随着现代人的生活品质逐渐提升,所用的周边产品也会不断地进步且增多。

厨房也不例外,整体橱柜的颜色、材质、造型等等,也在不断地创新和增加,为人们带来更多选择。

然而,选择越多,人们反而越向往最淳朴的乡村复古风格,造就了欧美乡村风(Europe Country Style Design)的设计概念越来越受到青睐。

德国名建筑师 极简玩出新花样

简约风很无趣?
也许是因为没遇到“他”……

这位德国十大杰出建筑师之一 – 亚历山大·布伦纳(Alexander Brenner),想必是有“强迫症”?

这可不是贬义,而是惊叹出自他手的建筑作品,竟能将严谨和秩序融合艺术,把“简约美”发挥到极致。

没有浮夸的修饰手法,工整的建筑外观,内里实则结合充满美感的原料和家具,以色彩及流畅线条,打造成实用且利落的漂亮建筑。

无论是别墅豪宅、艺术画廊或私人艺术收藏馆等等,他都创造了不少建筑佳话,屡获欧洲建筑类大奖,备受国际认可,还经常受邀到各大学府授课。

初见作品,无非会认为是一些简洁设计的手法运用,但每一处都是量身打造,充分显现他对生活的细致考量!

1. 不着痕迹的“收藏家”

若要空间显得宽敞整洁,一定不能有杂物!

他巧妙地运用“障眼法”,将收纳空间隐藏在墙板之下,无论是电视墙、收纳橱柜等等都能藏起来!

墙面不附把手,只靠墙壁的分隔缝充当“暗门”开关橱柜,不易被察觉。

空间感作为别墅类建筑是非常关键且必要的元素,尤其人们喜爱景深感,创造足够的空间会令人觉得舒适。

因此,屋内不少大面积的隐藏壁橱,还有挑高的屋梁,搭配富有设计感的吊灯,尽显宽敞大气。

2. 用料大胆创新

亚历山大·布伦纳的建筑风格,强调坚固、实用、美观,因此整体建筑硬朗简洁,用料也具备新意。

住宅大门的墙面上就有小机关,墙面一翻起就是隐藏的车库入口,但有谁想过墙面竟然覆盖着不锈钢板呢?

不仅如此,连接别墅大门的材质亦用了生铁!工艺精良的旋转门 ,与反光的钢铁墙壁相互辉映,独特又耐用!

3. 天然材料打造温馨感

亚历山大·布伦纳秉持可持续性与环保的设计理念。如今时代变化多端,但使用好的建材、不追求短期时尚风尚、简洁的家居环境便能长久使用,世代相传。

这座位于德国斯图加特的豪宅,整体建筑采用岩石碎屑打造厚体墙,自然的米黄色与墙面的粗糙质感让豪宅多了一丝暖意,赋予人们免受外来侵袭的安全感。

为了保持良好的保温与隔热效果,建筑外墙都以多孔混凝土组成,也能确保房子在拆除后不会遗留有害废料。

善用空间的他还搭了通往顶楼的爬梯,闲来无事就能在天台“开趴”,享受阳光的温暖!

另一户别墅则建了户外混凝土雨棚,坚固不失美观。建筑师一开始就在模板上做了巧思,脱模之后就形成了这样类似补丁的纹理,还能坐在上头赏景!

即使豪宅别墅离不开华贵设计,他也能将安静、质朴的自然生活方式融入其中,让建筑与自然环境巧妙结合。

因此,豪宅周围的园林自然是不可多得的点缀佳品,无论在室内或外都能欣赏郁郁葱葱的绿植花卉,令人倍感轻松。

4. 光影与色彩

阳光通透,采光极好的空间会充满生机。

亚历山大·布伦纳设计的建筑通常都会采用大量落地玻璃或天窗,让阳光照射在精心漆刷的墙面上,透过不同的表面产生迷人的光泽,还能赏景。

其中车库范围的圆弧形天窗,就能让洒进的光线在金属色调的油彩墙面上映出渲染基底的纹理,色彩效果鲜明。

石砌的台阶搭配黑色栏杆与壁橱,沐浴在天窗映入的阳光下,充满艺术韵味,显得格外宽阔。尤其冬季时还能为室内供暖。

超大的落地窗能让卧室吸收更多光线,但也巧妙地不至于让空间曝晒在烈阳中。在如此富有设计感的露台歇息,心情一定很放松吧!

除了以光线打造多样的空间感,整体色调偏高雅简约,适时搭配弧形等造型做修饰,将工整的空间线条刻画得更柔和细腻。

装潢设计再简洁,只要出自亚历山大·布伦纳的巧手就不怕冰冷无趣,可见他对所有细节的极致处理都蕴含着他对生活的热爱,尽显“有情感的极简主义”个人风格!

疗愈的鹿角蕨“上板”

养鹿之旅,
可以很疗愈!

