德国认证,
PERI 3D印出波纹屋。

本地人兴致缺缺,建筑业长期严重依赖外劳,但还是常喊人力不足,尤其是冠病疫情来袭后,大量外劳返乡,许多工程被逼延后。

近年爆出的黑科技,悄悄在建筑业酝酿革命。

3D打印技术、组合屋和积木概念,正在颠覆整个建筑业,准备迎接购屋者进入这个新纪元。你准备好了吗?

你可以想像建筑工地将告别人头攒动的年代,往后就只有机械人和操作员在动工的景象吗?

3D打印技术出现已经快10年,荷兰建筑设计师Janjaap Ruijssenaars和艺术家Rinus Roelofs在2013年设计出第一座3D打印建筑,取名Landscape House。

设计师当时以1:15做了一个缩小版的圆凳模型,放在阿姆斯特丹市区。

约160平方米的双层洋房,裸洋灰墙色,还有花园,是许多人的梦想家园。

没有工人也能盖房

去年7月,住在德国北威州贝克姆(Beckum)的丽莎.玛丽-汉休斯 (Lisa-Marie Hanhues)的双层小洋房,在几乎没有工人的情况下建成。

这间约160平方米的小洋房,内设2浴,有厨房,还有花园。

外观上,这房子墙身都是波纹,且都是圆角,自成一格。

小洋房还带有小庭院,可在户外透透气。

德国创新技术

由PERI用3D打印技术建造的这栋房子落成时,由北莱茵威斯特伐利亚州建设、内政、市政和平等部部长伊娜-沙尔纳赫(Ina Scharrenbach)开幕及启用。

她致词时兴奋地说:“这是采用新数字技术的创新建筑,是德国一项创新。数字化、动态化、随时可以印刷。”

全屋内外墙身都是波纹,让空间更有时代感。

这次在贝克姆打造的房子,不光表示3D印房获得政府认同,也反映这技术已趋向成熟,准备就绪走进市场。

PERI是全球混凝土手工浇注模板设备的领先供应商之一,2018年收购COBOD股份,隔年就以后者的BOD2建筑打印机,在德国和美国打造不同建筑物。

圆角设计搭配嵌入式墙橱,看起来更融为一体。

房子建成,但主人丽莎要到年底才能入住,因为为了推广3D打印技术,这房子当作示范单位,目前开放给公众参观。

从头到尾编程运算

这新技术打造房子,建筑师在电脑系统上设计和运算好整间房子的3D模型。

动工时,只需要少数工人,根据工程师计算的图表,把钢铁柱子等架好,再以机器将混凝土一层一层浇筑而成;过程像做蛋糕时在上面挤奶油装饰那样,视觉很疗愈,又像变魔术那样。

用编程就能打印出规模不小且实用的房子。

屋内的门、窗、每个管线、插座,甚至是要固定浴缸的空间和楼梯,统统一并编入程序,完成浇筑,整栋房子就一步到位砌好,等原料干透,就算完工。

科技的发达,建筑业不再需要大量人力,也不再出现收房子时看到的一堆林林总总缺陷。

看来,大家离自己“印”一间房子出来的日子已经不远了。

楼梯扶手都是直接一体打印出来,不用另外安装。
因为波纹和圆角墙,休闲区不需太多装饰,简单的家具就很舒适。
连浴缸也可以预算好空间,打印房子时直接预设好固定空间。

可以打印出来!

当桥都能打印出来的时候,想像3D打印房子量化还会远吗?

你知道除了房子,3D技术还打印了一座桥吗?

