防弹少年团 全员现金买豪宅

曾推出紫色限量版套餐吗?

那就是本篇主人公 – 韩国人气天团 “防弹少年团”(BTS)和麦当劳的联名套餐“BTS MEAL”,在世界各地一推出就引来大批粉丝排队抢购。

不单是发行的单曲屡屡攻占世界各大排行榜,更是“带货王”,各行各业都要挂上BTS联名款,即使不哈韩追星,都对他们曾有耳闻。

2013年出道的七人组合BTS,也并非一开始就如此辉煌顺遂。

当时公司刚起步,七人就挤在韩国首尔的某间宿舍,来回公司奋斗着,如今赚得盆满钵满,全员纷纷置产换大屋!

BTS曾在真人秀综艺节目中公开宿舍面貌,七人就在约600平方英尺的二室一厅一卫浴的小宅中生活。

空间不大的卧室需要挤满七个人,成员们都需要蹑手蹑脚地活动。晒满了衣物用品的客厅是成员聚集用餐、日常活动的基地。

随着团体名气大涨,财源广进,2017年末全体搬入韩国首尔最贵的豪宅大楼之一 – Hannam THE HILL。

首尔最贵富人区

这座位于首尔汉南洞的豪宅单位,是响当当的高级富人区,依山势而建,隐秘性极高,四周不乏特色名店与美食,广受名流富商、明星艺人、政治人物等等的欢迎。

社区内设有豪华设施,无论是SPA、度假村风格的泳池、健身俱乐部等等一应俱全,非常方便。

 

BTS注重团体生活,但亦不忘投资置产。

成员金硕珍(Jin)与金南俊(RM)分别于2018和2019年在同一社区置产,全额现金买下Hannam THE HILL面积约3000平方英尺的房子。

根据其中一款户型建案图,一入门就有通往大厅或二楼的阶梯,两侧是大面积的收纳橱柜。

大厅以挑高的屋梁和落地窗显得非常宽敞,在奢华的水晶吊灯点缀下更显气势。

走出阳台即能欣赏美景透透气,社区公园小道环境清幽,尤其适逢冬季的雪景更显得浪漫无比。

据悉,他俩分别在隔年便转售单位,Jin随后两度出手购置同一项目的两套房,而RM则另外物色了新项目。

RM和另一队友朴智旻(Jimin)皆相中了同一社区的NINE ONE Hannam豪华公寓单位,与GD权志龙、RAIN、李钟硕等知名艺人当邻居!

地势更高的豪宅可从家中远眺南山塔景观,楼下社区引进了高级餐厅和设施,如私人宴厅、休息室、健身房等等,甚至还有客房提供给需要住宿的来访宾客。

其中还有专用停车场,出入管制更严厉,对于追求隐私的名人正合适。

根据韩媒报道,他俩的户型一共有4间卧室、书房、客厅、用餐区和厨房、多用途起居室,而RM选购的户型则附加了阳台。

除了高档的NINE ONE Hannam,Jimin早已出手购入一套位于首尔瑞草区盘浦洞的“盘浦住宅公社1园区”公寓,当时价值高达40.8亿韩元(约1397万令吉)。

此处是首尔具有代表性的重建公寓,附近围绕着地铁站、中小学校区和汉江,生活机能佳,未来发展潜能备受看好。

低调的观景豪宅

聚集了许多外国人和名流的汉南洞,有一处隐藏豪宅区,既是名声响亮的“UN Village”,也是BTS成员闵玧其(SUGA)购置的房产。

这个社区的特色之一,就是只有一个出入口、道路小,但登高即可观赏一整片汉江景色。

白天是低调的豪宅,四周环境清幽,但入夜后灯火通明更具魅力。

邻近汉江的单位有超棒的观景视野,或许还需要面临附近大道的汽车和捷运的嘈杂声以及粉尘的问题,但无论如何都是梦寐以求的住宅呀!

