橱柜不耐用?常损坏?
快为厨房打造不锈之身吧!

厨房可以说是屋子里面其中一个重要的区域空间,也是最让人头疼的地方。其风格种类繁多,每一个细节都有不同的材料组成分类。

譬如说桌面的材料有石英石、大理石、人造石、压缩木板等等。

门面的材料也有玻璃门、刨花门板、亚克力门、覆膜(Lamination)等等。

厨身(Carcass / Body) 也有刨花板木、胶合板木、不锈钢、铝制等等。

今天就分享可以耐潮湿、防水、防白蚂蚁的厨房厨身吧!

如果是建在一些常发生水灾的地方,靠近河流,或是区域较低处,还有靠近稻田、森林、农场之类的房子,会有很大的几率引来白蚂蚁。

目前市场上的厨身通常都由刨花板木或胶合板木制成。

基本上的功能是收纳食物、干粮、厨房器具等等,所以都不会造成潮湿。

但由于屋子环境的因素,滋生的白蚂蚁会影响木制厨身而导致损坏。或是有时发生河水泛滥或导致水灾,则会造成厨房橱柜的损坏。

不耐潮的质料会导致橱柜损坏脏乱。

为了提防水患和白蚂蚁的事情发生,建议厨房可以使用完全防水防潮的材料。

厨身也可以用洋灰瓷砖来构造出厨房的厨身,虽然耐用性强,但风格陈旧显老土,而且要在打造洋灰瓷砖的厨房的工程,难免会肮脏凌乱。

目前市场上不锈钢或铝制的厨房橱柜也越来越普遍,门面可以用玻璃门来防止白蚁的滋生。

厨身的材料可以选择不锈钢或铝制的,虽然价钱比起普通的木制橱柜高几倍,但论其耐用性却是值得的。

以不锈钢打造的全套厨房,尽是低调的现代感。

相信在未来的趋势不锈钢或铝制的厨身会越来越普及化。多一种选择,少一点烦恼,何乐而不为。

价格稍高,但比一般质料更耐用。

厨房必备的抽油烟机,
装置的高度也是关键!

越来越多人喜欢开放式的现代厨房,除了可以让整体空间扩大,在厨房备餐时也可以跟亲朋好友或宾客互动聊天。

但需要注意的是,在烹饪过程中需要一架强而有力的抽油烟机,才能把烹煮时散发出来的味道和油烟排出屋外。

买了一架强劲的抽油烟机,如何安装也是一门高深的学问,当然聘请专业的安装师傅是最好的办法之一,可免后顾之虑。

目前市场上的抽油烟机种类繁多,而且每个品牌都有各自的特长和安装的尺寸。

一:Slim Hood / Under-Cabinet Hood

这种平底的抽油烟机通常安装在橱柜底下,其安装高度是从火炉或电炉开始算起,距离65cm至75cm之间。

这种抽油烟机一般会安装比吊橱还要高一点,以达到抽油烟的最佳效果。

二:Chimney Hood / Wall-Mounted Hood

这是市场上最为普遍的抽油烟机,他是直接安装在火炉之上并悬挂在墙壁上。

其安装的尺寸和高度也和Slim Hood一样距离火炉和电炉65cm至75cm之间为最佳。

三:Slanting Hood / Designer Hood

这种抽油烟机越来越受到现代人的青睐,可直接安装并悬挂在墙壁上,个子高的屋主不担心会碰撞到头顶。

由于它是往后斜下的种类,所以安装高度一般上比普通的抽油烟机来得低,其安装高度是从火炉或电炉开始算起,距离30cm至40cm之间。

四:Special No-7 Hood

这是近代新推出的抽油烟机款式,侧边外形看起来类似一个数字7号的形状,所以也称为7号型的抽油烟机。

其安装方式跟普通的抽油烟机一样,可直接安装并悬挂在墙壁上。由于它自带后挡板,所以安装的高度更为偏低,一般上距离火炉和电炉25cm至35cm之间为最佳。

由于槟岛的土地发展有限,许多发展商都喜欢在槟岛兴建房子。

随着通货膨胀,槟城的屋子发展得越来越快,尤其是在西南区Sungai Ara和Relau那一带,屋子犹如雨后春笋,一栋接一栋地崛起。

今天就为大家分析其中一座名为The Amarene公寓的厨房设计。

The Amarene是槟城坐落于Bayan Lepas靠近飞机场的综合发展项目。它是由 Ideal Property发展商所开发,分为2座35层楼高的公寓楼。

它拥有2种不同款式的设计:

Type A的1200平方尺则可以设计成L型(L-Shape)的厨房设计。

原有的设计格局有一边比较长的墙壁,另一边则比较短。

长的墙壁尾端便是一扇窗,沿途可以放置水槽,并以L型设计(L-shape)连接较短的墙壁,再放置抽油烟机和火炉。

此厨房格局拥有一个类似切入的角落来放置冰箱,所以会让有更宽阔的空间备餐、烹饪和放置厨房电器。

而Type B的1100平方尺厨房可分为两排平行设计(Parallel Kitchen)。原本的设计格局亦是一边较长的墙壁,另一边较短。

短墙拥有一扇通往室外存储空间(Dry Yard)的门,也可以配置水槽。而长的墙壁可以放置冰箱、火炉和抽油烟机。

有些屋主也可以在冰厨旁安置高橱,并安装置入式的烤箱和微波炉,让整体厨房看起来更加完整。

水槽上方也可以安置碗架(Dishrack),可以晾干碗盘。

在现代厨房设计里,厨房最主要的三个区域是收纳区,烹饪区和清洗区。所以火炉或电炉、水槽和冰箱是厨房里最重要的厨房三宝。

由于电器越来越先进,冰箱的种类和尺寸也越来越多样化。

大多数设计师在设计冰箱的空间时,都会以屋主购买的冰箱来制定空间。

需要注意的是,大多数的冰箱都以内部的容量(Liters)来分类,因此,不同品牌或不同模型的冰箱,虽然其内部容量一样,但外在尺寸都会有所不同。

冰箱普遍上可以分为左右门开和上下门开,有些甚至还带有抽屉。

左右门开的冰箱通常需要预留的空间比较多,冰箱旁至少要有可以打开全门的距离。

不容忽视的是,如果有订制冰箱柜子,那柜子的边框深度不要超过冰箱的深度,以免冰箱门无法全开,而内部柜子也很难拉出来清洗。

上下门开的冰箱,其95%都是往右边开。由于容量空间比较小,所预留的空间一般都比左右门开的冰箱小一点。

若冰箱顶部有橱柜,也必须预留特定的空间给予透风散热。

壁橱收纳方式多,
哪一款最合你意?

厨房当然少不了各种形形色色的橱柜,其中最原始的有底柜、吊橱和高橱。

底柜就是用来承装水盆和火炉的橱柜,用量次数最多,并可以安装抽屉在底柜里。

顾名思义,吊橱就是安装在墙壁上的柜子,其高度都必须符合人工科学来安装,
以免拿不到吊柜里的东西。

一般来说高橱的使用量不多,但也为厨房增添了新的收纳法:

  • 可移动隔板(With Adjustable Shelf)

在收纳橱柜里,可移动隔板是最为普遍的收纳方法。可收纳的容量最多,也最经济实惠,不必害怕以后所安装的五金配件的损坏。

  • 隐藏式抽屉(With Inner Drawers)

高橱柜原来也可以安装隐藏式抽屉。一把门打开,便可以把抽屉一层层拉出来,
所收纳的东西一目了然,也不必担心有物品隐藏在橱柜后而丢失。

  • 高橱储物拉篮(With Tall Larder Basket)

对于喜欢方便和灵活性的屋主,各式各样的拉篮肯定少不了。在高橱的位置也可以安装拉篮在内。

这种拉篮价钱偏高,取决于拉篮的材质。其好处是拉篮有特别的灵活性。使用方法有两种:

第一是直接跟门一起拉出来,第二种就是把门打开后,拉篮的一部分是贴在门的后方跟门一起打开来。另外一部分则会跟着门面往前拉,让使用的人可以看清所有的收纳空间,一目了然。

唯一的坏处则是拉篮的收纳空间有限,不像隔板可以塞满整个橱柜空间。

厨房收纳法千万种,
抽屉当然也有!