是的,全球第一座用3D打印的钢桥在荷兰,就在阿姆斯特丹著名红灯区的运河上,吸引旅客之余,荷兰女皇碧翠斯也慕名来打卡。

荷兰女皇碧翠斯去年为开启3D打印建筑新里程碑的MX3D Bridge主持开幕。

获荷兰设计周公共设计奖

这桥梁由各种不规则形状的拼凑而成,外形非常独树一帜且非常吸睛,还有一个很科幻的名字,叫MX3D Bridge。

其实,MX3D就是打造这桥梁的3D打印公司的名字,设计师是Joris Laarman Lab ,双方合作耗时6年才完成;还曾获2018年荷兰设计周公共设计奖。

MX3D 桥梁主体早在2018年就完成;还获得设计周公共设计奖。

长12.2米、阔6.3米的 MX3D Bridge,重量惊人,达到6公吨,用了4500公斤不锈钢制成。

“多功能”桥梁

根据该公司网站资料,这桥梁由2017年开始构思,主体建筑早在2018年耗半年已在厂内完工,因为要安装的运河当时需进行翻新工程,而延至去年才装嵌。

桥身呈S形,带有格子穿孔的栏杆,组件在厂内完工后,运到现场再利用机械臂逐层焊接而成。

提供监督和研究用途,桥上还隐藏了许多传感器,可分析桥身各项实时数据,譬如人群行为、结构是否完整等,同时也会一并测量温度、空气质素等。

桥梁主体去年搬到阿姆斯特丹著名红灯区运河装嵌。

可以承重20吨

这些数据会输入电脑系统,让工程师实时监测,也可为未来3D打印金属结构的设计提供有用的参考。

为了装置大量传感器,全桥上隐藏了近1100公里的电线。

桥梁使用量大,承重力必须绝对安全,MX3D Bridge 被送到Twende大学,通遗20吨承重量测试。

MX3D Bridge之前就通过了高达20吨重量的测试,暂订会放在该运河 2 年,以供收集各种数据。

Joris Laarman Lab指出,因为是以焊接方式把各别组件结合起来,表示成品其实不再受限打印机大小,理论上可以打造无限大的结构。

这桥梁也示范了3D打印如何高效节省材料,但却可制造出最高效的结构。

MX3D桥梁除了设计独特,还隐藏密集传感器,采集各种数据供研究,可以说是一个生活试验场。

MX3D的启用,掀开了3D打印重要里程碑,也解开许多人觉得3D打印房子不靠谱的迷思。

如果桥也能用3D打印出来,使用量比桥少得多的房子,相对就更不必担心安全问题了。

火星盖房子,人血最划算?!

这不是一部恐怖电影,
而是真的科学研究。

近来,“移民火星”成了火热的课题,美国国家航空航天局(NASA)更已经在研究用3D打印技术,用来在火星盖房子。

新浪科技引述公众号“科研圈”报道,英国曼彻斯特大学(University of Manchester)的科学家们的一项新研究显示,使用外星球的土壤和人类的血液、汗液与泪水,能制造一种类似混凝土的建材。

在9月10日在线发表于Materials Today Bio期刊的一篇论文中,科学家们实验证明,人类血液中的血清蛋白和存在于尿液、汗液或眼泪中的尿素结合后,可以将模拟的月球或火星土壤粘合起来,制造出一种比普通混凝土强度更高的材料。

抗压强度更高

这种新材料被命名为AstroCrete,可以完美胜任地外建筑的建材。使用不同配方得出的抗压强度有差异,最高可达25 Mpa,与常见混凝土的20-32 Mpa大致相当。

如果加入尿液、汗水和眼泪排除的尿素,可以将抗压强度进一步提高300%以上,性能最好的材料的抗压强度接近40 Mpa。

研究参与者之一、来自曼彻斯特大学的 Aled Roberts博士表示:“科学家们一直在努力开发可行的技术来在火星表面生产类似混凝土的材料,但是我们却从未想到,答案可能一直在我们自己体内。”

宇航员捐血?

用牛血其实也可以,但要把牛送上去火星不太实际,科学家就想起了“就地取材”,也就是宇航员。

根据研究团队的计算,一个宇航员每周捐献血浆两次,可制成一块“标准红砖”,在为期两年的火星任务期间,6名宇航员总计可以生产超过 500 公斤的高强度 AstroCrete。

如果将它们用作砂浆,来粘合沙袋或者用风化层材料烧制成的砖块,那么可以扩建出再容纳一个宇航员的空间。

当然,尽管和捐献全血相比,捐献血浆通常允许更短的时间间隔,但是根据英国的献血指导标准,符合条件的健康人每两周可捐献一次血浆,每次捐献一袋(560ml)。

此外,还需要研究在低重力环境中持续捐献血浆的长期健康影响,以及通过实验评估在不影响宇航员健康的情况下能够提取多少血清蛋白。

全球越来越多企业投入到3D打印建屋项目。在这方面,美国国家航空航天局(NASA)绝对是先驱。

NASA最近正策划一个火星基地模拟项目,为太空居住做准备。由于未来在火星上不能像在地球般一砖一瓦地砌,所以找了家名叫BIG-Bjarke的公司,打算送一台3D打印机上火星建房。

近几年来,越来越多国家政府对于3D打印房屋的政策,开始有松动迹象,愿意承认3D打印屋子的产权。

称为世界一流的“中国速度”,可能也比不上3D打印技术,只要24小时就能打印完一栋小房子。

让我们来看看全球一些开始崭露头角的3D打印技术。

德国首栋3D打印双层住宅

PERI公司开发的3D打印技术,打造了德国第一栋合法的3D打印二层住宅。

在芝加哥,当地建筑设计公司WATG与Branch Technology合力打造的“Curve Appeal”,独特的弧形,显示3D技术的无限突破潜力。

这栋Curve Appeal印证了3D打印技术不局限于四四方方的屋子。

荷兰郊外巨石屋

70岁的Elize Lutz和67岁的Harrie Dekkers称为欧洲最先住进3D打印屋子的人,而且这栋房子是100%合法合规,成了荷兰建筑界最瞩目的事件。

荷兰首对住进3D打印房子的人,成了当地最瞩目的事件之一。

这栋位于荷兰埃因霍温的小房子室内面积94平方米,外表非常具有未来感,既像是一个刚刚降落的不明飞行物,又像是一块纹理细腻的巨石,是传统建筑技术无法轻易做到的外观。

外观具未来感,纹理细腻,是传统建材技术无法达成的效果。

整栋房子由24个混凝土构件组成,这些构件在埃因霍温的一家工厂逐层打印,然后用卡车运到建筑工地安装在地基上,然后再逐步安装屋顶和窗框,只花了区区120个小时。

整体空间漂亮工整,建造过程迅速又便宜,换做传统房子的话价格翻倍!