在你刚接触鹿角蕨种植,你一定会听到“上板”两个字。

何谓上板,字面上来看,就是把鹿角蕨上到木板上。

把鹿角蕨放到喜欢的木板上,用泡湿的水苔把根系包覆起来,再用钓鱼线打结来回缠绕水台并用铁定固定,一个漂亮的装饰植物就产生了。

Terence林勇进分享说,在他种植鹿角蕨的过程中,最大的挑战就是上板。

上板前后都要小心

有些鹿角蕨比较大棵或是孢子叶比较长,需要专心和有耐心的上板以免刮伤叶子。上板前需要想想鹿角蕨长大后的形态来决定上板的位置和介质的形状。

即便成功上板,也切莫沾沾自喜哦!他有一次小心翼翼上板后,得意忘形不小心把卷卷的手挂断了。经过那次教训后,他现在每次捧鹿角蕨都格外小心。

虽然上板过程备具挑战,但他却非常享受这疗愈过程!

使用坚固的洞洞板或铁网可以更自由的摆放鹿角蕨。

调整植物灯避“追光”

另外,在阳台种植鹿角蕨时,会发现孢子叶有“追光”的问题,也就是叶子会朝光的方向生长,原本你调整好的均衡心态就会“走形”。为了解决这问题,他把植物灯安置在比较中间的位置尽可能减少追光的问题。

这棵“满月鹿角蕨”(Platycerium Full Moon)因为追光的现象而导致上方的叶子偏向光处生长。

当你沉迷在“养鹿”过程中时,一定要适时提醒自己不要过度沉迷,克制自己过分的购买欲望啊!

“我常在网路上看到自己没有的品种总想买一棵收藏,这种无止境的欲望很伤钱包。后来有一位前辈劝我说鹿角蕨的品种数不清,尽量理性地选购自己喜欢的就够了。”

来来来!给新手的建议:

对于新手,他建议刚开始可以尝试难度低和成长快的鹿角蕨,例如二叉和女王鹿角蕨。等摸透它们的习性后,可以尝试难度比较高的鹿角蕨。

“我觉得比较难照顾的品种则是非猴(Platycerium Madagascariense)和三角鹿角蕨(Platycerium Stemaria)。但也有很多鹿友把这些品种照顾得很美。”

原产非洲的三角鹿角蕨有着朝上左右对称的营养叶和宽短的孢子叶。

他也建议买培植而不是野生采集的鹿角蕨。除了保育原因之外,培植鹿角蕨日后的适应能力比较好,昆虫也比较少。

“叶面的绒毛虽然很可爱,但尽量不要去触摸,因为这是他们的保护层而且会破坏美感。”

鹿角蕨页面上毛茸茸的白毛可以帮助抓取空气中的水份和避免强光的伤害。

“找到合适的鹿角蕨可以尝试自己上板。除了解压,还可以让我们以另一个角度用心看待身边的植物。”

若提及室内设计,可快速联想到的就是设计风格。

厨房设计也是如此。

近来很多年轻人都向往开放式的厨房,所以在风格呈现上需要配合其他空间的设计风格方能融为一体。世上有太多设计风格,在此让大家了解比较常见的风格有哪些。

  • 现代简约风格(Modern Minimalism Style)

由于现在流行断舍离,越来越多人喜欢这种现代简约的厨房。其主要的特点是整齐简洁,没有太多花俏的颜色。

通常以单色调如白色或浅色系为主,也不会呈现太多的摆设品。线条多以直线设计,给人有一种舒适,简洁的感觉。

  • 当代感风格(Contemporary Style)

当代感风格主要是现今比较流行的设计风格,但常会被“现代式”风格所混淆。

通常会在比较朴素的现代感设计里添加一些旧元素,比如木纹比较清晰的门面,
或在颜色方面以闪光白色与木纹混合,都是近期比较流行的设计风格。

  • 传统经典风格(Traditional Classic Style)

这类风格主要在于门面的设计,比如在不同色泽的实木门加雕刻修边,古典的橱柜装饰,再加上的复古的门把,配合大理石台面,整体让人看起来有点旧且粗糙。

甚至还能在墙壁或地面铺上,以复古经典的瓷砖来营造传统复古的设计风格。

  • 地中海风格 (Mediterranean Style)

这种风格在本地并不普及,其风格也融合了古典欧洲的设计风格。通常都会有实木的台桌面,配合浅色系列的门面比如白色,天空蓝,浅青等。

墙壁上可配搭安装马赛克瓷砖,还可以随意增加经典的陶瓷摆设品。

  • 亚洲无印良品风格(Asian Muji Style)

这种风格越来越受现代人的喜爱,原因在于无印良品的简约风。

其单调却简单的浅木系列配搭白色,让人有种舒服且温馨的感觉。偶尔还能融入一些自然的禅系列,这种风格也广受欢迎。

  • 工业式风格(Industrial Style)

此风格透过冷色系如黑,白,金,灰,褐等颜色呈现,备受年轻人追捧。材料方面常是工业中可见的材料混搭,如金属,混凝土,实木,砖块等等,是具有个性的设计。

一般来说,这种风格不需要太细心修饰,大剌剌展示的烟管,电线套管,水管,反而更能发挥其风格特色。
