装订挂钩等等,让衣物垂直挂上,更好找。

根据使用率和款式归类并尽可能挂起来,一目了然,方便打理。

授招客户 长期维护

整理收纳师的职务以人为本,制定适合客户长期自行维持的收纳方式,因此在任务完成后,便会进行交接,教授客户整理的技巧。

堆叠的衣物可善用折叠小技巧收纳在储物箱,更容易抽取,防凌乱。

透过物品的归置,有助提升它们在日常生活中的运转效率,物品能充分被利用,使用者也不再慌乱,丢三落四。

体积小巧的饰品只要物归原位便不怕遗失。

这种偏向“一次性”的服务,其实并不缺回头客。

在尝过整理收纳师的专业服务后,便会对有秩序的空间产生依赖感,每到换季、搬家等时节便能重复签订服务。

这样一个消费过剩的时代,人们容易过度消费,透过整理收纳的潜移默化的过程,可能也会控制自己的消费欲望,养成好习惯。

除了由底柜,吊橱,和高橱,桌面等等来组成一套实用的厨房,当然少不了隐藏在橱柜里的五金配件好帮手!这些配件可让屋主在使用厨房时更得心应手,大大减低日常生活中使用厨房时所遇到的问题与麻烦。

为了提升厨房实用度,市场上越来越多人喜欢安装厨房配件。当然这些五金配件也可以在网上购得,价钱会以不同的材质来区分。

在此整理了5种市场上常见的五金配件:

  • 碗碟架(Dish Rack)

这种五金配件挺普遍,而且也很实用。其用意是让屋主在洗碗后放在上面晾干,再收进柜子里。所以这种五金配件最好选择不锈钢为主。

很多屋主都喜欢安装门面把碗碟架关起来。需要多加注意的是,如果把门关起来,里面的碗碟在潮湿的情况下会导致橱柜发霉,所以建议还是放置碗碟架透风会比较好。

  • 花生型转角拉篮(Peanut Corner Basket)

物如其名,其外观形状如同一颗花生!让屋主不必弯腰寻找角落的东西。只需要打开橱柜的门,然后再把拉篮拉出来,便可透视隐藏在角落的物品。

  • 传统式拉篮(Pull Out Basket)

这种配件适用于底柜内部。其最大的特点是把门打开后,就可以把拉篮往外拉,收藏在里面的物品也能一眼望尽,不必弯腰寻找。

抽屉也有这种功能,但价钱比较昂贵,所以此拉篮时常会用来替代抽屉。

  • 瓶罐式拉篮(Bottle Pull Out Basket)

这是传统式拉篮的进阶版,其用意是可以收纳一些烹饪所需用到的瓶子罐子,所以这种款式通常会安装在靠近火炉或烹饪区域,让烹饪时可以更有效及节省时间。

目前这种拉篮已经进化到可以收纳砧板,汤匙叉之类,以及一些小刀。

  • 餐具收纳架(Cutlery Tray)

这种五金配件通常会安装在抽屉里的第一小层。其用意是可以很好的规划和收纳
一些汤匙、叉、刀、筷子之类的餐具。

由于这些餐具的体积比较小,如果不做收纳规划的话,恐怕会很难找到,所以餐具收纳架算是厨房里的重要配件之一!

哪一款最适合你?

一说到厨房,当然少不了有各式各样的门面和抽屉。所谓“门面”就是一般左右开关的门,“抽屉”便是可以伸展拉出来的收纳空间。

抽屉在厨房里扮演着极为重要的角色,因为好的抽屉可承受的重量往往都比较大,所以比较适合拿来收纳碗盘锅之类的。

小的抽屉也适合收纳汤匙叉筷子,打开抽屉可以一眼望尽里面所收纳的东西;更重要的是,抽屉也适合家里有老人的家庭,因为不需要弯腰翻找橱柜里的收纳品。

其实抽屉还可以分为几个种类,于此整理了6种市场上常见的抽屉种类:

  • 普通抽屉(Normal Drawer Slides)