除了汉南洞,还有一处绿林中的豪宅大楼亦深受名人喜爱,BTS成员郑号锡(J-hope)和田柾国(JungKook)便是其中之一。

私密性超强的“五星级”豪宅

一共4栋大楼的“首尔林Trimage”高级公寓仅有688户,密集度低。前有汉江,后有首尔林公园,附近则有百货商场、餐厅等商圈,地理位置优越。

进入大厦,大堂布置跟五星酒店相比也不遑多让,十分大气。

虽说这栋大楼聚集了不少明星艺人,随时有偶遇的可能性,但大楼内装置了两套高速电梯系统在运作,每一套系统有4部电梯,服务每层楼的5个住户,不仅迅速省时,还有一定的隐秘性。

客厅非常敞亮,极具现代感的装潢风格,还能将落地窗外的汉江美景尽收眼底。

首尔林Trimage以酒店式服务公寓闻名,为住户提供早餐、访问清扫等服务,当然也有商务休息室、咖啡厅、桑拿等便利设施。

喜爱户外运动的住户,除了能在漂亮宜人的庭院散步或游泳,公寓前还有特设的通道通往汉江骑自行车。

据悉,田柾国已转售Trimage的单位,并在梨泰院富人区购入一座独栋2层豪宅,与财阀们做邻居。

眺望汉江的欧式公寓

而BTS成员金泰亨(V)相中的SK Apelbaum高级公寓,坐落于首尔主要商业地区之一的三成洞,颇有欧式典雅之美。

当初他以全现金付款51亿韩元(约1747万令吉)购入,跟其他成员们一样出手超阔绰!

SK Apelbaum一栋仅有17户单位,不怕吵杂。虽然无法窥探真正的室内装潢,但能通过建案图看出它的美丽与奢华。

窗外既可远眺汉江,而且交通四通八达,连著名演员李秉宪和张东健亦曾是这里的住客。

多年来一直努力进行团体活动的BTS,可谓苦尽甘来,如今已是“Young & Rich”的最佳代表!

即便突然宣布往后将以成员个人活动为主的消息引起粉丝不舍,但无论如何,期许他们未来能以更多音乐作品带给大家惊喜!

橱柜不耐用?常损坏?
快为厨房打造不锈之身吧!

厨房可以说是屋子里面其中一个重要的区域空间,也是最让人头疼的地方。其风格种类繁多,每一个细节都有不同的材料组成分类。

譬如说桌面的材料有石英石、大理石、人造石、压缩木板等等。

门面的材料也有玻璃门、刨花门板、亚克力门、覆膜(Lamination)等等。

厨身(Carcass / Body) 也有刨花板木、胶合板木、不锈钢、铝制等等。

今天就分享可以耐潮湿、防水、防白蚂蚁的厨房厨身吧!

如果是建在一些常发生水灾的地方,靠近河流,或是区域较低处,还有靠近稻田、森林、农场之类的房子,会有很大的几率引来白蚂蚁。

目前市场上的厨身通常都由刨花板木或胶合板木制成。

基本上的功能是收纳食物、干粮、厨房器具等等,所以都不会造成潮湿。

但由于屋子环境的因素,滋生的白蚂蚁会影响木制厨身而导致损坏。或是有时发生河水泛滥或导致水灾,则会造成厨房橱柜的损坏。

不耐潮的质料会导致橱柜损坏脏乱。

为了提防水患和白蚂蚁的事情发生,建议厨房可以使用完全防水防潮的材料。

厨身也可以用洋灰瓷砖来构造出厨房的厨身,虽然耐用性强,但风格陈旧显老土,而且要在打造洋灰瓷砖的厨房的工程,难免会肮脏凌乱。

目前市场上不锈钢或铝制的厨房橱柜也越来越普遍,门面可以用玻璃门来防止白蚁的滋生。

厨身的材料可以选择不锈钢或铝制的,虽然价钱比起普通的木制橱柜高几倍,但论其耐用性却是值得的。

相信在未来的趋势不锈钢或铝制的厨身会越来越普及化。多一种选择,少一点烦恼,何乐而不为。

价格稍高,但比一般质料更耐用。

雷神豪宅如复仇者联盟基地

绿林包围的超级豪宅,
一开门就是冲浪世界

近期在《雷神4:爱与雷霆》中“全裸大放送”的克里斯汉斯沃(Chris Hemsworth)名声大噪,190公分的身高和壮硕的猛男身材,引来一批迷妹拜倒在男神六块腹肌下。

10年前的无名小卒——克里斯汉斯沃凭藉漫威超级英雄“雷神索尔”一角走红,变成家喻户晓的巨星,身价更是高达1.3亿美元(5.8亿令吉)。

超级英雄片酬高身家丰厚,现实中的超级豪宅生活更让人大开眼界!

