领先瓷砖、石材、马赛克和卫浴用品供应商和零售商宝马砖业(1990)私人有限公司,获得《马来西亚纪录大全》授予“最多瓷砖设计的零售商“。

宝马瓷砖拥有全马最大的瓷砖系列,所售卖的产品拥有不同的材质,可用于装饰内墙、天花板和底本等。

宝马砖业董事经理洪桂平指出,该公司致力成为值得信赖的瓷砖和卫浴用品供应商,为客户营造梦想家园,并提供广泛的产品来满足不同客户的不同需求。

新分行面积2万平方尺

同时,宝马砖业还在雪州哥打白沙罗开设楼高4层的最新分行,面积达2万平方尺,旨在为当地人提供独特的购物体验。

在新分行中,除了能找多种类和品牌繁多的瓷砖、石材、马赛克和卫浴产品,还可在创新展厅模拟家居空间,让客户客亲身感受和触摸自家产品,想象应用在自己家中的氛围。

这个分行还结合了宝马砖业高效的物流和仓储系统,提供端对端服务。

洪桂平说:“继去年在柔佛开设全马最大的瓷砖与卫浴展厅后,我们现将独特的展厅体验带到巴生河流域的新哥打白沙罗分行。我们期待和欢迎现有和新客户在这里感受到身临其境的家居与室内装修体验。“

地不佬分行也列大马纪录大全

分行开幕仪式的出席者包括哥打白沙罗州议员沙迪里出席见证、宝马砖业执行董事李卓荃、董事余美珠和马来西亚纪录大全营销总监连耀辉。

宝马砖业是在去年4月在柔佛新山地不佬推介BMS Complex,而这座楼高3层的建筑群在与现有展厅相结合后,占地达到约7万平方尺,进而获得《马来西亚纪录大全》授予 “最大瓷砖与卫浴展厅” 的荣誉。

创立于1990年的宝马砖业,目前在柔佛、吉隆坡、雪兰莪、森美兰和砂拉越的14个地点设有展厅和分行。

拆而不弃 旧建材新生

有些看似是该扔的废物,
但实际上确实宝藏!

旧厨房格局不适合了,拆;重新规划户外空间,旧棚顶拆;老房子要重建,拆…

装修或重建房子一般会找承包商,被拆下的建材事后也会一併由承包商处理掉。

你有没有想过,这些拆下来的洋灰牆、砌得美美的马赛克或大瓷砖的牆面、旧但手工精美的老木门、已脱漆的窗户铁花、用砖和洋灰砌成的炉灶…其实可能还可以延续生命?

虽然大多数人还是倾向拆除再从零建造,但现存建筑结构再利用不再是新鲜事,也越来越多建筑师愿意尝试以拆除的瓦砾再融入新建筑中。

为保护地球出一份力!

这么做,不光是节约和珍惜资源的表现,对减碳排也有助益。

建筑资讯网站ArchDaily 引述《2020年全球建筑和施工状况报告》报道,在2019年,民用建筑部门的碳排放量占全球材料、建筑和施工作业的二氧化碳排放量的38%,达到历史最高值。

的确,涂料和其他使用砂浆镶嵌的材料,相对比较难再使用,但其他结构元素,像窗户门框和铁花等,只要适度翻新,再使用问题不大。

为了使建筑元素的再利用更加容易,近年来更多建筑材料再利用的公司和倡导,鼓励一切从零开始的建筑模式。

线上售卖 呼吁业界重用建材

ArchDaily 报道,建筑师Natália Lessa和Pedro Alban,旨在简化材料再利用为使命,在巴西成立的公司和智囊团Arquivo,提各种相关服务。

这家公司会负责运输可再利用材料、再利用元素的销售、咨询和项目援助,还把回收的废弃建材整修或翻新,再放到网站上销售,如此一来也带动建筑师、设计师和工程师,一起加入重用旧建材的行列。

融合了许多再生材料,自制的创意吊灯。
1970年代的卫浴用品,各种美丽的色彩让浴室也充满活力。
比利时CBR大楼,70年代弧形的琥珀色玻璃格外显眼。

另外,2014年成立的比利时合作社Rotor DC,也在致力安排建材拆卸和销售中的再利用,同时还和政府合作制定指南和法规,鼓励将再利用作为建筑方式。

根据网站介绍,这家公司会从建筑拆除中回收各种建材和元素,例如洗涤盘、马桶、砖头、木板、瓷砖等,就连门锁、门臼、铁架等五金,以及家具、灯饰和饰物等等也会回收,清洁后再出售。

从战前老房子拆出来的复古式门与把手,浴室里的粉红色大理石原产于葡萄牙,以及烟囱上的灰色大理石“Gris Lido”,至今非常罕见。
1932年建成的圣伊丽莎白护士学校重建,将可再循环的瓷砖打捞出来。
旧建筑里大量用花岗岩和珍贵木材制成的墙面、门和灯具已被拆卸出来,等待修复及清理。

厨房台面怎么选择?

厨房是居家生活中极为重要的一部分,爱下厨的你经常需要处理食材和烹饪,免不了会造成磨损。

即便你不爱下厨,偶尔煮个面,那更需要容易处理的好台面,以免累积污垢难以清理!

市面上有那么多的厨房台面,赶紧来看看哪些台面材料适合你!让你在销售员面前不会被坑!

