简约但不简单的经典黑白配,

这家位于Kota Damansara的住宅就在方清伟的巧手下,将黑白配发挥得极致。这两种极端的颜色,比例不对便会弄巧反拙。因此,他善用精致厚实,色系相宜的家具做搭配,不仅具有开拓视野的效果,还为整体空间增添低调的高级时尚感。

宽敞明亮的大厅搭配浅色系家具,为整体空间增添暖意。

作为门面的客厅,会让到访的宾客有先入为主的印象,而家居装潢也体现了主人的生活品质与品味。

先映入眼帘的是宽敞的客厅,还有贯穿三层楼的阶梯,空间具有延伸​感。大面积的落地玻璃大方地让阳光挥洒入室,整体采光充足,通透明亮。

从客厅延伸至三楼的阶梯都采用了意大利进口大理石地面,尽显低调的贵气。

客厅地面和阶梯全程采用意大利进口的大理石而制,细看便能看出格外别致的花纹,整体空间大气又利落,其中浅色的沙发也为它增添了一丝暖意。

后方极简的饭厅中,特别定制的12尺长、黑色亮面玻璃材质餐桌是一大亮点!尤其开放式厨房的中岛橱柜更是以全不锈钢的材质打造,延伸了住宅简约高冷,不失沉稳的风格。

特别定制的亮面餐桌能容纳不少座上宾,简洁大气。

一眼望去,黑白深浅融合,时尚气息一览无余。

而卧室则有别于大厅,在一片黑色系中以木色地板为点缀,搭配灰色的被套和简约的布置,能让人在这私密空间中放松心情。

卧室是高级黑搭配木系,少了拘谨感。

方清伟说,“时代潮流瞬息万变,但充满时尚感的高级黑能显奢华,有不可一世且难消化的美感,会带来强烈的视觉冲击。” 因此,一般人通常难以接受这种高冷风格,但一旦爱上便深深无法自拔。

黑与白是最经典的颜色搭配,恰当运用两者的颜色差,能够达到令人欣喜的视觉效果,也让家居空间在低调美学中,更具个性。

这家位于雪兰莪Kota Kemuning的GEO公寓,以绿意和阳光创造了具有生命力的时尚空间。来自KNG Design Concept且拥有12年家居设计经验的方清伟分享道:“心安即是归处,绿意安然的环境可治愈生活在城市水泥森林中的自己。” 因此,他善用植栽设计了舒心的安乐窝。

室内的绿意在刚硬的空间中植入了一份柔软。

花卉与绿叶能让人产生美与生机勃勃的映像。如条件允许,可根据家中格局设计合适的植物墙体,亦或者摆放精致的盆栽与相称的家具布置,营造安逸温馨的居住氛围,还能彰显主人的格调与品味。

一处称心舒适的房子,采光条件尤其重要。在阳光充足的空间,人就能自然地放松。

这家房子的开放式阳台与客厅以落地玻璃门为间隔,采光良好,连同饭厅在内的整体空间都沐浴着阳光和美景,在白与原木色的家具及绿意点缀下,感觉通透明亮。

纯白中的奢华

如果给你一片白,你会为它挥洒什么颜色?

颜色的世界多彩缤纷,总有你偏好的颜色。它代表着不同的心理特质与知觉,透过视觉色彩引起人们的心理联想。近年来不少人偏好于“极简”的家居风格,尤其是能吸收多元色彩的白色,干净典雅,充满无限可能。

简约精致的玄关处。

这间位于TTDI,占面积3000平方尺的The Green高档公寓,采用简约白色系风格。为了增添摩登与时尚气息,来自KNG Design Concept且拥有12年家居设计经验的方清伟善用小巧思,在单一色调中混入金色元素,达到了画龙点“金”的效果!

放眼望去是以金色元素点缀的宽敞客厅。

房子以天然大理石和地板为主,大面积的落地玻璃采光充足,把窗外美景和阳光引进家里,让室内和户外之美相互呼应。

方清伟表示,“大部分人认为白色是一种简单的颜色,但越是简单就越是考究。”

因此,在一片白色为主的家具中,除了讲求家具材质,他还通过小细节以金色做点缀,为整体空间增添生气。

先入眼帘的便是吸睛的精致玄关处,接着是作为家居门面的客厅,安置了暗花浅色沙发,搭配精致的金色咖啡桌。大面积的定制白色橱柜也采用了金色把手,让纯白色调更具层次感。

开放式的厨房餐桌,在白色基地下搭配卡其色铆钉餐桌椅子,上方还挂有金色水晶吊灯,凸显高雅大气风范。

巧妙搭配得宜的白与金,柔美高贵,不喧宾夺主,却能在看似简洁朴素的单一色系中折射出含蓄的贵族气息,既是当代人喜爱的轻奢风。