豪宅位于拜伦湾腹地,占地4.2公顷的豪宅。

这位名副其实的高富帅,现实中是个宠老婆爱孩子的好男人!克里斯汉斯沃与妻子艾儿莎巴塔奇(Elsa Pataky)育有一个女儿,还有一对双胞胎儿子,为了增加与妻小相处的时光,还曾直接宣告息影8个月回澳洲当个“平凡人”,好好陪伴家人。

1995年克里斯汉斯沃举家从洛杉矶搬回澳洲,热爱大自然的他,在2014年以700万美元的价格购买了雪梨北部的拜伦湾市小镇(Byron Bay)一块占地4.2公顷的房产,将原本巴厘岛风格的八居室度假屋拆除并重建,为孩子们的未来建造了一栋令外界吃惊的超级庄园豪宅。

该豪宅还装置了数百个太阳能电池板。

施工中途遭邻居抗议

此豪宅环山靠海面积大,工程历经3年,总共斥资逾2000万美元(约8900万令吉),不断装修、扩建与改造,才打造成克里斯汉斯沃心目中的理想住宅,从外观来看,这个家庭大院非常大而且气势磅礴。

然而在建造期间,却引来周遭居民的反弹,批评他破坏环境,建筑外观丑陋、如百货商场,与小镇的淳朴生活格格不入,也有当地人戏称:“這是復仇者联盟的基地,其中一个房间拿來藏宇宙魔方!”

豪宅是多层混凝土结构,天花板很高,窗户很多,自然光线充足。包含6间卧房、可以当作小型电影院的娱乐室、SPA和蒸汽室、大间健身房,室内甚至设有两条保龄球道,屋顶还有无边际游泳池,对于一家五口来说规模十分巨大,也许见面还得靠手机联系。

引人注目的艺术品,占据了豪宅的一整面墙。

百万艺术品就在入口处

热爱大自然的克里斯汉斯沃,在与家人搬进来之前,与社交媒体上分享了一幅入口处“大空墙”上的艺术品,让粉丝们大开眼界,这也是整座豪宅的亮点所在。

他委托冲浪好手兼艺术家Otis Hope Carey创作了一副由黑色及蓝色圆圈、波纹组合而成的壁画,这件名为 Darrundang Gaagal(感谢海洋)的艺术品的灵感来自他对当代传统舞蹈的诠释,感谢海洋给予我们所得到的一切。

这幅壁画为空间带来了色彩和温暖,克里斯汉斯沃将其描述为“一堵需要爱的大空墙……”。

克里斯汉斯沃与3个孩子的温馨家庭生活,让人感受到雷神索尔满溢出来的父爱。

戏外最萌“男神经”

銀幕上万人迷的男神形象,私下却是不折不扣的“男神经”,平时勤于健身的克里斯汉斯沃不仅常常上传自己健身的影片,时常可以看到他做出各种疯狂的行为举动,搞笑幼稚的生活日常,让百万网友笑翻!

而且,他和妻子Elsa还共同开发了一款名为Centr的健身APP,除了分享健身房中拍摄健身影片,还提供训练餐单、饮食计划等,让粉丝在家也能跟着雷神练出健美身材,还能一览雷神家里的健身房规模。

夫妇在社媒上分享的合照,无意间透露了他们家庭餐桌的一瞥,可以看到无边泳池和大海的景色。

山林原野就是娱乐场

除此之外,被一大片绿色包围的豪宅,户外空间腹地宽广,平时除了拍戏,克里斯汉斯沃花了许多时间和孩子腻在一起,希望给孩子最纯朴丰富的童年,这也是他将住所建于大自然中的主要原因。

这里拥有孩子可同乐的户外游乐区、让孩子能够恣意追逐、奔跑,充分享受沐浴在芬多精与阳光里的舒适环境。

值得一提的是,顶楼的休憩空间,还有座无边际游泳池,这个长50公尺的游泳池不仅可以看见迷人壮丽的海景,也是夫妻俩夏季避暑休闲区,热情好客的他们还不时邀请亲友到家聚会。

而且,就算足不出户,也不会闷坏。据悉,Chris Hemsworth还特意在豪宅内设计一座迷你保龄球馆,前后用了两个星期来建造,连同保龄球及鞋,花费约11万美元(约45万令吉)。