1.人造石台面(Artificial Stone Countertop)

人造石可塑性高,可延伸墙面做一体成型台面。

人造石有多种类型,主要成分有树脂、填充材(氢氧化铝或碳酸钙)、石粉、色粒和颜料等混合高压加工而成。树脂带来的可塑性高,可量身定做各种尺寸,也可延伸至背墙和L型台面,整体无缝接,大器美观。

有些厂商会加入奈米灭菌技术,增加防潮、除臭效果,依照不同成分等级价格落差颇大。高素质的人造石能耐磨、耐温,更重要的是不会“吃色“,深色的酱油、咖啡都很容易擦干净。

不过,切勿直接在人造石台面商切菜切肉,也不要直接将热锅放在上面。平常只要用中性清洁剂擦拭,不需要用到强酸洗剂等化学物质。

2.瓷砖台面(Tile Countertops)

磁砖颜色种类繁多,跳脱制式配色让厨房色调更生动。

瓷砖带来多样化的视觉效果,有温润的木纹色泽、大理石等各种仿真纹路。而且,磁砖不吸水,好清理,耐油污。

除了多边形、六角形特殊样式以外,还有超大薄板磁砖,再加上你喜欢的颜色来搭配拼贴,复古、现代风格都能轻松做到。

瓷砖材质防火、防潮,但缺点是硬度不够,如果重力敲打容易损坏。磁砖填缝容易留下脏污痕迹,需定期使用磁砖填缝专用清洁剂就能保持洁白如新。

3.花岗岩台面(Granite Countertops)

花岗岩提升了空间的豪华感,摆在哪里都好看。

花岗岩是天然石材,不太容易找到2片完全相同的色纹,独一无二的自然纹理很特别。

相较于大理石,花岗岩的纹理更细,防刮耐磨质地更坚硬,颜色有很多种色调,白色、棕色、米色或蓝黑等。

天然石材都有毛细孔,需做特殊密封抛光处理,长久使用后需要保养,平时用完随时擦拭干净,保持干燥就不会产生水渍。每隔一段时间测试看看,将水滴或油滴在台面上15分钟,水或油滴需保持完好不被吸收,或者擦拭后还留有斑点,就应该重新做密封处理。

4.石英石台面(Quartz Countertops)

石英石台面比人造石更坚硬耐用好保养。

石英石是人造石的一种材质,但做法有些不同,93%天然石英添加树脂、矿物颜料和复合剂真空压制抛光而成,硬度仅次于钻石,熔点达到1600°C,具有不易刮伤,耐污、耐热、耐蚀、易清洁等特性。

石英石也有天然大理石纹路,淡色和深色抛光亮泽具有天然花岗岩质感,石英石台面和人造石一样无毛孔不需做密封保养。

但缺点是不若一般人造石好塑型,弯曲衔接面无法完全无缝。

虽然石英石材耐热,平时放置热锅最好还是使用隔热垫。清洁方式很简单,使用拧干的抹布擦干,避免盐酸、漂白水等强酸性清洁剂,每年上一次蜡保养即可。

5.大理石台面(Marble countertops)

大理石天然石面尽显气势与高贵。

大理石经典的天然色纹很漂亮,永不过时,还可以保持自然低温,非常适合喜欢烘烤的人,在大理石台面上铺展、揉面团不易沾黏,是许多面包店的首选,家庭使用区域比较适合小吧台、中岛和烘烤区。

大理石具有天然毛细孔,吸水性强,污渍不易清理,蕃茄酱、柠檬汁等酸性食物可能侵蚀表面。使用久了颜色和亮度将产生变化,需要多加费心维护,预防和立即擦拭脏污是最好的方法,一旦外观变黯淡时需做抛光密封处理。

6.混凝土台面(Concrete countertops)

混凝土台面很有质感,质朴有个性。

密封处理的混凝土带有哑光亮泽,涂抹的纹饰随意自然,还可添加喜爱的颜色搭配空间设计。外观非常有特色,前卫、传统、沉静或是活泼的室风格都可以搭配。

混凝土密封过程,最好施做多次以形成坚固保护层,经久使用一旦出现裂缝也很容易修复。台面使用多年后难免会有痕迹,但改变不大。

混凝土虽耐热,但密封剂却不是,热锅底下最好放隔热垫,切菜剁肉时也需要砧板,以免损坏密封剂。混凝土台面保养很简单,使用海绵、中性洗洁剂和热水擦拭即可。

7.实木台面(Butcher block countertops)

密度高,质材好的整大块木料价格不菲,集成木是不错的选择。

实木台面为厨房增添了厚实温暖质感,采用集成木,将实木块拼接成巨大木板的价格较完整木板来得便宜;使用再生木材也很经济实惠,许多老屋或家具拆卸后的木料质感很好,早期的老树木料古朴有韵味。

实木台面多数用在吧台或是没有水源的区域较合适,若长时间泼水淋湿或太多油污,比较容易滋生细菌、徽菌。完成的台面打磨细致可以上一层蜡或透明哑光保护漆。

上过漆的木料使用干净抹布、中性洗洁精擦拭就可,天然木料有毛孔,没有涂上一层保护漆比较容易沾污,如果脏污去不掉,使用细磨砂纸轻轻打磨就能去除。

8.层压板(Laminate countertops)

层压板也有许多仿真纹饰,质感逼真。

高压层板坚固、没有毛孔,更加耐刮耐用,防水卷边技术逐渐成熟,能将水槽和台面黏合成一整体,而且还便宜。

层压板台面如果保养得当很耐用,可以使用超细纤维布、热水、洗洁液清洁表面。擦拭完后保持干燥即可。