而且,这屋子的月租只有800欧元(约3929令吉),若在当地要租一间相等大小和质量的传统平房,价格需要翻倍。

意大利 黏土打印的穹顶

Mario Cucinella Architects+WASP采用环保的3D打印技术,在意大利打造了TECLA,这个名字取自于卡尔维诺的《看不见的城市》,灵感却来自于衔泥建巢的昆虫——蜾赢。

采用当地河床的黏土,以3D打印打造了这独特的房子。

就像昆虫用大自然中的泥土当作建造巢穴的材料一样,TECLA用以3D打印的原材料全部都是当地河床的黏土。

充当“天窗”的穴口设计微妙,能一探户外景色。

这两栋连着的穹顶外形古朴之中却又有着一些微妙的未来感,既像某个古老村落又像《星球大战》的布景。

两栋相连的外观极具未来感!
入夜的时候,从穹顶天窗观察几亿年前启程的星光,应该会是一种既古典又未来的浪漫。

因为不需要底层框架,这座建筑可以在短短200小时内完成。泥土的使用则意味着它的外壳是完全可被生物降解的,做到字面意思上的“尘归尘,土归土”。

墨西哥 全球首个3D打印村

说完了房子,现在是“整个村”!

虽然3D打印让房屋建造的成本变得前所未有地低廉,但是颇为讽刺的是,对于绝大多数最需要廉租房的低收入家庭来说,接触到高新科技却是一件非常困难的事。

非盈利组织New Story看到了3D打印技术的潜力,联同美国3D打印公司和墨西哥当地的慈善组织ÉCHALE一起,在墨西哥塔巴斯科开展了一个全新的项目。

他们的目标不是建造一栋3D打印房屋,而是建造50栋3D打印房屋!

3D打印造房的便利和低成本能惠及人民,因此开发了一个社区。

除开住宅之外,他们还会建造绿地、公园、便利设施和其他的基本设施。这也意味着:世界上第一个3D打印社区业已诞生。

3D打印的房子也讲求安全性,具备抗震和应对极端天气的能力。

因为塔巴斯克地处地震带,气候环境也多变复杂,所有的3D房屋都被建造在混凝土垫层之上,保证了房屋抗震和应对极端天气的能力。

5万美元,约20.8万令吉,
你可以买到哪里的屋子?

在马来西亚,可以买到一些地区的组屋和可负担屋。

在洛杉矶,可以买一间7平方米的储藏间;

在东京,可以买一间7平方米的厨房;

在北京,可以买一间5平方米的洗手间;

但5万美元,就可以让你买到和富豪同款的房子,你相信吗?

是的,这富豪就是特斯拉和SpaceX的掌舵人马斯克(Elon Musk),他就住在一套36平方米、硬装软装俱全、还带水电网的一室一厅一厨一卫,真的只要5万美元就买到。

带火ADU概念

这房子其实是马斯克最近带火的附属住宅单元(ADU,Accessory Dwelling Unit),他先前因为准备未来登录火星,而卖掉了自己的豪宅,搬进了位于SpaceX园区内的一间仅有36平米的“ADU临租房”,并把此事发表在了自己的社交媒体。

开始引起关注的36平方米的ADU房子已分割好日常必备区域。

ADU的意思是附属在主体住宅上的建筑物,也有人称为二级单元。比如自家后院的独立小工作间,或者车库二层加盖的客房等等,通常这类房屋是为了满足特定的生活需要,或者对外出租。

为马斯克“盖房”的公司叫做Boxabl,成立于2017年,目前只卖了3套ADU,但因为卖给马斯克后而声名大噪。

不到1天就能盖好

Boxabl的ADU是标准住宅,目前唯一在售的户型Casita,是一个6×6平方米的方盒子,分割出客厅、卧室、厨房、卫生间四个生活空间,从墙壁到门窗,都有固定的材质、位置和设计,直接在工厂生产安装好,连空调、暖气、USB充电口的位置都已设置好。

在工厂生产后便能折叠运送到指定地点,迅速拼装入住。

Boxabl显示把屋子“折叠“成一个20尺柜的尺寸,相当于一个小货车货柜的大小,直接运送到指定的地点,然后专业人士不到1天就能够盖好这36平方米的房子。

预留的水电管口也是可以和主建筑的线路直接连接,不需要复杂的走线,瞬间入住不是梦。

便宜、环保、3D打印,就是Boxabl主打的三大特点。

房子外观方正工整,还能在外头乘凉工作。

Boxabl官方表示,他们的年产量在3000套左右,不过目前在官网报名买房的人已经排到五万多号了。看来,想住马斯克同款房不那么容易。

因卖给了马斯克而声名大噪的ADU房子,目前生意兴旺供不应求!