冲浪好手裁进好莱坞

豪宅地点位于拜伦湾旁的好处,除了能从家中欣赏一望无际的蔚蓝海岸,想冲浪、踏踏沙时,走出家门一秒到海滩。

年少时的Chris还立志成为执业冲浪选手,结果就一不小心就裁进了好莱坞里!闲暇时, Chris也常常带着孩子们到海边游玩,亲自教他们游泳、冲浪。

《雷神4:爱与雷霆》(Thor:Love and Thunder)确定无缘在大马上映。

原定本月7日上映《雷神4:爱与雷霆》因电影出现不少同性恋角色与情节而被无限期延档,让大马影迷猛捶心肝。

除了演了11年的《雷神》,多年来也有多部电影出现在大银幕上,包括 《星际迷航Star Trek》、 《白雪公主与猎人Snow White and the Huntsman》 、  《森林小屋The Cabin in the Woods》和《黑衣人:国际Men in Black: International》。

克里斯汉斯沃在近日接受国外媒体访问时,却自曝这或许会是他最后一部漫威作品,消息一出也让不少影迷们感到伤心。

或许,在电影中神气举着全新武器“风暴破坏者”的雷神索尔,想暂且放下手中之锤,回家歇歇息,当个调皮淘气的好爸爸。

毕竟,能把家里建得像商场的,足以证明克里斯汉斯沃这些年的捞金能力是多么的强大。

对他而言,家就是一切。

在欧洲,除了把大型交通工具改造成经商的门面,更多人是改造成居所,主因就是一间固定的房子负担太重。

先是屋价负担不来,还有一堆税金、水电费等等。

欧美还有专为这些移动房子打造的停靠园区,付点小钱就可以停那裡头过一晚,还有刷洗设备和水电供应。

这种生活方式适合那些生活简约又爱自由的人,还可以随时搬家到不同城市或景区,不断更换生活环境。

只是,考量到安全和天气酷热,还有法规和停靠问题,国人并不太热衷住在轮子上的房子。

我国各地方政府法规不一,即使是货柜屋很多地方只能拿到暂时住用证;地方政府根本不会建相关和支援的硬体和基本建设。

你今天如想弄一架可以居住的货门或巴士,要找人改装也不是容易的事。

相对下,国外的移动居所商业生态完善,设计和改装的公司多,想住得小而豪,还可以另外找室内设计公司特别设计和添购家具。

更设想周到的是,欧美更有银行愿意提供贷款给这类房子,改造移动小宅的公司协助申请,当地还有一些慈善团体提供一些奖掖。

也能感受“中奢”生活

美国的Tru Form Tiny,在推动和设计小宅超过半世纪,至今推出多种不同设计路线、适合移动或固定的小宅。

这裡只挑了中奢型的小而美的Urban Kootenay,看看比一般400尺studio 更小一点的空间如何变成安乐窝。

宽8.6尺,可选22、24和28尺长,不到300平方尺方空间,有客厅、厨房、浴室,卧室还是一个阁楼格局。

内部设计简约,採用白色为主色,搭配温暖的木质壁板,其他部份和家具则以深浅不一的灰和黑来衬托,鲜明对比而和谐。

生活空间一应俱全

Tru Form Tiny特地把门开在侧面,入门就是开放式生活空间,客厅併连半岛设计厨房,还有橱柜和架子。

带沙发的休息区旁还有一个靠牆的办公空间;房子另一端是舖上瓷砖的浴室,上方就是阁楼卧室。

攀上阁楼的楼梯还特别内置了储物柜和衣橱,善用每一寸空间。

在林间打造小木屋,
尽享me time!

当然,住迷你房子未必一定要用货柜改造,沙巴亚庇美女Sonnia Yee,就用回收来的旧木板,自己设计并建了一间才140平方尺的小房子。

在澳洲深造时,她看到很多人住在小小的房子,过著简单的生活,让她爱上小而美的村屋,也渐渐爱上极简minimalist生活方式。

26岁从澳洲深造回国,她就萌起了要财务独立和拥有自己的房子的念头。

于是就开始涂涂画画设计房子,家人对她要建一间房子独居的想法大力支持。

绿意盎然的小木屋

之后,她在原本和家人同住的房子毗邻,盖了这间小木屋,自己搬进去独享me time,如今已过了快2年。

Sonnia Yee花了3万令吉建筑费,但盖房子的木板,是她通过社媒找到的二手木板,她将已脱漆的陈旧板子复新后,搭建了目前的蜗居。

小木屋被绿意盎然的植被和树林包围,屋外有个平台可以聚餐和休息,内有客厅和厨房,卧室安置在阁楼。

闲暇时泡在菜田和花园

这个幸福蜗居内外都是一片白,对追祟极简生活的她来说,窝在小小的居所是幸福;快乐不是拥有更多东西,而是在有限的东西内寻乐趣。

她认为,居住环境很重要,但无谓的物质都可以放弃,所以小小的雅居没有多余的东西,并在大门前开垦出一大片有机菜田和花园。

闲时,Sonnia Yee也会栽培一些小植物,或装饰美美的盘栽出售。

装置的高度也是关键!