市面上有一种说法 — “眼不见为净”,也是现代人收拾厨房时最喜欢的一句话。把所有的餐具、器材等等都收纳进橱柜和抽屉里,但似乎有些“自欺欺人”。

当我们打开杂乱无章的抽屉时,不仅难看,有时也很难打开。试想想在备餐时需要找一把剪刀而花了很长时间在寻找,肯定会让人心乱如麻。

在此分享一些抽屉里市场上常见的收纳盘:

不锈钢餐具收纳盘(Stainless Steel Cutlery Tray)

餐具收纳盘是几乎每一个厨房必定会有的收纳品。大多数人是会放置在第一层的抽屉里,可以把汤匙、叉、筷子等等排列整齐,一目了然。

不锈钢的材质可避免遇水潮湿导致腐坏。

菜刀收纳盘(Knife Organizer Tray)

顾名思义,其功能就是把不同大小和种类的菜刀收纳排列整齐。

调味料收纳盘(Spices Organizer Tray)

对于烹饪高手或喜欢烹饪的朋友,这种香料收纳盘绝对少不了。可以摆放及收纳各式各样的调味料,烹饪时更加得心应手。

唯一缺点即是全部的香料和调味料的瓶罐尺寸必须整齐划一,否者便会动歪西倒

碗碟收纳盘(Bowl & Plate Organizer Tray)

收纳碗碟的方法有很多种,其中收纳进抽屉里最为适合。由于有些碗碟是陶瓷而制,拥有一定的重量,所以抽屉所能承受的重量远于隔板。

抽屉的碗碟收纳盘有两种:一种是可以自由调定碗碟大小的圆形托盘,可以把碗碟叠起来,如需要也可以一次性拿起托盘,把全部的碗碟摆放其他位置。

第二种是固定在抽屉里的托盘,收纳时让碗碟站立而下,这样可以方便收纳和拿起。

包裹纸收纳盘(Wrap Organizer Tray)

这种收纳盘在我国比较罕见,但在国外却比较流行。由于烹饪或收纳时需要用到保鲜纸,吸油纸等等,其托盘都会有尖齿类型的据口小刀来撕掉保鲜纸或吸油纸等,方便使用及操作。

居家烤箱的种类,
傻傻分不清?

现代家庭如果不具备一架亮眼的烤箱,可以说是不完整的厨房。烤箱自发明以来,功能一直不断地进步,深受屋主的喜爱。

大部分的烹饪工作都可以用烤箱来进行。比如烘培蛋糕饼干,烧烤肉,披萨等等,烹饪工作事倍功半。

市面上的基本居家烤箱可分三大类:

  • 传统独立式烤箱(Conventional Oven)

独立式烤箱在市场上拥有最广泛的种类选择,也是最受欢迎的烤箱种类。无需特别定制橱柜便能安装,使用的电量也不会很大。

它可以任由摆放在厨房桌面上,少用的话还可以收进橱柜里,增加台面的活动空间。当然如果比起功能性,独立式的烤箱功能远不比内置式的烤箱来得多。

  • 内置式烤箱(Build-In Oven)

顾名思义,内置式烤箱就是拥有特定的橱柜把烤箱安置进去,让整个厨房看起来更精致。所以安装前须向售货员了解烤箱的尺寸,再由师傅特别安装上去,形成和橱柜融为一体。

安装方式有两种:

第一种是可以安装在高橱中。由于内置烤箱的门是往下开,所以不宜安装太高。

第二种是可以安装在底柜里,由于厨房空间的局限,通常是在烹饪区域空间里或火炉的下方。

通常内置烤箱所需要的电量大于普通的厨房电器。如果发展商在建好房子后没有准备烤箱的插座,屋主就必须另请电工师傅另行装置。

  • 滑入式烤箱(Slide-In Oven)

滑入式烤箱基本上都跟电炉或火炉配备在一起,能轻易地将整个电器推入至所预留的空间里面。

这种类型在本地甚少见,国外则比较流行。它间接地节省了桌面的空间,备餐时可用的台面空间较大。

安装抽油烟机 要注意这些事!

