充满”森”活的阳台

你家的阳台,
只是晾衣吗?

而有人,耗时10年时间一步一脚印地将公寓阳台,打造成为令人称羡的”森”活阳台!

在社交媒体上传自家阳台设计后爆红的陈明建(Norman Tan)接受《南洋地产》访问时说,他的”梦想之屋”是拥有许多窗户和玻璃,拥有很好采光、光亮和通风,建筑设计犹如度假屋般。

公寓阳台如今已成为Norman与家人共餐或休闲的空间。

他说,他于2010年在槟岛海滨购置一约1464平方尺公寓单位,而曾经从事信息技术(IT)和保险领域的他,虽然并非建筑设计科班出身,惟为打造梦想屋,他参考建筑设计的杂志和资料,如国外阳台设计。

较后,他更无师自通地构思和草拟设计图,再交给设计师完成设计,将其设计概念化成梦想屋。

他说,在公寓单位完成装修后,他与太太为选购喜欢的家具和家电,在挑选方面并不随意,慢慢选择符合其设计风格的家具和家电。譬如与太太去逛街时,物色适合的家具和家电,有些甚至是前往国外旅游时,带回来布置房屋。

植物+家具 增添美感

至于引起热烈讨论的阳台设计,他说,他在入住公寓初期,只在地面铺上地板,并置放木桌木椅木凳,然后栽种易养的植物如多肉植物,不需时常浇水或长时间照顾,毕竟他们偶尔会出门旅行,担心植物在缺乏照顾下会枯萎。

大清早一览阳台的美好景色,顿时令人心旷神怡。

“直至我国在冠病疫情期间落实行动管控令,我与家人待在家里时间较长,也拥有较多时间打理室内植物,于是才在公寓里栽种许多室内植物,甚至在阳台栽种适合植物,较后再增添许多装饰品如木橱、墙架等。”

他说,这个面向东边的阳台空间不大,惟如今已成为他与家人共餐或休闲的空间,可在阳台上遥望大海或美景,甚至坐在椅子上用餐、喝咖啡美酒、看书、按手机,他与家人非常喜欢待在阳台,享受着惬意的家居生活。

坐在绿油油的植物丛中,享用美食或咖啡,别有一番风味。

另外,如今已涉足城市民宿出租领域的Norman,由于已拥有10年以上的设计经历,让他熟能生巧地开始设计及装饰所出租的民宿。

“不过,城市民宿设计只能通过家具摆设做出设计,毕竟自己无法照顾到,于是只能置放装饰植物。”

向往欧美风

“露台或阳台用来晒衣服,是非常糟蹋,我接受不了!”

Norman一语道破地指出,他曾经前往国外旅游时,发现许多欧美国家的露台或阳台都设计感十足,让他非常羡慕欧美风的阳台,可与家人在阳台用餐或喝咖啡美酒,享受与大自然接触的生活,相信比室内更加舒适。

Norman在自家阳台栽种多种植物,让家人更接近大自然环境,让居家氛围更轻松。

他说,他除了在阳台铺上地板外,还在阳台挂上纱帘,许多人看到其阳台设计和装饰,皆感到非常疑惑和惊讶,难道就不怕日晒雨淋吗?

太阳能电灯 美观又环保

“不过,我认为槟城1年也没下几次雨,且雨量不大时影响也不大。如果遇到暴风雨,阳台或许会被淋湿,我们只要拖干地板,之后地板被自然阳光或微风晾干,而纱帘只需每半年或1年更换1次。”

“此外,我们也在阳台装置太阳能电灯,并跟随天色自动在晚上亮灯,将整个阳台照亮得非常好看。”

研究室内植物 改善家居环境

从小喜欢栽种植物的Norman,如今已开始研究栽种室内植物,甚至将自己的室内植物分享给有缘人!

在社交媒体上传自家阳台设计后爆红的陈明建,酷爱在公寓种植室内植物,并时常在社交媒体分析种植心得。

他说,他从中学时代便喜欢栽种植物,曾经还尝试栽种胡姬花。

“不过,我们在购买梦想屋后,仅栽种较耐的植物,譬如多肉植物,毕竟照顾植物需要很多时间。”

他说,他喜欢研究室内种植,主要是发现室内家具或家电,会散发影响人体的气体,于是希望室内植物可协助吸取不良气体。此外,室内与大自然环境接触,相信居家氛围会更轻松。

Norman与家人将公寓约2米长和7米宽的阳台,打造成绿意盎然的居家空间。

他说,他在管控令期间,在室内及阳台增添很多植物,其中将空间不大约长2米x宽7米的阳台,打造成绿意盎然的居家空间,是”森”活十足的阳台。

“不过,由于阳台空间受到限制,我们担心空间过于拥挤,于是选择栽种往高处生长,且不占太多空间的植物。”
