SkyWorld为洪水灾民建房

6个月建成,
免费送灾民。

城市发展商世天集团(SkyWorld)响应国家元首苏丹阿都拉陛下及国家元首后东姑阿兹莎阿米娜的慈善倡议,为洪水受灾户送上温暖。

该集团通过苏丹阿都拉基金会(YASA),为彭亨州劳勿(Raub)和淡马鲁(Temerloh)的洪水灾民,免费兴建房屋。

这两个地区的居民在去年底和今年初面对洪灾的冲击,许多人失去了家园。

陛下(中)日前在世天集团创办人兼执行主席拿督斯里吴天平(左二)陪同下,移交钥匙予受惠灾民。

这些房屋耗时6个月建成,阿都拉陛下日前在世天集团创办人兼执行主席拿督斯里吴天平的陪同下,将钥匙移交给受惠灾民。

除了免费建房子,世天集团还捐赠了7万令吉现金及床垫、橱柜、餐桌、椅子等全新家具和家居用品。

就能从高处观赏隆市景色!

城市发展商世天集团(SkyWorld)坐落在文良港(Setapak)的住宅项目SkyAwani 3 Residences,不仅按时完工,还获列入马来西亚记录大全!

只因这项目位于第52层楼的天桥,距离地面170.55米,被认证为全马最高的民宅天桥!

这座天桥长达550米,衔接SkyAwani 3的3座大楼,住户不仅能一览无遗吉隆坡的城市景色,也能享受慢跑跑道、巨型象棋、户外健身等公用设施。

出席者还包括世天集团创办人兼执行主席拿督斯里吴天平,以及执行董事拿督刘顺强。

至今已推6236间可负担屋

SkyAwani 3是符合“建筑素质评估系统”(QLASSIC)的大马一家直辖区房屋计划,总占地4.45英亩,共有1905个建筑面积为800平方尺的住宅单位,售价为30万令吉。

该项目提供3层保安设施,拥有22项适合各年龄段的活动和娱乐设施,如泳池、泡泡按摩池、游戏室、篮球场和健身房等。

李志成指出,世天集团已推出6236个可负担房屋单位,是大马一家直辖区房屋计划最大的贡献者之一。

“Awani系列凭着物超所值的价格、实用布局、优质工艺和完善的公寓设施,是最受欢迎的可负担房屋之一。”

目前已推出的Awani系列已全数售罄,该团队正在策划第六期的项目。

他补充,世天集团计划今年在吉隆坡的文良港、蕉赖美拉华蒂花园及斯迪亚旺沙等战略地点推出4个项目。

世天SkyLuxe建筑素质再夺奖

为2020年全马最高。

城市发展商世天集团(SkyWorld Development Group)位于武吉加里尔(Bukit Jalil)的SkyLuxe On The Park Residence,以卓越的建筑素质再获殊荣。

根据文告,这项目获得马来西亚建筑业发展局(CIDB)颁发QLASSIC高分成就奖(High QLASSIC Achievement)。

QLASSIC是我国房产品质评估体系,根据建筑行业标准(CIS)以专业与独立的评估,来检测项目的施工品质;业主可依据评估分数以衡量与鉴定发展商与承包商的项目施工品质。

世天集团副总执行长李志成指出,在经过团队的不懈努力和付出,SkyLuxe On The Park Residence成功取得85%的QLASSIC评分,是2020年我国所有高楼住宅中的最高分。

不仅如此,SkyLuxe On The Park Residence的增值空间也相当标青。自2020年2月交屋以来,即使面对行情不景气的挑战,但交易量仍维持稳健,增值幅度介于21%至42%。

SkyAwani 3可提早交钥匙

位于文良港的SkyAwani 3,
预计将提早建竣。

配合“大马一家直辖区住宅”(Residensi Wilayah Keluarga Malaysia)计划兴建的SkyAwani 3 Residences,已完成95%的工程,预料会比原订的明年4月提早建竣,买家也可提早拿到钥匙。

世天集团(Skyworld)创办人兼董事经理拿督吴天平日前在封顶仪式上指出,这个项目,主要是为了让中低收入的首购族圆了买房的心愿,也是符合该集团社会企业责任的举措之一。

位于文良港(Setapak)的SkyAwani 3 Residences,占地4.45亩,建有3座大楼,共有1905个可负担单位。

每个单位800平方尺,售价为30万令吉。

3座大楼由位于第52层楼的空中庭院相连,住户可在此360度无死角尽览市区风景。

同时,住户还可到泳池、泡泡按摩池、竹园、慢跑道等逾20种设施消磨时间。

SkyAwani 3 Residences是联邦直辖区部、吉隆坡市政厅和世天集团发展私人有限公司合作建设的项目,早前预料将于明年4月全面竣工。

吴天平深信,基于SkyAwani 3 Residences设施完善,环境舒适,同时提升人们精致的生活,Awani系列日后势必增加市值。

“如果一切顺利,我们将在明年推出第6期。SkyAwani 6 Residences位于文良港,毗邻我们的SkyArena主发展项目,包括住宅、商业和该市首个多功能的体育中心。

直区部长:符合CIDB标准

联邦直辖区部长拿督斯里沙希淡指出,SkyAwani 3 Residences项目符合大马建筑工业发展局(CIDB)的 “建筑品质评估系统(QLassic)标准,达到了“超级结构”的完工水平。

他补充, SkyWorld配合这项计划下还有数个工程,目前已接近6236个单位,在SkyAwani 4和5的单位也已经售罄。

在亚太房地产大奖囊入2奖

在享负盛名的2020-2021年亚太房地产大奖(APPA)中,第四度参与的世天集团(Skyworld)再次有所斩获。

其中,SkyVogue Residences@Taman Desa获得“高楼住宅奖”,而位于文良港的EdgeWood Residences@SkySantuary赢得“样板房室内设计奖”。

世天集团副总执行长李志成在文告中指出:“我很感激全体员工对旗下所有项目的付出,尤其是双双在此次大奖中获得殊荣的SkyVogue Residences 和EdgeWood Residences。”

他表示,在这场冠病疫情中,该集团变成一个更强大团队。截至3月31日的财年,该集团成功取得逾10亿令吉的销售额。

世天2021年财年达10亿销售额

世天集团(SkyWorld)推出5项最新发展项目,并趁冠病疫情期间推出大马首个线上单位选择平台“Click-to-Own”,结果在截至2021年3月31日的财政年度中,达到超过10亿令吉的销售额!

世天集团所推出的发展项目,包括位于冼都东区的SkyMeridien Residence、位于斯迪亚旺沙的SkySierra The Valley Residences、位于Taman Desa的SkyVogue Residences、位于文良港的SkyAwani IV Residence,以及位于冼都的SkyAwani V Residence。

世天集团副总执行长李志成说,该集团在疫情期间,迅速提升数字化影响力,大量投资数字化基础设施,较后,推出我国首个线上单位选择平台“ Click-to-Own”。这平台是在第5个可负担发展项目,即SkyAwani 5 Residence推出后开始启动,在推出首天便达到95%预订率。

他说,该集团视冠病疫情为重新定义客户体验和建立客户关系的机会,于是改变市场营销计划,包括提升线上互动、通过面簿专页催化、与潜在购屋者进行虚拟销售演示、3D展示单位演练和SkyWorld Connects手机应用程序,随时随地捕捉客户想法,并在平台提供快速援助。