越来越多人喜欢开放式的现代厨房,除了可以让整体空间扩大,在厨房备餐时也可以跟亲朋好友或宾客互动聊天。

但需要注意的是,在烹饪过程中需要一架强而有力的抽油烟机,才能把烹煮时散发出来的味道和油烟排出屋外。

买了一架强劲的抽油烟机,如何安装也是一门高深的学问,当然聘请专业的安装师傅是最好的办法之一,可免后顾之虑。

目前市场上的抽油烟机种类繁多,而且每个品牌都有各自的特长和安装的尺寸。

一:Slim Hood / Under-Cabinet Hood

这种平底的抽油烟机通常安装在橱柜底下,其安装高度是从火炉或电炉开始算起,距离65cm至75cm之间。

这种抽油烟机一般会安装比吊橱还要高一点,以达到抽油烟的最佳效果。

二:Chimney Hood / Wall-Mounted Hood

这是市场上最为普遍的抽油烟机,他是直接安装在火炉之上并悬挂在墙壁上。

其安装的尺寸和高度也和Slim Hood一样距离火炉和电炉65cm至75cm之间为最佳。

三:Slanting Hood / Designer Hood

由于它是往后斜下的种类,所以安装高度一般上比普通的抽油烟机来得低,其安装高度是从火炉或电炉开始算起,距离30cm至40cm之间。

四:Special No-7 Hood

这是近代新推出的抽油烟机款式,侧边外形看起来类似一个数字7号的形状,所以也称为7号型的抽油烟机。

其安装方式跟普通的抽油烟机一样,可直接安装并悬挂在墙壁上。由于它自带后挡板,所以安装的高度更为偏低,一般上距离火炉和电炉25cm至35cm之间为最佳。

走入林间的“铁皮屋”

当房价越来越贵,当工资永远追不上通货膨胀,想拥有栖身之所变得越来越困难。

越来越多人奉行极简生活方式,多余的人事物统统都断舍离。

加上在城市拼事业,身心疲累,更加响往在乡区可随时随地亲近大自然的宁静生活。

一对原本住在雪州八打灵再也的夫妇,在事业上拼博并闯出一番成就后,觉得该调整生活步伐和方式,最后决定回归到自己喜爱的大自然怀抱中。

亲手打造小而美宅,回归大自然。

用货柜打造蜗居

于是他们和家人告别了喧嚣的城市,搬到森美兰州的郊区,从洋灰房住进了铁皮屋。

他们在瓜拉庇劳Kg Dioh的林间,用货柜搭配木料和红砖,砌出室内空间300平方尺的小小房子居住。

竖立在林间300平方尺小房子,红砖配上木地板,带点欧洲农庄feel,很难想像这个的前身是退役货柜吧?

夫妻俩一位原本是创意总监,一位是化妆师,两人为这个安乐窝下了很多心血,从概念、设计、装修风格和家具搭配统统都是亲力亲为。

大门故意开在侧面,户外连接一个用原木搭建的平台,可以乘凉、聚餐。

成本8.5万元

设计完成后再找承包商来施工,前后花了8万5000令吉,大概6到8个星期就建好。

幸福小宅特意挑高加盖的阁楼,是2个儿子的卧室,也是一家大小常聚在一起的快乐空间。

回归乡间田园,还是可以生活得很现代,把屏布用绳子绑在树上,餐桌用来放投影机,就是户外看戏的好娱乐。

货柜屋楼下有2间卧室,户外的平台可以休息乘凉看星星,也是他们的用餐区,让树木包围,可闻到植物清幽的气息和花香,还有虫鸣鸟叫伴奏。

因为热爱大自然和绿林,这户人家也从中找到赚钱的灵感,他们之后买进帐篷架起露营屋,出租给想轻鬆露营的人。

小雅居渗出昏黄色的灯光,融入晚霞和林间雾气,像极富人在郊区的度假屋。
家中採用自然色系家具,简约带著欧陆风情。
卧室特意另开玻璃窗户,利于採光,也可观赏林间景色。
室内浴室兼卫生间,舖有木地板,浴具和设计都用落落大方的白色。
露天冲浴泡澡,一边洗涤身心的尘垢,一边让最真的自己融入大自然。
宛如度假村的美宅全是夫妻俩的精心杰作。