装了抽油烟机觉得没效果?
是不是少做了什么…?

为了在做菜时不会油烟满天飞,大多数人都会在火炉上安装一架可靠且美观的抽油烟机。

市面上的抽油烟机可分为两大类:一是使用木炭过滤器 (Charcoal filter) 的内循环 (Internal Circulation) 方法。二是使用通风管道 (Ducting Pipe) 把油烟抽吸出屋外。

这次分享的是使用通风管道的抽油烟机。

取决于屋主烹饪时的习惯,有些只是小煮、煲汤,那可以建议使用木炭过滤器类型,安装简单,工程不会太浩大。

使用通风管道的抽油烟机,排风效果会比内循环类型更有效地把油烟排出屋外,但工程会比较复杂,不像国外有中央排风系统。

在我国,需要在适合且被批准的墙壁上才可以开一个油烟机排风口,然后需要从抽油烟机的机身连接排风管道直至排风口。

过程中还需要构思如何把排风管道隐藏起来,这样就会比较美观。有些人会以底石膏把排风管隐藏起来,有者则会用橱柜把管道隐藏起来。

排风管被隐藏在设计墙板中。

随着时代的进步,抽油烟机的类型和排风量都有所改善。排风管道从以前的150mm增大至180mm,提升排风的速度和有效率。

在排风管道尾部的排风口,会安装一个风管帽 (Ducting Cap) 来防止一些禽类爬进去。

从厨房外观看不到排风管,较为美观。

在安装排风管道时需要注意以下几点:

第一,排风管道的长短。通常管道越长,排烟越困难,所以在设计烹饪的地方时需要多加注意排风口的位置。如果距离较远,建议可以购买排风量较大的抽油烟机。

第二,排风管道的路线。通常比较建议直来直去的排风法。太多的转弯连接会降低排风的效率。

第三,排风管洞口的大小。由于近年来大多数的发展商为了方便屋主在装修时可以更省心,在设定排风口的位置同时也把排风出口一并弄好了,屋主只需购买抽油烟机和安排师傅安装便可。

但是往往购买的烟管和发展商所弄好的洞口不符合。建议购买时先了解抽油烟机所提供的烟管大小才来购买合适的抽油烟机。

剖析厨房电炉种类!

现代的厨房不仅仅是一个烹饪的地方,它已经变成亲朋好友集聚的空间,是家里重要的一环,所以你的厨房应该拥有一些实用性而且美观的烹饪电器器材。

时尚的电子炉便是其中一种在厨房里地位极高的电器。除了火炉,现代人更倾向于使用电子炉。

据说使用电子炉可以减少烹饪时所散发出来的油烟弥漫在整个厨房里,而且目前大多数的发展商在建造房子时也顺便把电子炉的插头一并设计了,方便屋主在安装时不需要额外增加插座。

基本上电子炉可以分为两大类:

  • 电炉灶 (Electric Cooktop)

顾名思义,电子炉就是使用装置上的燃烧器用电加热食物。

其装置通常隐藏在一层玻璃表面下,所以清理表面时也非常容易,而且其表面的电子圈也有大小差别,给与适合不同大小的烹饪器具。

  • 电磁炉 (Induction Cooktop)

不同于电炉灶,电磁炉是利用电磁能量来散发热度使食物变熟。

其装置也一样会隐藏在一层玻璃表面下,散发的电磁能量会产生磁场,其磁场会对一些特别的厨房器具,比如钢,铁,不锈钢的器具底部产生反应,该反应会产生震动从而产生热量来使食物变熟,所以加热的速度会比普通的电子炉来的快。

值得注意的是这种电磁炉只是对一些特定的烹饪器具产生反应,所以购买器具时需要多加注意。
