房汇H.O.P.E 获可持续发展奖

房汇集团(HOMEVEST)凭借其旗舰服务“员工买房福利计划” (Home Ownership Programme for Employees,简称H.O.P.E),在“可持续发展目标8体面工作和经济增长”类别,一举夺下2022年马来西亚国际青商会可持续发展奖(JCI Malaysia Sustainable Development Award, 简称JCIM SDA)。

这个聚集来自全马各行各业精英的颁奖典礼于17日(周六)在槟城新关仔角葛尼雅诗阁酒店(Ascott Gurney Penang)举办,并由槟州元首敦阿末弗兹亲临见证。阁下的莅临以及为所有获奖者表示祝贺的举动,让整个颁奖晚会成为亮点之一。

HOMEVEST是由众多代表企业和社会团体所组成的高资历评审团票选得出的奖项获得者。JCIM SDA授予马来西亚公司和组织开展可持续发展项目和业务,以推动并实现联合国可持续发展目标(United Nations Sustainable Development Goals,简称UNSDG)。JCIM SDA的目标是提高公众对UNSDG的认识,并表彰那些有助于推进这些目标,或在其业务运营中实施可持续发展倡议的项目的公司或非政府组织。

在马来西亚,人才流失一直是一个关键问题。HOMEVEST了解到企业留住人才对企业发展的重要性,因此他们创建并推出了员工买房福利计划 (H.O.P.E),旨在促进和实现各国所有性别的生产性就业。这个项目的目的与可持续发展目标8.5保持一致,即为所有男女、青年和残疾人实现充分的生产性就业和体面工作,以及同工同酬理念。

此外,H.O.P.E的宗旨是要帮助促进以发展为导向的政策、支持生产活动、创造体面的就业机会、创业精神、创造力和创新,并鼓励微型、小型和中型企业的正规化和成长,包括通过获得金融服务。除此之外,H.O.P.E的另外一个目标是协助政府减少马来西亚的房地产过剩的挑战。截至目前为止,马来西亚的房地产过剩或滞销情况依然不太乐观,所累积的金额已高达519亿令吉。

H.O.P.E是马来西亚第一个获得马来西亚房屋及地方政府部门的支持,并获得马来西亚纪录大全 (Malaysia Book of Records) 颁发证书认可为马来西亚首家提供员工买房福利计划的房产企业。

日前在吉隆坡文华东方酒店(Mandarin Oriental)举办的2022年马来西亚可持续发展及企业社会责任奖项(Sustainability & CSR Malaysia Award 2022)的颁奖大会上,HOMEVEST也被授予2022年度中小型企业年度典范企业社会责任倡议奖。

该颁奖大会一共有50家马来西亚上市公司、私营公司、政府相关公司(GLC)和政府组织,以及企业基金会均获得了表彰和认可,并接受由主办方所颁发至高无上的奖项认证,作为表彰他们向有需要的群体社区伸出援手,同时积极和努力参与可持续发展项目,以改善更多马来西亚人的生活。

除了参与可持续性发展倡议(SDG),HOMEVEST在ESG方面,即环境(Environmental)、社会(Social)和公司治理 (Governance) 也做出了很大的努力,尤其把这个重点关注在企业的关键部门,如房地产投资、拥房计划和物业管理。

富力和房汇签署MOU

携手合作!

房汇集团(HOMEVEST Sdn Bhd)与富力公主湾(富力R&F集团)签署了一份谅解备忘录(Memorandum of Understanding, MOU),以就富力公主湾的一个大型项目建立战略合作伙伴关系。

富力公主湾是一个城市标杆式的生活区,位于柔佛关卡(ICQ)和兀兰堤岸(Woodlands Causeway)旁边。其战略性地理位置,必将吸引当地和国际投资者的青睐。这个标志性的开发项目是连接马来西亚和新加坡的纽带,更重要的是,它提供了一个有别于其他地方的规模,集合工作、生活、娱乐和投资机会的地方于一体的发展项目。这个项目涵盖了酒店、办公室、公园、购物中心、俱乐部和公寓,你所需要的一切都在步行范围内即可到达。

该项目是一个重要的里程碑,有利于当地和国际市场。最近,Ekovest宣布以RM19.8亿的价格接管新山-新加坡捷运系统(RTS Link,简称新柔捷运系统)项目的工程总承包工作。新柔捷运系统是一条连接马来西亚新山武吉查加尔和新加坡兀兰的铁路穿梭线,全长约4公里,每个方向每小时可运送1万名乘客。它预计将于2026年底完工,可以在5分钟内横渡柔佛海峡。

数据显示,平均每天有30万马来西亚人在新加坡上下班。他们当中的许多人目前是通过包车或私人车辆出行。随着新柔捷运系统连接项目的完成,预计将缓解交通拥堵,因为更多的日常出勤者也许会选择以新柔捷运作为替代解决方案来快速和方便地跨越两国边境。

随着几个月前的国际旅行限制的解除,租赁市场的需求随而激增。随着两国之间的旅程通过新柔捷运路线变得更加方便,将会有更多的马来西亚人在新加坡寻求就业机会。此外,一些新加坡人也会选择在柔佛南部地区购买房产,用于投资、度假或作为退休居所。

提供Flexi Rent2Own计划

HOMEVEST 房汇集团与iBilik.com (iBilik) 签署合作谅解备忘录MoU,以建立战略合作伙伴关系,为iBilik现有和未来租户提供灵活性先租后买计划 (Flexi Rent2Own)。

通过此项合作,HOMEVEST将为iBilik的租户提供此计划,即通过签订Flexi Rent2Own协议,在租房的同时有拥屋计划的机会。

该协议将为大马人在房产租赁和拥屋计划带来无缝式房产解决方案。HOMEVEST 房汇集团业务涵盖房产投资、物业管理和业务发展,致力为租户和有志向的屋主提供创新的拥屋解决方案。成立超过10年的iBilik为大马最大的房间租赁平台,迄今已协助超过10万名业主推销和出租房屋。

HOMEVEST 旗下的物业管理HOMEVEST Living以其旗舰服务,灵活性先租后买计划(Flexi Rent2Own) 于房地产行业创新推介。租户可根据协议所定,通过与HOMEVEST Living与战略伙伴iBilik,在指定期内进行租赁继而拥有房产。

租户最终可将其租金转换为“HOMEVEST Credit”作为首付,购买HOMEVEST任何投资组合下及项目发展的产业。

HOMEVEST 房汇集团宣布与社会保险机构(PERKESO)携手,为社险机构旗下的员工提供企业员工买房福利计划(H.O.P.E. – Home Ownership Programme for Employee)。在这项合作下,HOMEVEST 房汇集团将为社险机构旗下的大马员工提供拥有房屋的机会。

(吉隆坡 20日讯)HOMEVEST房汇集团与大马华为科技(Huawei Technologies Malaysia)签署合作谅解备忘录(MoU),以实施在智慧城市发展中提供创新技术解决方案的倡议。

房汇集团与大马华为科技正式展开合作伙伴关系;左起为大马华为云及人工智能业务合作伙伴经理曾润桦、副总裁林志雄、林国荣及刘天祥。

此次双方协作旨在打造融合智能技术与文化的发展项目。鉴于城市集中度日益增加,HOMEVEST房汇集团致力于建立可持续发展的智慧城市生态系统。