这种抽屉在市面上最为普遍,抽屉的滑轨和调整配件是安装在左右两旁。安装师傅在安装和调整抽屉时可以直接在抽屉两旁稍作调整。唯一的缺点是其抽屉滑轨有点厚,导致抽屉里的收纳空间会变得比较小。

  • 底下滑轨式抽屉(Undermount Drawer Slides)

底下滑轨式抽屉跟类似于普通抽屉,只是其滑轨是安装在抽屉的底部,这样可以使抽屉里面的收纳空间发挥最大化,而不失抽屉的灵活性。

  • 滚轮式抽屉(Roller Runner Slides)

这种抽屉为大多数在电脑键盘的抽拉盘可见到,它并没有慢关的机制,所以选择这种滚轮式的抽屉为最经济。

此类型不建议安装在厨房橱柜里,因为它所承受的重量不多,放重物时便很难拉出来。

  • 三节路式抽屉(Full Extension Drawer Slides)

这种款式的抽屉在定制家具或橱柜时会比较常见。取决于它拥有慢关的机制与否,价格范围会比较广。这种款式的抽屉并不需要依赖专业师傅,自己也可以DIY安装。

  • 内侧抽屉(Inner Drawer)

内侧抽屉大多数安装在高橱里,打开高橱的门就可以一层一层的把内侧抽屉拉出来。

它也可以安装在底柜,需要打开外侧的抽屉,再把内侧抽屉拉出来。

其用意是可以把一些危险的厨房器具比如刀,刮刀隐藏在内侧抽屉里好让小孩子没那么容易接触到危险器具。

  • 角落式抽屉(Corner Drawer)

角落式抽屉在本地甚少会看见,但它可以解决角落空间的问题。它需要特定的橱柜以及专业的师傅去安装和调整。价格相对来说也比其它的抽屉来得高昂。

那些被遗忘的角落收纳,该怎么解决?

今时今日的厨房通常都少不了L型或U型设计的厨房格局。

角落可以提供大量的储存空间,收纳很多甚少使用的东西,但使用起来却不怎么方便,越往里面塞越难拿得出来。

角落的死角收纳的确是让设计师头疼的环节,尤其是家里有些年长者不宜长时间弯腰或蹲着寻找角落的物品。

模块化厨房(Modular Kitchen)的好处是可以根据市场上的五金配件来选择你要的橱柜尺寸,所以对于角落的解决办法,最好就是直接安装配件来方便操作。一可节省体力,二使用起来也特别方便。

  • 180度转角拉篮(180 Degree Corner Swivel Basket)

这种转角配件属于最为经济的角落转角篮子。其特点就是它旋转的角度在于180度左右,适合没有打通角落的橱柜设计。

其弱点是篮子上不能安放太重的东西,否则会导致篮子弯曲后就很难再旋转了。

  • 270度转角拉篮(270 Degree Corner Swivel Basket)

这种转角配件基本上是跟180度转角篮子一样的概念。只是它不能往门外拉,只能在橱柜里旋转并找到你要拿的物品。

这种篮子需要L-shape的橱柜两边都可以通往,而且没有遮盖角落的部分才适合安装。

  • 花生型转角拉篮(Peanut Corner Basket)

如其名,外观形状如同一颗花生般,是属于可拉出橱柜外的角落篮子之一。

它需要打开橱柜的门才可以拉出来,可承受的重量也比180度和270度的转角篮多。但其价格方面中上,所以甚少会在主流的厨房设计里看到。

  • 康科德转角拉篮(Concord Corner Pull Basket)

此方式可安装并连接角落橱柜的门上。当把角落门往外拉,便会一并把角落篮子也拉出来,方便且不必反复拉篮子。

这种配件通常都会配有慢关系列 (Soft-Close Mechanism),以便关门时不会损坏角落篮。

  • 魔法转角拉篮 (Magic Corner Basket)

这是康科德转角拉篮的升级版。概念一样是安装并连接在角落橱柜的门上。

当把角落门往外拉,便会一并把角落篮子也拉出来,唯一不一样的是其里面的第二节篮子也可以再次往外拉,形成整个第一节和第二节篮子都呈现在橱柜外方,让人使用起来非常方便,但价格随之也稍微偏高。
